Bad update
To me:
I fucked up, I really did. I almost gained all the weight I had lost. I started going to the gym with the idea of losing fat and making my body looks better, BUT I started eating more and now I’m almost where I started. Even people around me started to notice it, which is the worst. They tell me that I have gained weight and that I look more healthy now. They tell me that my face is more full and that I look different. I hate it, I hate it, I hate it, I hate it, I hate it.
I was doing so good, I came down to 47 kg, but within two months, I have gained so much. Now I’m at 55 or 56. I feel so disgusting. The problem is, that all I can ever think about is food. I just think about food all the time and I’m so tired of it. Also, I’m not scared of it like before. I can now even eat shitty food and not feel bad when I’m doing it, but the guilt comes after it.
I feel like a loser, a very disgusting loser because I have gained all the weight back. My clothes fit differently and I hate it. I hate body so much. much, I hate it, I hate it, I hate it, I hate it.

Yea so if i want to lose 10kg by September first, I’ll have to lose 1,25kg per week. 1kg of fat equals 7000kcal. So I have to burn 8750kcal a week. If i dont go for a run my max allowed amount of calories is 179kcal a day. If i do go for a run my max is 317kcal.
Today i already ate 88kcal of chocolate and im not going for a run today. This leaves 91kcal for lunch and dinner. Also drinking a lot of black coffee as an appetite represser and smoking a loooot of cigarettes (but in a lily rose depp coquette french way)
