Low key obsessed with monk/druid multiclass shenanigans right now.

It doesn't take much on the druid side. Two levels of druid to get wild shape and circle of the moon.

And then a couple levels of monk.

... Read below for silly examples.

2 moon druid / 6 shadow monk: you transform into an elk. Next turn you walk behind a tree and appear in the shadow behind your opponent and deliver a thunderous hooved karate chop. You bray in triumph but it makes no noise. The town tells ghoa stories of the night elk for decades.

2 moon druid / 3 open hand monk: you transform into a brown bear. You bite once, shove once with your claws. Flurry of blows, shove once and claw once. You potentially deal a max of 12 piercing damage + 16 slashing damage and you push your opponent up to 25 feet backwards as you harass them with blows. You look like this:

And, no matter what, you don't really have to dip into a dex heavy build. You take the dex from the wild shape. You can put all your stat effort into wis. And when you wild shape, you still benefit from unarmored defense. So you take your wis mod + 10 + your animal shape's dex mod to make your AC. So if you max your wis to +5 and transform into a deer you get an 18 ac deer that can move 50 feet normally in a round (not counting dashes or unarmored movement).

At 9 levels of monk and 2 druid, you can be a deer that can run 180 feet up a vertical surface in 6 seconds (or a warhorse that can sprint 210 feet up a vertical surface, including a waterfall, in 6 seconds) using full movement dash action and bonus action step of the wind. Weirdly, that translate to being able to dead sprint up Niagra falls in like... 30 seconds? If someone casts haste on you you can double that speed. On top of haste, if you cast longstrider on yourself (because you're a druid, you can do that), you can go 540 feet in 1 round--that's roughly 61 mph (for 1 minute)--which you can do not up a vertical surface by total level 4. Try going limp after 1 round of that speed and knocking into a humanoid creature. See what happens.

Better yet. Do the high speed warhorse, but with 6 levels of druid and 2 levels of monk so you can be a giant elk instead. Same speed. Basically double the mass. You are a massive bro truck traveling at interstate speeds and you want to kill a man.

Another fun combo. 2 levels moon druid. 2 levels monk. Cast jump. Wild shape lion. Bonus action step of the wind. You jump (if your GM isn't a coward) 150 feet with a 10-foot run up. (It would be very silly if this could be a vertical jump, but sadly it is only a long jump.)

Last one, last one. 2 levels moon druid. 3 levels ascendant dragon monk. Setup jump spell and/or longstrider. Wildshape space hamster (non-giant). Bonus action step of the wind, long jump around the room at crazy speeds. Action, breath of the dragon, 20 foot cone of fire. Make Boo proud of the havoc you cause.

So I was plagiarized 👁👄👁

as some of you may know, i posted a sub!jongho fic for FFF on... february ??? which apparently got plagiarized on april 24th (my time) and i found out when an anon sent me an ask letting me know that it seemed like a blog plagiarized my work

and so i checked and... well...

and my friend @flurrys-creativity was holmes enough to make

which is just so 👁👄👁 damn

AND SO I CONFRONTED THE AUTHOR WHO HAD THIS TO SAY

and ofc i said

long story short (like how they plagiarized my work), the author had this to say and then before i can get my petty virgo ass to pull a john wick....

i would've shown the entire conversation but tumblr has a 10 picture per post limit and I'm nursing the WORST headache I've ever had. this year. bc this has turned into a straight up debacle and it's so RIDICULOUS y'all i can't make this shit up

mind you this person is in a network (or networks ??) so you would think they would be careful because they represented that (those) network(s). I can't fault the network whatsoever for what happened and i don't, bc i know networks can be CRAZY hectic not to mention the admins and mods are human beings who have things to do or personal lives so i am in no way blaming the network, this is 100% the fault of the author who said "I NEVER LIKED WRITING ANYWAYS" and maybe that's why they plagiarized

i would've felt bad for running someone out of tumblr but after what happened, i feel nothing but anger because i didn't get the justice i should have had (and also the absolute need to pee bc this got my blood rushing and my friend said i have a hamster bladder). if only you guys can see the whole conversation. when i say there were NO REMORSE, i do mean it. and the absolute audacity of this person that showed no sense of humbleness after being confronted by the person they plagiarized from. their whole post sang praises about originality and each time they posted they told people they don't want their work to be plagiarized.

i'll be honest, i feel SO HONOURED that someone felt the need to copy my work. but then i got pissed when i found out it was because they were high. and they ran off before i get to take off my corporate glove and gone all crazy smt bc this just ain't it chief

ngl idk how to end this post but i want y'all to know while i do get flattered by plagiarism, i do NOT tolerate even just a smidge. I'm a firm believer of having an adult conversation when shit happens but even i have my limits.

and to the bitchass sup-dallyboy, i wanted you to know that nothing dramatic was going to happen to you, nothing that wasn't supposed to happen at least. but instead of doing what you told you were doing which is own up to your mistakes and take responsibilities, you threw your hands up and hauled ass like a fucking coward. you talk big about saying sorry and wanting to do the right thing yet when the bill came, you flee. absolute bitchassfuckery, i hope you're proud of yourself for letting me deal with YOUR MESS when 12 hours ago i was doing okay in life but then you and your fucking audacity came in. I tried to talk to you but all you did was make excuses and put up a front until you just decided you don't wanna deal with shit and deactivate. even your exit isn't creative, my god. I'm quite an understanding person, you can ask ANYONE, but i can tear you a new one when provoked and you did. you have officially gone to my bad side, congrats.

SVT as DnD Classes

I got bored. I am a nerd. Here’s Seventeen as Dungeons and Dragons classes.

No warnings or pairings or anything. Just nerd shit.

Thank you @onlymingyus for your help.

Seungcheol: Paladin; This man is a fighter, but with a purpose. He fights for Seventeen, and their wellbeing. He fights for his members, for Carats… so they can know peace and justice. Sure, he’s a “beefy marshmallow” (as once seen to accurately describe him), but when it comes to his family and members and Carats? He’s going to fight to make sure they’re treated fairly and are heard (ISAC referee, anyone?)

Jeonghan: Artificer; Primary ability? Intelligence. Jeonghan has plenty of it. He’s smart and crafty, even if he punches a hot plate or two. While he has put his intelligence to his own use (really more of his alignment than anything), we know he uses those powers for good when it comes to his members. He takes care of them, in ways people don’t tend to see. Which is part of the mystery of what kind of artificer he’d be.

Joshua: Warlock; Now this man could have gone one of two ways. Cleric or warlock. Warlock seems more fitting for him, because Joshua oozes charisma. He had a whole stadium screaming his name because he wasn’t satisfied with how they sounded the first time. He’s used water magic, altered himself (running backwards!), and who’s to say “Sunday Morning” isn’t his main choice of enchantment?

Jun: Rogue; This man will come out of the shadows with an attack, and make his members absolutely lose it. His bit on camping TTT that made everyone crack up? He’s sneaky, quick, and dexterous. He is precise and fluid. He knows just where to hit. Stealthy. Skillful. Dangerous.

Hoshi: Druid; He can be a spider, tiger, or hamster. He can converse with birds. He is one with nature, and nature is one with him. We’ve seen him play a rat. He has even held the power of fire during Be the Sun. There is not a more perfect Druid in this group than him. It’s really no surprise he spends more time in tiger form than human.

Wonwoo: Wizard; Magic user, but make it bookish. Wonwoo, lover of books and big words, is the wizard in this adventure party. He tends to hang back, his magic being cast from a distance. He is quick with his tongue, so he can cast his spells with ease. He takes care of his members, putting his skills to good use. Of course, his members repay this by taking care of him as well. If one party member falls, then they all fall.

Woozi: Sorcerer; If there was anyone in this group that can weave spells and magic into what they do, it’s going to be Woozi. His musical talents are otherworldly, and well known. He uses them to draw people, even his members, into the group. He spins stories and evokes emotions, sometimes with the help of others (no sorcerer would be able to do it alone all the time). He has the gift, and he definitely uses it for good.

DK: Cleric; He’s a fighter (hello, King Arthur), but he’s also a healer. One smile on his face can heal, his laugh a salve for the soul. He will fight (sparring with Seungcheol!), but he’s going to make sure that his members and Carats are happy and healthy. As he sings, he’s weaving his magic through everyone. And he sure is one of the best healers this world has ever seen.

Mingyu: Barbarian; While barbarians are known for their rage, that’s not why he is one. He’s strong, he takes care of his members… even if he’s scared of bugs and heights. Sure, if he’s cornered he’s going to probably snap, but it would definitely take a lot for him to reach that point. Who says a barbarian can’t have a soft side?

Minghao: Monk; Harnessing his power within to perform the way he does? Lithe, powerful, graceful. Meditating when he needs to. Tea ceremonies to center himself and pay respect. He’s trained for years to reach where he is, and he’s always looking to learn and grow more. Plus, he can break a watermelon open with his bare hand, so he has Flurry of Blows down.

Seungkwan: Bard; Athlete, singer, dancer, jokester… he commands a room, an audience, or even an entire stadium. He puts these skills to use to heal his members, inspire others, and find allies in some of the unlikeliest of places. He’s not just a performer, he’s magic.

Vernon: Ranger; Sure he’s surrounded by twelve other guys, but this man could exist alone and be perfectly okay. He’s just some dude. He likes doing his own thing, but can just as easily be comfortable with the others. Just because he’s scared of bugs, doesn’t mean he won’t fight them if his members need him to (giant moths beware). He definitely knows how to speak with animals, and he definitely feels comfortable within nature.

Chan: Fighter; Future of kpop? More like fighter of kpop. He has twelve older brothers to contend with, a demanding industry… he knows how to fight to get what he wants. He’s well rounded in his skills, so he’s going to use everything he’s got to be victorious. Strength and dexterity. He’s trained for anything that gets thrown at him, though his own members can manage to take him off guard.
