Piper was my favorite companion to run around the wastelands with in Fallout 4 and as I finish up my current Fallout 3 playthrough I’m excited to see what adventures Piper and I can get up to in my next playthrough of Fallout 4.
after 7 years i finally drew fallout fanart. kinda, i drew preston like one time in 6th grade as like a "chibi" thing but i dont think iever posted it so it only exists on my dads ipad somewhere three hours away. its unfinished but um anyways preston was my favorite since i first started playing, probably because he was like the first companion you could have besides codsworth. so is dog meat, i have a mod so i can have them both and its cool hearing prestons dogmeat lines and they're both my gavorite and omg 😭
ive stricken again, a crossover of fo4 and co4 now exists and im now adding preston and dog meat to my giant crossover au im working on also thats like my favorite expression to draw david in loll same with my oc
with how hard it is for me to draw other fallout characters and feel satisfied knowing it looks like them, I am surprised that I actually like drawing hancock. his defining features [[black eyes, fucked face, silly hat, whatever face shape he has]] aren't that hard to draw by themself [[other than the hat maybe]], and they're justtt unique enough that once you put them all together it's unmistakably hancock.
some sloppy sketches for reference:
[[these are very simple rough sketches and i suck at drawing hats so please be nice to mee,,]]
OBVIOUSLY not the most pretty, detailed, or clean drawings but I feel strangely satisfied with them,, like yea that's him. he's definitely there.
Hello this is BellonaTheDragonborn and I was wondering if you would be interested in drawing my Sole Survivor Gabby? She has a custom tag if you need it. (Gabriella Odiha)
Of course! omg hi mutual Here she is! I hope you like it.
It’s done!!! I’m very pleased considering it’s the first time I’ve done something fully rendered like this 🖤 I learned a ton and I can’t wait to make more art before the year ends, which is a feeling I haven’t had in awhile!
more fallout stuff :) the guy with the bun is my sole survivor, barnes (he’s trans and bi) and the guy in purple is my courier (confirmed bachelor ;)) after the end of the game lol, he’s got a different design in-game that i might end up posting later
Norman doesn't do hard drugs, like, ever, hes always been a bit of a paranoid goody-two-shoes, never doing anything bad like drugs or violence, one time, as a teen he talked back to his parents and cried so hard because he felt terrible. Literally the last time he got high was when he got his wisdom teeth taken out
Since I'm thinking about making some comics with Sara and Curie I figured I should make a little ref for how I'm going to depict Curie so it's not confusing (or less confusing at least)
I won’t do these often just felt like it needed to be said :V
Remember, if you’re just beginning to draw, please don’t be discouraged that your art doesn’t look as good as others. There’s so much you have to take into account when comparing your art to others; especially if your style is different from their’s. With art of any kind, there’s no rush. Art is such an amazing journey of learning that people cut short because they immediately compare it to people who have had professional training, have been doing it for years, or just have natural talent. Please, please, please, be patient with yourself! If anyone puts you down because they think your art is bad, screw ‘em! If someone makes fun of you because ‘I drew so much better than you when I was your age’, they most likely didn’t and also, screw ‘em!! Only compare your progress in whatever art form you practice to your own. Progress cannot be judged based on someone else’s opinion or progression, only your own. There’s kids that can paint you like Mona Lisa from birth, but that doesn’t make your talent and your progress any less valid. If you don’t like something about your art, change it! You’ll make mistakes and changes in your art for damn near the whole time you’re doing it, hell I’ve been doing this for 10 years and I’m still trying to figure out what the hell I’m doing (also I still refuse to draw legs because I can’t). With any form of art, writing, drawing, sculpting, etc. It doesn’t matter how detailed your art is, how others perceive it, what other people are doing with their art; as long as you are satisfied with what you’re doing (and you’re not hurting anyone) and ESPECIALLY if it makes you happy, keep doing it. Never let anyone sell you short on what talent you have, and never be afraid to try something new in your art!
