If you are mad about any feminist movement, protests that promote the rights of a minority, or minorities like indigenous people and women being in political power, then that just shows that you are scared that your behavior will come back to bite you once your immaturity is socially unacceptable.
Men will be like "I need my seven-foot-tall six-wheeled pickup truck with a twenty-foot cabin, eight trillion-lumen headlamps and a cow catcher. For work reasons" then you look at the bed and it has the square footage of a saltine cracker
ive always felt like it's kind of. weird to mock men for having fragile masculinity? like when they act like a dick abt it that's for sure a problem. but viewing fragile masculinity as some sort of cringey moral failing and not a direct result of the patriarchy is weird.
it also just ignores the culture of intense bullying that toxic masculinity fosters; yes, it's objectively ridiculous to be concerned about wearing a pink shirt because it'll make you less of a man. but consider that the man who is overly concerned with appearing effeminate is probably doing so, not to stroke his own ego, but to avoid being bullied & harassed for failing to live up to toxic masculinity. we can't be against toxic masculinity and then mock it's victims for being traumatized by it. we can call out harmful reactions to trauma, but fragile masculinity is literally a vital part of the patriarchy because if men weren't concerned with appearing appropriately masculine the patriarchy would lose it's grip. not to mention how much things like racism, ableism, homo+transphobia can add on to that feeling of shame and unmanliness.
I love that men will never truly understand characters like Patrick Bateman or Tyler Durden. Those characters are not meant for them. The depth of their psychotic nature is something that only we girls can truly appreciate and enjoy. It's not their place to understand.
After I rape and impregnate you. I plan on pissing inside of you 😂🤣 that just fix your ocd. Stay safe sexy
My man. I carry 2 guns every time I leave the house. I've posted pics of them. If a man ever even gets too close to me, I will be the one having fun 😇
Also, pregnancy worsens OCD, u don't even make basic sense in a straightforward way OR a funny or ironic way OR even a scary way or any way honestly 😩 Again, I deserve more original and effortful and unique hate anons!
Btw thanks for even more receipts proving how right about men we are!
the problem with the concept of fragile masculinity is that it reaffirms that there is a proper way to perform masculinity and that those who are not truly, in their essence, masculine enough must rely on force and power to confirm their manhood instead of recognizing the oppressive forces that are the reason for this so-called fragile masculinity and its resulting abusive behavior, as well as the idea that a man emasculating himself by participating in femininity must only be so truly and essentially masculine that that act isn’t threatening to his status as a male. the concept of fragile masculinity naturalizes and reaffirms the bipolar model of the gender binary, wherein one may stray from their designated pole—their gender—but must always return to it because they truly and naturally belong to that pole. a man whose masculinity is allegedly not fragile may emasculate himself without concern, because he knows he’ll always return to his status as a man. fragile masculinity is a patriarchal concept that allows men to both tacitly admit that they find femininity to be humiliating—which it purposefully is—and maintain their place in the gendered hierarchy. there is no internal essence creating a natural sense of masculinity or femininity in anyone. all masculinity is “fragile” because it is an ontologically meaningless—though socially significant—social construct. it should not be a confidence in male status that allows men to cross gender boundaries. it should be an erasure of said status and boundaries. abolish gender.
