I Spy With My Little Eye

It seemed as though the high heavens were dealing with an epic plumbing problem as that night in downtown Los Angeles, the sky had opened up and released a mighty downpour from its heavy gray clouds.

Amber stepped out of her Uber and nodded a silent thank you toward the driver before he made his way back into traffic. She flipped up her hood and hunched herself over as she tried to escape the rain by finding some sort of shelter. Across the street, she noticed a long line of people stood tightly wrapped around the large brick building everyone seemed to be clamoring in desperation to get into. Amber had never seen the club that wild - of course, it was always packed, but not to that extent. She could feel a heat coming from beneath her shirt. She pulled her collar forward and took a quick peep. Her pendant was glowing. It was a faint glow, but enough for her to notice.

“What’s over there?” She spoke with a smirk quirking at the left corner of her lips. “Let’s go find out.” She said before quickly launching herself back into the rain. She jetted across the street and weaseled her way by the crowd. She had managed to make her way inside unnoticed - probably because of how short she was. Five-foot-two wasn’t anything to be proud of except for moments like that when Amber was able to use her height as an advantage. 

Amber had been living at her apartment for nearly three years and she had never step foot in this bar despite its distance of one block from her apartment. Lux just seemed like too much of an uppity place for her. Too fancy. Too expensive. Amber was much more into the hole-in-the-wall type bars. Cheap beer and corn nuts.

Taking a seat at the bar, Amber felt tiny in the spacious room, especially in comparison to the extensive bar and the variety of top shelf liquors that adorned the wall before her. The bartender, a fierce looking woman who approached Amber whilst setting down a glass and pouring some whiskey, eyed her with vague curiosity. She had never seen Amber there before. Fresh meat.

“You look like you need it.” She smirked as she leaned in front of Amber and slid the drink over to her.

“You’re not blind.” Amber responded with a quick smile and took the drink to her lips without hesitation.

“Oh, an attitude… I like it.” The bartender grinned, this time baring teeth, and her eyebrow cocked up, accenting the small scar that slashed through it.

“Thanks.” Amber lifted up her glass in a toasting gesture before downing the remainder of the golden liquid. She turned and scanned the vicinity, her eyes scouring every corner of the club, running along each individual body that writhed to the pulsating music. She noticed skimpily dressed women dancing on tabletops in red pleather Devil outfits, equipped with plastic tails, horns, and handheld pitchforks. Amber realized she just might want to visit this place more often.

Think Pan's Labyrinth, Labyrinth, etc. I also love the long-lost love scenario, where person A has been searching for person B for years, even centuries, and they're magical or something, but person B thinks they're just an ordinary human (not so much vampire). Will discuss further!

Omegaverse tropes that you DO enjoy using often and would like to use in your RP (Use N/A if you don’t mind using certain/any tropes): I adore the rut/heat trope, scenting, overprotective alpha, omega who stands up for their alpha, never having a heat until omega meets their true alpha, breeding kink, size differences, knotting, marking, nesting, courtship. Basically anything remotely romantic.

Anything else that you would like to mention or say?: I'm pretty open about RPing; while there are some specific scenarios or universes I'd love to dive into, I have no problem talking about them with a potential RP partner so we can explore and decide on what's best for us. “So you’re awake.” Lucifer continued getting dressed eyes glancing at the stirring figure. Still in his bed if not rather buried in the covers. After how late the night had been no surprise he’d slept in and he wasn’t always the type to just kick them out. Though from their confusion might have some slight amnesia from the previous night. 

“You were an bit tipsy before decided to kiss me and I let you stay because you asked to.” Pausing what he was doing,”Then you pretty much passed out on top of me from exhaustion.”
