Sorry my request wasn't that specific. Wangxian x male reader one day reader comes home to them really beat up and doesn't want to talk about it, but then they soon realise that it was reader's parents that did it to him. Thank you.

This will be one of the requests that somehow made me cry since I was abused emotionally and physically so be warned I guess. Here's your request, ft. Wen Qing as a bonus :

"What do you think you're doing?!" "Mom please!" A loud shatter was heard echoing through the house. Blood on your head, dripping down your face, swollen eyes from crying, blood-stained clothes covering up your fresh wounds. "You're so worthless, why did I even give birth to a mistake like you?" Your mom said as she glared at you "You can't get a good grade, you don't do enough, you can't earn money for shit!" She grabs an empty wine bottle and hits you with it. "You're always so lazy." A hit to the head "You're not doing anything to help." A hit on the face "You can't do anything right." A hit on the stomach "WHY DID I EVEN GIVE BIRTH TO SOMETHING LIKE YOU?!?!" She then repeatedly hit your legs. Despite your screams of pain and telling her to stop, your dad doesn't do anything. "Dad! Please-" You tried to beg for help "Your mother is right."

Huh?..

How is this right? Why aren't you doing anything to help me? Is it because I'm useless to you?? was all the affection you showed me before all a lie?... Was I never good enough for you both? Thoughts run through your mind as your mother continued to insult you and your father does nothing to help. Half an hour has passed and they finally decide to leave you alone. This is my chance!

You try to stand up but it hurts so much. Despite the pain, you run through the backdoor and run. Run despite the bad weather. Cold and wet, you reach the house of the people who first came to mind. You rang the doorbell and suddenly, everything went black. The last thing you heard was your name being called by a familiar voice. "Y/N! Lan Zhan! help me out here!" Wei Wuxian calls out for his lover while he brings you inside. "Wei Ying is there anything wrong?" He stops in his tracks when he sees you, drenched in blood and cold water, a lot of bruises as well as he sees Wei Wuxian's look of worry on his face. "Call Wen Qing or whoever can treat Y/N right now!"

He sets you down on the wide couch and Lan Wangji quickly runs next door to call Wen Qing. "You'll be fine, You'll be fine, You'll be fine, Y/N.. Please don't die.." Tears start to form on Wei Wuxian's face and Lan Wangji comes back with Wen Qing. "What happened?!" She hurriedly rushes to you and Wei Wuxian and starts to treat you. After a long while Wen Qing calls the two men in. "Do you have any idea what happened to Y/N??" Despite knowing a possibility, she decides to question the both of them just to make sure. "We don't know, I just heard the doorbell ring and Y/N was there on the ground.." Wei Wuxian says and Wen Qing looks at Lan Wangji if he knew something but he also shakes his head. Wen Qing thinks It's better if you tell them rather than her so she just tells them to look after you for the time being.

After some time, you finally wake up. "Where is this?" You ask and you see Wei Wuxian. "Y/N!" He hugs you gently. "Why and where and how did you get so beat up?!" He basically shouts at you questions while you kept silent until he finally stopped. "I don't want to talk about it, please." Seeing your reply and the way you reacted towards his questions, he figured you really don't want to remember it and stopped. He knows his limits and he will not pester you for answers. Lan Wangji is currently cooking for the 3 of you so he wasn't there to help you in anything currently. "Y/N, are you okay?" He places his hand on your shoulder but you wince in pain. "AH- I'M SORRY.." He then panics apologizes to you profusely. Wei Wuxian has been through one to many lifetimes and now he's trying his best for you not to hate him and mess up. Lan Wangji as well. "it's fine, really." No it isn't.

"Are you sure?" No I'm not.

"You don't look like you are." Yeah no shit Wei Ying.

he can't help it, he has to ask..

"Please tell me what happened." No can do, I'd rather not.

"Wei Ying, don't ask if Y/N doesn't want to." Lan Wangji steps in the room with your favorite food, chili congee, and his salad. "Alright, thanks." All three of you were silent. Until Lan Wangji decided to break the said silence, "Y/N, we were both worried about you. Please tell us if there is anything wrong if you are ready to tell us." The weather was gloomy, dark, pouring rain and cold wind moves the leaves of the trees. You look at both of them as their eyes are focused on you. "I don't want to remember it, but thank you for your concern."

Since you didn't tell, they asked Wen Qing. She explained your situation at home and possible reasons why you were in your current state.

"I can't believe you didn't aim at the top."

I tried my best..

"What's the use of you going to school if you aren't the best?"

Okayy so… I have no idea if you wanted Wangxian in separate but I did them together. And, help this is rushed since I’m doing this with my Science homework. Ehe- here’s your request! ^^

Wangxian (modern since I have forgotten my ancient Chinese phase) :

“Y/N…” Wei Wuxian calls your name as he hugs your back. You pay no mind to the man because you are doing some of your assigned work, not to mention if you ever pay attention to HIM.. Well, let’s say you can’t really divert your attention elsewhere but him. Lan Wangji was at work but he should be back later. “Y/N please don’t ignore mee.” Putting his chin on your shoulder while you continued writing what was assigned to you. “Wei Ying, I have to submit this tomorrow. Wait for Lan Zhan or eat your spicy noodles.” You say while patting his head. At that moment you heard the door open “Lan Zhan!” Wei Wuxian runs up to the taller man to hug him. “Welcome home, Lan Zhan.” You say while still writing, you really are dedicated to finish this and finally rest. “Y/N, why don’t you rest first? You need it.” Lan Wangji puts a hand on your shoulder as you look at him “Heyy! How come I barely got your attention when you were writing? Is it really that easy for Lan Zhan to grab your attention?” Wei Wuxian pouts and looks sideways while Lan Wangji just sighs. “Wei Ying, if I ever payed attention to you I have no idea what will happen to my work.” You say as Wei Wuxian laughs “Am I that irresistable?” He asks and you and Lan Wangji nods. “Pfft-” Is all he could say as he hugs you from the front and Lan wangji hugs you from the back.

Jin Ling ( modern ) :

He is mad, very mad. But he wants your attention and you’re not giving it to him. “Y/N.” He pokes your shoulder but you don’t reply. “Y/N!” He says your name loudly but you don’t reply but just shook your head. “Nuh-uh!” Is all you said after he keeps calling your name, he just sighs and puts his arms around your waist “I’m sorry N/N..”

“No.” “Please?” “Nooppeee.”

* sighs * “What do you want?” “Nothing.” The poor guy just needed some notes since he slept during Science class.

Jingyi :

After a whole week of avoiding you, he now wants your attention? “Y/N? Not going to bother me anymore?” He asks “I was bothering you?” All you did was wave and say hi but he runs off. He never did that with other people. “No it’s not like that!” He says but then you ignore his explanation and walk past him “Ay! Come back here!” He shouts and runs after you “Shouting and running is prohibited in Gusu.” You said to him and he huffs “Can’t you listen first?” He asks, pleading you to listen to his explanation. “Nah.” Is all you said and met up with Jin Ling. Sizhui then approaches him “After a week planning? You still didn’t have the courage to confess?” Sure he did run off because he was so entranced by you and Sizhui had to catch him when he almost fell down the stairs. “Why do I love them again?…” He honestly doesn’t know.

Lan Sizhui :

Eh? Him? Affectionate?? Yes. “Y/N.” He places his hand on top of yours “Wait, after this book.” Is all you say, very focused on what you are reading. He sighs and just carresses your hand “That’s the 4th book…” He is very patient when it comes to you so he still waits. After you are done reading he lifts his head up and finally hugs you. “Oh? Why the sudden affection? We are just beside each other.” You ask him “Well you didn’t pay attention to me.”

The amount of work you had to do today was a hill of papers and taking care of some Jin kid that your friend asked you to look after. Thankfully, the child is now asleep instead of ranting to you. “5 minutes.. please.” You said but it took you 3 hours until you finally woke up. “Rest some more, you need it.” He says as he pats your head while focusing on his work. The man is multi-tasking and he doesn’t mind. And this is you afterall, how could he refuse?

What? W H A T? He was shocked okay. You, the person who was so energetic, wakes him up in the middle of the night Just to tell your 3 am thoughts from his window.. Now is sleeping. ON HIS SHOULDER? But honestly he finds it really cute. “Jingyii.. wake me up laterr..” You say as he justs huffs “Honestly.. You could’ve just slept earlier.” You were lucky he doesn’t tell on you to Lan Qiren. He waits for your response but then even when he talks loudly, but no so loud, you didn’t answer. “Hah.. What will I do with someone like you.” Don’t get him wrong, he liked it.

Eh? EH?! His face is red, eyes wide and you were sleeping. Honestly panics inside while he struggles to even keep his composure! “Y-Y/N.. You will get in trouble..” He tries to pat your shoulder you just move closer to him. Okay theres a storm of emotions running through him, good job you broke him. He stays there steady, looking at you. Adorable but then the 3 juniors ( Zizhen, Jin Ling, and Jingyi ) had to interrupt. “OH? OH-“ Zizhen immediately dragged the 2 out of the room and left you and Sizhui in the Library.

You were still changing and it was nearly time for you to enter in all your ✨magnificent glory✨. “I swear! It was just ontop of one of the seats!” One? THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF THEM. How will they search for the ring now? Luckily, Yanli came out and asked what is the commotion. “Shije! Please, help! Jiang Cheng is going to pull all my hair out!” Wei Wuxian said, still behind Lan Wangji. “A-Xian, a-Cheng, did you forget that you left the rings with me during our car ride?” She asked while looking for the ring in her purse. “Ah! I found it!” Jiang Cheng was so thankfull his big sister had the ring.. Wei Wuxian was so glad that Yanli was the best- ( help idk what happens next in a wedding.. )

Jin Ling ( modern ) :

He is feeling REALLY dumb.. Dumber than Jingyi. He was so sure that he left the ring at the car, now Zizhen has to help the poor guy find the engagement ring. “How could you have possibly have missplaced such an important item young mistress?!” Zizhen says irriated. Jin Ling is isn’t just panicking, he is hyperventiliating. Sizhui and Jingyi along with Wei Wuxian is stalling you while your waiting for your dear boyfriend. “Shut up and help me!” Jin Ling, still in panic, searches in the trunk. Literally checking everywhere at this point “Hey Y/N! Did you know that the cake tastes reallyy good?” Jingyi hands you a portion of your favorite cake and his sweat drops. After you thank him for the cake and began to eat it.. Well, Jin Ling is gonna take awhile. “Where is Jin Ling?! They might lose their paitience!” Wei Wuxian whispers to Jingyi who just shrugged while Sizhui tried to distract you. Wei Wuxian and Jingyi now are helping Jin Ling find that ONE ring.. It was literally in his bag. After 30 mins of searching.. It was just on his fricking bag. Well.. He and you waited long enough so SURELY he can still pull this off. Right?

Sure! Here you go! ( You are Japanese ) and this was really fun to write!

Honestly he was told there was a new foreign student. He also wanted to give you personally a tour of Cloud Recesses, also curious about the other places outside China. When you stepped in the gate of Cloud Recesses, Lan Xichen was waiting for you with a smile. “U-uh.. Hello?..” You try speaking Chinese and he understands of course. I also have a feeling that he would understand other languages… I mean, he has mastered lots of subjects am I right? “I am Lan Xichen.” He bows to you and you do the same. “Uh.. So uh..” You find it hard to start a conversation at first but when you saw almost everything in Cloud recesses you ask him in your language “When is classes starting?” You then realized he might not understand! But oh you were wrong “It starts tomorrow, and here is your schedule.” He says in Japanese, and you were left astonished that he knew what you were saying but bid him farewell again.

He didn’t know what this feeling was but he didn’t know why his heart was beating so fast when he was around you.. Or even why he wanted you to stay by his side. Call it love at first sight, but he couldn’t stop thinking about you.

He often visits you sfter class and helps you study the Chinese language. Like the gentleman he is, he helps you read the books and scrolls in the library. “Thank you for today! I learnt alot!” You say happily to him and he gives you a geniune smile, he really enjoys your comapany. “No need to thank me, I was just doing what other disciples would‘ve done.” He bows to you again. You also do the same bidding him farewell and you both go your seperate ways from the library.

When you return to your room, you maybe plop yourself on the bed and sink your face into it. “Why is he so handsome?…” You talk to yourself about him. Unaware the said handsome person, is outside the room, with some helpful books to practice the Chinese language, and he was going to ask you what are your interests, For future references. Finally he knocks the door with a very much red face.. “Hello Y/N-san! Uh.. Here is some books to study Chinese with!” He hands you some books with his handwritting on it. But you didn’t know back then- “Thank you Xichen-kun!” ( I had the absoulute URGE to type that ) But you realize he probably heard your rambling thoughts through the door.. Your heart was beating fast and Lan Xichen’s heart was aswell. To end this silence you bid him thank you and goodbye and ask to meet him in the library after lectures again. He was quite thankful that the awkward silence was lifted, and he knew your thoughts about him.

After all the time you have been spending time with him, today was the day you confess! Near the magnoila tree, at sunset! You asked him to meet you there at sunset, where there was no people around. Because they were busy. When you saw his majestic figure stepping towards you, the sunset‘s orange and pink-ish colors shine upon him, his amber eyes looking at you happily, he also wanted to confess today. “Xichen-kun.. Listen, I-I.. Like your comapany, and all the times you’ve taught me Chinese and the subjects! Your smart, talented, handsome, and the kindest person I’ve ever met! I.. Like.. You..” You say to him with a very red face. He was red all over too! But the sunset favored him too much so you thought it was just a surprised reaction. But yea, you’re wrong. “I like you too.” Is all he says covering his half his face with his hand. “Eh? Are you.. blushing?” He asks you. You weren’t really expecting anything, just a simple ‘I don’t feel the same way..’ response you were expecting.. Because honestly you thought that there is NO way you can even date this absoulute perfect man. You thought wrong again. “Y/N-san… Will you.. Will you stay in Cloud Recesses? As my significant other?” He holds your hand “Mn! Of course!” You couldn’t bring yourself to leave him and Cloud Recesses. He was so happy that was gonna cry.

You always refused until you saw someone playing in a field of bunnies. That’s my friend Sizhui!” With that he grabs your hand and drags you along with him to greet his friend. “Sizhui!” Jingyi greets until you and Jingyi fall to the ground “Oof..” You and Jingyi say when you fell and Sizhui laughs “Hi Jingyi and.. Jiang Cheng was tired after working his ass off to rebuild the pier. Since a certain dashixiong broke it somehow.. A dove came to Jiang Cheng and it had a message “Wanyin would you like if it’s not much trouble. To go with me on a date, in our spot in the Hanshi?” He smiled and he was never tired to meet his boyfriend ( or husband to be )

Lan Xichen prepared everything for this date. He had a backup plan, he had a lot of gifts. Everyone hid in particular spots ( Our first jade of Lan never knew otherwise he will be pressured )

 Around 30 minutes of fast sword flight which made Jiang Cheng a little dizzy, “Sect leader Jiang!” Jingyi was waving to him while running ( uh-oh here comes the punishment.. Good luck friend ) “No shouting, no running in Cloud Recesses!” Jiang Cheng said to Jingyi when he finally came to him panting “Z-Zewu-Jun *wheeze* s waiting for *pant* you..” The tired shidi was literally running fast down the stairs! Reminds him of Wei Wuxian, never obeyed the rules. When they reached the spot in the hanshi, he saw lots of stuff like lotus flower petals scattered in the ground and some still a whole flower, Lotus Rib Soup, green tea, new clothes ( Lan Clothes ). He was confused why was their Lan clothes? He wanted to ask but assumed Lan Xichen needed a new pair after ripping his robes while doing the laundry.. INFACT NOT! His husband-to-be was waiting for him in the terrace with the food he liked and was playing a calming somehow romantic song ( <- recommended by Zizhen our sentimental junior member ). He walked up to the table of food and Jingyi left to give them some space. “Why the escort? Though I’m impressed you managed to do this in 30 minutes. You had help with that Ouyang kid no?” Jiang Cheng said in a soft voice that he only reserved for his boyfriend. “Yes he recommended it, it seems you liked the song I wrote.” Xichen replies “Anyways thanks for the dinner love.” Jiang Cheng says before drinking the green tea. “Pssst! Xichen!” Wei Wuxian’s paperman hid in his hair whicpering to him “Are you going to do it? Or you already asked him?” he whipered to his ear “Say ‘hm’ if you did or ‘mn’ if not” He respnded with a soft “mn” Jiang Cheng was distracted with the set up Xichen did for him and was focused with it. “Wanyin..” Xichen finally got the guts to ask him now! “Yes A-Huan?” Jiang Cheng immediately looks at Xichen “Will you marry me?” ( I’m so sorry I don’t know how do they propose! ) Jiang Cheng can feel happy tears in his eyes “N-no! Don’t cry!” Already wiping Jiang Cheng’s tears “It’s okay if you don’t want to yet though Wanyin-” Xichen was cut off with a kiss “I would love to..” Jiang Cheng Finally replies and everyone shed a tear while Wei Wuxian cried silently because “My little brother finally grew up *sniff* take care of him Xichen-ge!” saying to him even if Xichen can’t hear what he says. They all were happy ( especially Lan Qiren ) and they all were planning the wedding early.

Wei Ying looked at his closet and decided to wear Lan Zhan’s sweater and some ripped jeans along with his red ponytail and a cloud bracelet Lan Zhan bought. And he hopped on his motorcycle and was on his way from his house to Gusu. Meanwhile Lan Zhan made spicy food, bought wine ( not for him ), cleaned the house, decorated the hallway with rose petals ( yes the twin jades do the same thing ), he also made a dark flute with a red tassel to give to Wei Ying ( oh here comes Chenqing ). While Wei Ying got off the motorcycle and texted his boyfriend he was here and could he open the door. 

Wei Ying : Love, can you open the door I think I forgot my keycard..

Lan Zhan : Mn, wait there.

Lan Zhan types fast! Wei Ying thought to himself. Then he heard the door opening “Ah! Lan Zhan!” He said with a big smile and ruffled hair from the helmet “Lets go inside and I will fix your hair.” Lan Zhan says to Wei Ying and holding his hand as Wei Ying agrees ( He loves when Lan Zhan combs his hair )

When they got inside Wei Ying saw the house with flowers and roses scattered, the scent of spicy food his boyfriend made, the flute that he described he wanted..! “L-Lan Zhan.. Did you do all this for me?” “Mn.” Is all he can respond?! It didn’t take long but half of the table was covered in food! When they finished Lan Zhan got down in one knee and brought out a sliver ring with a cloud pattern and a blue rhinestone on it. “Wei Ying will you marry me?” With the most genuine smile. “Yes! Yes! Yess Lan Zhan!” Lan Zhan put the ring on his finger and kissed his soon to be husband.
