Directions:
1. Place a 7-or-8-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Set the oven rack to the center position and heat the broiler to high.
2. Place the yolks into a medium bowl and the whites into a large metal or glass bowl. Add the salt to the whites and, using a metal whisk or hand mixer, whip up until foamy and they hold medium peaks. Set aside. Lightly whisk the egg yolks until slightly foamy. Using a metal spoon or large whisk, gently fold the yolks into the whites just until combined.
3. Melt the butter in the pan and gently pour in the eggs. Allow the omelette to cook for 1 minute. Gently sprinkle with all the cheese and transfer to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
4. Gently fold the omelette in half and transfer to a plate. Scatter with the herbs, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Hi, my name is Victoria, I'm 18 years old and I want to introduce you to my project: Cookup is an application on the App Store, which uses the power of artificial intelligence to generate recipes based on the ingredients we have at home. It would be an honor for me to try it and give me your opinion, this project is very very special to me, it was developed after struggling with my mental health and I put all my heart into its development. I hope you like it, if so, don't hesitate to rank it in the App Store, thanks and regards 🍳🍻 https://apps.apple.com/ar/app/cookup/id6451056184
Dishes needed: cookie sheet, spoon/spatula, large bowl. Maybe a container for leftovers.
Serving: a single, regular size tube makes 4 cheeseburger pockets.🥰
Cook at least 1lb. of beef throughly in a skillet.
Mix beef, ketchup, garlic salt, and shredded cheese together. (Amounts are up to you since each person is different but I highly suggest slightly drowning the beef in ketchup.)
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place unrolled croissants onto a cookie sheet, fill with beef mix, press another unrolled croissant to over the mix. Seal together on the edges.
Place in over to cook once preheated, remove when golden brown.
Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan forced. Place the chicken in a 30cm (base size) round casserole dish. Rub all over with oil. Sprinkle with herbs. Season. Roast for 40 minutes.
Step 2:
Reduce oven to 200C/180C fan forced. Transfer the chicken to a board. Add pasta, stock and 100g (1/3 cup) pesto to dish. Nestle a metal pastry cutter in centre of dish. Place the chicken on top of cutter. Roast for 15 minutes.
