folklore songs + music videos - [part 1]
i love folklore and evermore so much. i feel like they have become my children.
Not me seeing this while wearing my taylor swift cardigan in English class😂
I love it when I manage to connect two authors form different eras and backgrounds into the same concept and I love it even more when @taylorswift is involved. The first (and last) few lyrics she sings on gold rush, especially “…eyes like sinking ships on water so inviting I almost jump in” remind me so much of the explanation that Milan Kundera gives of vertigo in his masterpiece “The Unbearable Lightness of Being”.
This is how it goes:
“vertigo is something other than the fear of falling. It is the voice of emptiness below us which tempts and lures us, it is the desire to fall, against which, terrified, we defend ourselves.”
You’ll never go out of style with The 1989 Cup! This cup features a polaroid frame the encases the Starbucks logo, TS 1989 on the polaroid frame, lyrics on the back that read “I got that red lip classic thing that you like”, and red lips on both the Starbucks siren and above the word “lip”“. Lyrics and any other aspects of the cup can be changed, but please contact me for major changes!
If you choose The 1989 Cup Bundle, you will receive a BRAND NEW 1989 CD, never used, only opened for the included Polaroids. As of right now, cups will not be coming with any Polaroids. Once I purchase more CDs in the near future, if I get a duplicate set, I will include a set of 3 random Polaroids with each cup purchase.
The Daylight cup features the sun from Disney’s Tangled and lyrics from the song “Daylight” by Taylor Swift from her seventh studio album “Lover.” The sun is featured in gold foil vinyl, the lyrics “I only see” are featured in silver, and “daylight” is featured in holographic vinyl. The holographic vinyl changes color depending on how the light hits it, but is primarily a pink hued. Any colors and lyrics can be changed.
This Starbucks cup is great for any Swiftie that loves Taylor Swift’s eighth album, “folklore”! It features a wrap around pine tree design, the “folklore” logo, and lyrics from “The Last Great American Dynasty”. As with any of my cups, this design can be changed. Colors of vinyl can be altered, and lyrics can be changed to feature your favorite song off of the album!
TS x CAPITAL ONE commercial recreation
This has been sitting in my camera roll for a few weeks now and I’m finally getting around to posting it.
