I'm extremely divided with my opinion on Hades II. On the one hand, I'm one of the 7 people that played Pyre and really, REALLY loved it, so when they announced the first Hades and returned to the Bastion/Transistor-like gamepla it felt like a letdown. And Then they announced Hades II and i was, uh. Not very excited, because even if i really loved Hades, it was still more of the same ol formula.

on the other hand they just did a livestream showing the test version of Hades II and it looks incredibly beautiful, the gameplay seems entertaining as Hell and it FUCKS SEVERELY and I love what little we've seen of Hecate and Melinoë, so. I never said I wasn't a hypocrite

sejanus bringing that class photo of his last year in district two to twelve is so heartbreaking i cannot . the sentiment is obvious — it’s where his loyalties will always lay . with two, with home . he literally (unknowingly) brings it to his grave .

but i think about where sejanus is described to be in that picture a lot, and who’s hovering behind him (it’s marcus!!!!!!) and how that alone is such a staple in his characterization .

i’ve mentioned it once on here and a bunch on other platforms, but i will never not believe that marcus’s kindness towards him as a child is what loosely shapes the character we know whilst reading . the act to do the right thing without thinking, without asking, without searching for approval . he just does it . very in line with how marcus does not even ask their teacher if he can help sejanus with his injury . he just does it .

now with marcus standing behind him in that photo, i love seeing it as him being a lingering shadow in sejanus’s life . it’s clear sejanus holds onto two forever, i wouldn’t doubt for a second that he holds onto marcus just as tightly throughout his life in the capitol (and afterward) . knowing that he was probably the last person to ever show him unwarranted care like that . i think marcus was more personal to sejanus than coriolanus’s pov could’ve ever let on 😭

I think with the new DLC drop we can pretty much confirm there’s gonna be a Gen 5 remake 👀

-The story takes place at Blueberry Academy, which is in Unova

-Most if not all of the Gen 5 Pokemon are available to catch now with the expanded Pokedex, which makes it an easy transfer back and forth from HOME to the remakes

-Also there’s a specific separate event to catch Meloetta, who is a Gen 5 mythical 🤔

-This probably has to do more with the fact that Blueberry Academy is in Unova, but a lot of the main battle themes in The Indigo Disk have some sort of Gen 5 motif in their soundtracks somewhere

-Castelia City is available as a playable soundtrack in the League Club room!!

-ALSO you can change the club room’s theme to a BW themed one (the monochrome theme). There’s tons of references around the room of Unova locations, like White Forest, Black City, and the ferris wheel in Nimbasa!

-The secret boss of Blueberry Academy (SPOILERS) is Cyrano, who gives you a SHINY BLITZLE when you beat him
