I just had a patient hang up on me mid sentence because she didn’t like my answer. She needs contacts by a certain day and asked if they could be shipped directly to her. I said that it’s faster to have them shipped to our office bc then it’ll be delivered by courier, whereas directly to her goes through UPS and adds several business days. And she hung up as I’m trying to explain that second part to her.

I wish to god I was allowed to call her back and tell her that since she’s been so incredibly rude and condescending all day that I’ve deleted her appointment and she can go somewhere else. There should be consequences to being a bitch, especially at a medical office.

The Buckley siblings! I seem to gravitate towards golden retriever himbos in media *coughSamEvanscough* so Buck was a given, but I really love Maddie too and her whole arc has been really interesting and raw and real.

Though honestly I love all of the main characters a lot they're all so nuanced and interesting and it's such a good ensemble show omg! There aren't any character's stories I don't care about!
