This comic already has a set title and the script is almost done - Turn all three of my Mothman inspired Moffs into art dolls for myself - a Wixling based on an Inkcap mushroom - A Life-sized pose-able version of both Numskull and Pele (been wanting to do this for a while) - Rework Pele v1.0 internals so I can puppet her again (she’s pretty fragile cause she was the first hand puppet I ever made & did some things incorrectly during her build that I know how to fix now) - Ammit Pele either as a puppet or a plush (idea from 2015) - Turn Sir Peddington III into a Puppet or Marionette - Remake of Clover Impling (was not please with how the mochi minky turned out & want to redo them in fleece, as well as make some changes to the pattern + no arm rods) - Build Pele v4.0 (this version will have external puppeting controls & I want to try a few new ideas) - Munn Mini-partial - Sort of secret costume project Again, none of these are in order, these are just future projects I want to work on that I haven't had the energy nor the good health to tackle.

Japanese Tour Muffler Towels.

I’m fairly certain these are exclusive to Japan, but I could be mistaken. Anyhow, the YZ towel is from the 2007 run in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka. I picked up the Squares towel at the 2013 Fuji Rock Festival, and the 2014 towel is from the 3 night stand at Studio Coast in Tokyo.

Think you could take a look at my take on the Warlock class from Destiny and give me some criticism? Force Blast sounds like it wants to be your main cantrip. The wording is a bit clunky and things that affect unarmed strike will affect your force blast, so if you went into Monk you could increase the die type beyond 1d6. I would just create a new cantrip spell and say “The Phrenic learns Force Blast at level 1” and make CON their relevant spell mod. So many of their other abilities already use CON anyway. This way instead of using a reworded attack for Explosive Burst you can just say “make a ranged spell attack.”

Also for Explosive Burst, it seems unintuitive to deal 2d4 to a single target or 1d4 in a 10 ft radius when you miss. I would choose one or the other. Also, there are cantrips that do far more damage than this, so I don’t see why it’s a limited-use ability when the damage is so low.

For these abilities I would change the damage from force damage to radiant damage. I mean, you are literally using Light to attack.

For the Rift ability, you mention allies can “draw vitality” from it by passing through it, and later reference temporary hit points for future uses. Make sure you mention whether the original number is temporary hit points or hit points. Also what sort of action is required by players? From my interpretation it is simply passing through it, which means a player that can move 6 spaces can pass through it 3 times each turn, or 6 times if they Dash.

For Empower, a hit point reduction is a big detriment during a dungeon crawl. I would take the hit points paid and double them. Also what happens if the character is reduced to 0 when they use this ability? Does the ability still occur?

Regenerative says you regain hit points equal to your maximum plus your CON. People know they have a maximum value so I would omit that bit. I first read it as “regain your hit points up to your maximum” as in fully heal.

Evershining Light is an interesting ability. I like it.

I do worry with all these hit point maximum reductions that they may run out of hit points quickly or become so fragile that they don’t want to be anywhere NEAR another creature without risking a one-hit KO. Not to mention their Force Burst only works at 10 ft reach, so they HAVE to get close. The Starsinger seems to negate some of this, but I would experiment with increasing their HD.

I think it’s not worth a bonus action to change their damage type for the subclasses (Turn to Fire etc) people will likely just have this action up all the time. I would just say that “you can choose to deal [type] damage instead.”

I didn’t look too closely at the subclass features, but from what I gather they seem to make the Burst and Blast abilities a bit more exciting, so maybe I was wrong about the damage being lackluster before, but overall interesting take. I would just clean up some of the syntax (you do mention a Reflex saving throw in the Sun Burst which is from 3e)

v1.0 Progress Update + Control Improvements & More

I just released a small update to improve controls and patch bugs until the v1.0 release.  Also, everyone gets their own personal butler!

I'm currently working with the awesome people at tinyBuild to do proper Quality Assurance, Optimization, and Console Porting for the huge v1.0 release. Guts and Glory version 1.0 will have a simultaneous release on PC and Consoles this Summer, and will include a TON of new content. This means that the quality of the end product will be much better! However, it also means that the PC version won't be ready in late Spring as I initially planned. Instead, everything will release at the same time, but at better quality. I apologize for the delay, but I really don’t want to half-ass the release from Steam Early Access. The end-result will be worth the wait! In the meantime, I'm working on a couple fun surprises to hold us all over until then....

Vehicle Control Update

Several of the vehicles have been given a major physics and control overhaul!

You’ll notice the biggest changes on the ATV, car, truck and motorcycle, and minor adjustments to the other vehicles. They all handle much, much better and still maintain their power and wheel frictions so that they don't break any existing level designs. (Flying vehicles are still undergoing some changes.) Oh, and the Boost works like it’s supposed to now. This should help out with breaking those Leaderboard records too 😉 Please let me know what you think of the new vehicle controls in the comments below.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed bug that caused "Loading" overlay to block menu buttons if Steam Leaderboard update timed out, causing user to force quit application. - Fixed bug that caused Chapel Hill (and a couple other levels) to crash the game on some Macs. - Annnd fixed several boring, little things. (Note: Settings may be reset for some players due to these changes.)

Summon Your Personal Butler!

Also, The Butler ride-along character has now been unlocked for everyone! Simple wear the black Top Hat (won by completing all of John & Jimmy’s levels), and your personal butler will be summoned. He lives to please, but do be careful… he’s quite fragile in his old age.

This was the first show I ever recorded using a SONY PCM-M1 DAT. I wasn’t sure how difficult it would be to smuggle the gear inside & record the show. Thankfully, no one bothered the fat american tourist looking stiff while holding a concealed microphone.

I’m happy the recording turned out okay, but I’m overjoyed that someone videotaped the show & someone else thought my audio was good enough to sync to the video.

1999 & 2007 Tour itineraries - fragility v1.0, performance 2007

Picked these up for my collection as these were two memorable tours, and wonderful excursions while on vacation in Europe.

The 1999 trip was done at the last minute & was a bit of a whirlwind. That said, catching TR’s mic and screaming, “you fucking promised me” during TL (while the show was recorded for the MTV special) was super-cool.

The 2007 trip was a bit more planned out, but I didn’t have the sweet corporate discount for hotels like I did in ‘99 (thanks AOL-TimeWarner). Regardless, it was such a cool excursion and a brilliant excuse to visit Portugal & Spain for the first time. Plus, the ARG was in full swing and it was hyper-cool to hear about thumb drives and listen to “My Violent Heart” while at the Barcelona Airport.

This was an exquisite hobby while I could afford it. Now, I’m not sure I’ll be able to do anything as extravagant whenever NIN decides to go back out on the road.

I kinda want to find an itinerary for the Japanese tour as that’s my favorite place to vacation & catch shows, but I wouldn’t mind trying to visit someplace new.

Maybe I should try and get a job as an assistant tour/production manager? Not sure my career experience with Cartoon Network would translate, plus the job aspect might take a lot of the fun out of it - but it would be nice to get paid doing something I enjoy.
