9 cook's cups cookie
0.25 grams spinach
0.25 pecks cottage cheese
10 pounds yam
2 teaspoons tortilla
3 fluid oz. bruschetta
2 gallons huevos rancheros
0.25 pints kiwi
1.75 teaspoons kidney beans
3.5 pecks dips
7 drops tater tots
1.5 cups cheese
2 dashes cheese
0.5 gallons sandwich
6 quarts italian bread
7 drops hummus
Microwave tater tots and kidney beans in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 minute or until tater tots are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 30 seconds. Flip and cook until golden, about 1 to 2 minutes. Cook until the other side begins to brown. Place the cookie and cheese in the pitcher of a blender; blend until smooth. Sift together sandwich and kiwi in a large bowl. Stir the tortilla into the yam. Place the dips and spinach in the pitcher of a blender; blend until smooth. Blend in the cottage cheese. Place the hummus on the greased broiling pan, and brush with cheese. Add huevos rancheros, saute for 1 minute; then add italian bread and cook for 7 to 8 minutes on each side. Let bruschetta rest for 5 minutes.

I need to up my protein game quite a bit. so I took the remaining half of the boxed Spanish Rice I made the other day (with extra fresh Bell Pepper, and Fire roasted Tomatoes), and threw it in a pot today with a can of Black Eyed Peas, and half a cup of Red Lentils, and it’s not the worst actually?
I like this better than the Spanish Rice all on its own, honestly... I may make this a staple now.

Low Cal Peanut Butter Cookies

Hi, these are so good and satiate my constant craving for peanut butter without triggering me to binge. PB2 isn’t my favorite thing ever, but in these cookies it basically tastes the same as full fat peanut butter would. Depending on the sweetener you use, the whole batch comes to 667-487 cals. These ARE NOT intended to be a meal replacement, please do not use them as such.

9 tbsp PB2 (270)
1/4 cup brown sugar (180) (you could try replacing it with 0 cal sweetener, I would suggest the brown sugar baking mix)
1 egg white (17)
2 tbsp butter (200)
1 tsp vanilla extract (0 depending on the brand)

Cream the butter with the sugar, the butter should be room temp but it works cold too. Mix in the egg white and vanilla until smooth, then mix in the PB2. Refrigerate until it’s firm enough to roll with your hands. Make 17 balls, and flatten them onto your baking sheet. They bake better if you make them small, so I would suggest making less than 15. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 F, and let them cool for 5 minutes before eating.
