One thing I just realized, when Forager met Forager for the first time, she said "Forager is also called Forager!" This shows Forager is both a title,a common bug name, AND implies foragers go by names other than Forager, only rarely as I'm assuming it's like their John or Mohammed in terms of commonality.
So my hopes for a Forager named Steve shall LIVE ON!

I love young justice so much <3 Part one :)
Warning: Spoilers for Young Justice
CHARACTER APPEARANCE    Young Justice has a lot of characters that appear that you wouldn’t usually see in the DCU shows. Bart Allen- The grandson of The Flash (Barry) from the future, in the version of Young Justice, Bart came to the past to change the future. In the future that he’s from the world is taken over by The Reach and an Evil Blue Beetle. Bart doesn’t really show up in the DCU shows and I’m happy that he was in this show. Cassandra Cain- I was kinda shocked that they added Cass in the show, but it was a nice touch. In the show they do the flash back when Babs stops her from killing The Joker for the League.  Violet Harper- I don’t really all that much about Halo besides in YJ but in the show she came from a Markovia, she was one of the kids that was kidnapped and turned into a meta-human. Except she died and the Motherbox brought her back. Brion Markov- I don’t really like him....but he’s a Prince from Markovia (Later becomes the king.) He’s also a meta-human, he has the powers to make rocks and lava surround his body, thats why he named himself Geo-Force. He joins the outsiders, but after he kills his uncle and overthrows his brother from the throne, he leaves the team. Terra- Brion’s younger sister, she was kidnapped and turned into a metahuman, she was trained by Slade and even after she was freed she still secretly spied on the team and worked for Slade. In a landslide of events, Slade tells he to kill Gar and she almost does but ends up not killing him.  Forager- Forager (Also known as Fred Bugg *with two gs*) is an alien from another planet, the new gods of his planets, were being given stuff by his hive and in return not giving them what they needed back. So Forager gets the yj and he gets in trouble by his hive and gets exiled from them.

Cartoon Idea: Scooby-Doo: Mystic Mayhem
This is an idea I've had for a few years now. I've seen a lot of people do their own takes on Scooby-Doo. And since I've been a massive fan of the franchise since I was a little kid, I figured it was my time to finally give my take on this classic franchise.
As you could tell by the title of this post, the name for this series would be called....
Scooby-Doo: Mystic Mayhem!
In this new iteration of the Scooby-Doo franchise, the Mystery Inc. Gang now work for a secret organization known as "Special Covert Organization of Otherworldly Beings", or S.C.O.OB. for short, founded by the Blue Falcon and Dynomutt.
The organization specializes in dealing with supernatural phenomenons from all over the world.
Yep! In this series, the monsters are gonna be real!
I know that this isn't a new thing, there have been plenty of Scooby-Doo media where the supernatural threats are actually real and not some phony in a mask. But this would be the first series that would actually put much greater emphasis on the supernatural being real.
The series will also have a much greater emphasis on action, since the Mystery Gang will all have powers!
Yep, we're going Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on this bitch!
I mean, it shouldn't that surprising though since this show also has a much greater focus on mystical elements than most of its previous iterations.
Perhaps the most important thing to note for this series is the cast. This series will have a pretty huge main cast since this series will be one big Hanna-Barbera crossover.
Of course we already have the Mystery Inc Gang, plus Blue Falcon and Dynomutt, but the rest of S.C.O.O.B. consists of The Neptunes (from Jabberjaw), The Funky Phantom Crew, The Teen Angels (from Captain Caveman), The Speed Buggs (from Speed Buggy), The Sundance Kids (from Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kids), The Ghost Chasers (from Goober and the Ghost Chasers), The Club Club, Penelope Pitstop (from Wacky Races), and The Quest Family (from Jonny Quest).
Not only would it be interesting to have such a big main cast of characters (especially in regards to lesser-known characters) but it would have a lot of potential for interesting dynamics and relationships.
Essentially every episode will focus on a different group of the teenage mystery solvers, though one thing would remain consistent among each group is that Scooby and Shaggy are a part of it.
Mr. Socrates would be an android, instead of a computer like in the original Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kids. That way, he could travel with the group if needed.
Vincent Van Ghoul will be the team’s mysterious mentor, and he’ll help them out in a pinch.
Dr. Benton C. Quest and Race Bannon will be the gadgeteer geniuses that will usually create different kinds of gadgets that will help the teens on their missions.
Also the duo will be a gay married couple because....well, you can't tell me that none of you guys ever thought these weren't together.
Scrappy-Doo will also be featured in the series as major character. If Dragon Ball Super: Broly has taught us anything, it's that a bad character can be rewritten in something much better through the right lenses. And besides, I think we all owe Scrappy an apology, especially after the existence of the show that shall not be named, which made everyone collectively realize.
"Perhaps we treated him too harshly....."
The series will also feature some various new and unique romantic relationships between the teenage mystery solvers.
The ones that involve the Mystery Inc Gang would include Fred/Tinker, Daphne/Gilly, Velma/April, and Shaggy/Dee Dee.
As for the Mystery Inc Gang themselves, let's talk about them real quick and what they can do.
The gang have been lifelong best friends, who have been solving mysteries together since they were little kids.
Their personalities are also the same as before.
Fred is the strategic, lovable himbo leader.
Daphne is the fashionable, crafty and enthusiastic muscle.
Velma is the cute and friendly, but somewhat snarky brains.
Shaggy is the cowardly and laid-back slacker jack-of-all-trades.
And Scooby is still a good boy and the heart of the team.
As for their powers and abilities....
Fred is the strategic mastermind and possesses the power of magnetism.
Daphne is skilled in marital arts and possesses superhuman physicality. She also has energy projection, which she can use to enhance the power of her attacks.
Velma possesses the ability to pinpoint the weak spot of a foe and potential probability advantages and fights using a laser gun.
Shaggy possesses superhuman speed, agility, reflexes and a special sixth sense that allows him to detect danger.
And Scooby can shape-shift into anything he can think of.
Granted, I haven't thought of the origins of their powers yet, but I wanted the powers to reflect something about each members.
Fred's magnetism to reflect his expertise in traps.
Daphne's superhuman physicality and energy projection to reflect her role as a physical fighter.
Velma's pinpointing to reflect her clue finding expertise.
Shaggy's superhuman speed to reflect his role as a school athlete (plus his God-like nature).
And Scooby's shape-shifting to reflect his usual shtick of using various disguises.
As for their voice actors, they will all be reprised by all their long-standing voice actors.
Frank Welker as Fred, Grey Griffin as Daphne, Kate Micucci as Velma, and Matthew Lillard as Shaggy.
The only exception would be Scooby, who would be voiced by previous voice actor Scott Innes, who will be pulling double duty as the returning voice of Scrappy as well.
Before we wrap this up, I do want briefly bring up the world-building.
Mystic Mayhem will essentially be like a spiritual successor to DuckTales (2017), taking elements from various iterations of the Scooby-Doo franchise and bringing them into this universe.
Many of the monsters and supernatural threats will be pulled from previous iterations.
From the cartoons, the comics, the video games, and the movie.
They'll also be plenty of characters pulled from previous iterations as well.
The Hex Girls, Scooby-Dum, Sheriff Stone, Dr. Phineus Phibes, Ben Ravencroft, Crystal and Amber, the parents of the Gang from both A Pup Named Scooby-Doo and Mystery Incorporated, and of course.....
youtube
As for the world of this series, it'll be a retro-futuristic version of our own.
Basically imagine the future from Futurama and you've basically got the world of Mystic Mayhem.
This is not only because the cast of Jabberjaw are gonna be featured, and in the original series, they do come from the year 2076, but it's also because this will feature the appearances of various Hanna-Barbera characters, who all exist in this world together.
These would include the likes of The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Yogi Bear, Huckleberry Hound, Snagglepuss, Augie and Doggie Daddy, Top Cat, Quick Draw McGraw, Wally Gator, Snooper and Blabber, Secret Squirrel, Tom and Jerry, Jeannie and Babu, Space Ghost, Shazzan, Frankenstein Jr., Mightor, The Banana Splits, Birdman, Hong Kong Phooey, and as Lord Farquaad would say....
"And so on and so forth...."
They'll also be appears from various DC characters like Batman (obviously) and The Teen Titans.
Cartoon Network will even get into the mix with appearances from Dexter, Cow and Chicken, The Powerpuff Girls, The Eds, Billy and Mandy, Ben Tennyson, and of course....
youtube
Well that's all for now!
I was heavily inspired to do this post by this one right here:
I'm definitely planning on covering the other mystery-solving teens.
I hoped you guys liked it and if you have any ideas for this series, just let me know!

I have the skeleton of how I want to have the Scooby doo franchise work in my crossover setting:
-Mystery Inc is formed in crystal cove a La the events of Scooby doo mystery incorporated. However the timing of the events similar to that series (adjusted for chronology changes) is around the time the original series debuted 1969-1970. Scooby doo’s status as part alien from this work helps him live longer than most dogs
-after the end of that series the original Scooby doo: where are you? Run takes place in the 1970-1973 period, along with some of the new Scooby doo movies (13 ghosts of Scooby doo happens here too, Vincent van ghoul due to the aftermath of the earlier arcs studied the occult and became more powerful than he was). In this time period the Gang teams up with various figures including the second (or third) Batman, Josie and the Pussycats, the Addams family, the Speed Buggs, Columbo, Richard Bauchman, Carl Kolchak and Ned Brainerd.
-in the late 1970’s, the gang goes separate ways. Daphne becomes a reporter, Fred is her camera man, Velma owns a bookstore, Scooby and shaggy briefly travel with scrappy, teach at a school for monsters and have to contend with shaggy becoming a werewolf before settling into a job at us customs
-gang comes back together to investigate again in the early 1980’s, first confront real monsters together in Louisiana (Zombie Island). Afterwards meet aliens (Alien Invaders), defeat Ben ravencroft (Witch’s Ghost) and even get trapped in a video game (Cyber Chase). However they also confront other hoaxes like chupacabra (monster of Mexico). These events occur across the 1980’s and 1990’s. Further team-ups occur with the likes of Lydia Deetz, Spider-Man, the Hex Girls and so on.
-Scrappy doo attempts to get revenge on the group when they return to crystal cove in 1992 but is thwarted by the gang (a reference to the first live action film)
-in 2000, the gang is called in to investigate the woods near burkittsville Maryland to determine if the fabled Blair witch is real or a front for a more mundane killer. This unfortunately ends in tragedy as most of the group disappears and is never found, with only Velma making it back alive. (A reference to the Scooby doo project which was a big shout out to the Blair witch project, also to robot chicken’s sketch where Jason Voorhees goes up against mystery Inc and kills everyone but Velma.)

CCDCCVERSE | The Superboys
Please note that this is my version of the characters and concepts that DC has provided over the company's run. I genuinely do not care about any comic accuracy. This also interweaves with previous canon I've established.
Lex-El 'Match' Kent | Superboy I / Steel Wolf
The first Superboy was Lex-El 'Match' Kent.
Under the name Project Match, Match was created from Lex Luthor and Clark Kent's DNA to take over the title of Superman should the need arise. In my world, Lex Luthor actually parented Match between his times frozen in the stasis chamber.
Match was awoken from his slumber by Jackson Hyde (Aqualad II), Wally West the First (Kid Flash I), and Dick Grayson (Robin I). The three were on a mission to prove themselves to their secretive mentors. After Cadmus exploded, the four crawled out of the rubble where they were located by the Justice League.
Match revealed the House of El symbol which caused the Justice League to take the four to the tower so they could discuss these revelations. Superman did not want anything with Match, so he was left in Batman's care who added him to the new Young Justice team.
During his time on the team, Match was awkward in adjusting to life outside of Cadmus until he was approached by M'gann M'orzz (Miss Martian) the niece of Martian Manhunter. Miss Martian shared with him the sitcom Hello Megan, which helped her adjust to Earth culture. The two bonded during that time marking M'gann as the first one to break through to Match.
Match's time on the team was difficult as he was faced with the reality of Lex Luthor's actions, and genuinely did not know if he wanted a father who was good person but a bad father or a father who was a bad person but a good father. In the end, he reconciled with Clark Kent who apologized for his actions and gave him his Kryptonian name Lex-El to honor the origins he was proud of.
Lex-El and M'gann M'orzz started to date not long after, and they continued until M'gann started to abuse her mental abilities which caused them to break up. The two got back together after M'gann promised to use her mental abilities on a case by case basis and later got engaged and then married.
After graduating from the Young Justice team, the two joined the Justice League as full fledged members Steel Wolf and Martian Womanhunter. The two later played host to Indigo 'Di' Harper (Halo) and Fred Bugg (Forager), and have a biological son named Hunter Kent (Martian) who would later join a future version of Young Justice.
Kon-El 'Conner' Kent | Superboy II / Valor
The second superboy was Kon-El 'Conner' Kent.
After Superman's death, Lex Luthor rushed to used his leftover Superman DNA to replicate the Kryptonian since Lex-El bounced. This resulted in the appearance of Superboy II, Conner Luthor. Conner believed he was the true Superman, and grew agitated when Lex Luthor refused to acknowledge this fact.
After flirting with the recently widowed reporter Lois Lane-Kent, she took him to Smallville where he met Martha Kent and John Kent along with the rest of the Superfamily including Ara-El 'Kara' Kent (Superwoman) and Ren-El 'Karen' Kent (Powerwoman), Lex-El Kent (Steel Wolf), John Henry Irons (Steel), Natasha Irons (Steel II), and more. Lois showed Conner Clark's grave, which made Conner realize that he would never be the one true Superman as Superman has a whole family to carry on his legacy.
Conner took part in the resurrection effort, and afterwards was left lost as to what to do since he could not go back to Luthor. Clark Kent gave Conner his Kryptonian name Kon-El, and Lex-El then passed on the title of Superboy to Conner. Lex-El said it helped him, so it may help Conner.
After a while training with the Superfamily, Lex-El brought Kon-El to Mt. Justice where Dick Grayson (now Nightwing) was putting together a new Young Justice. There Kon-El was introduced to Tim Drake (Robin III) and Cassie Sandsmark (Wonder Girl II). The meeting was cut short by the introduction of the time traveling Bart Allen (Impulse) who rushed off. The team was tasked with following him which lead to the meeting and recruitment of Jaime Reyes (Blue Beetle III). The five became a unit for a while working with other teen superheroes at the time.
Over time, Conner grew close to Tim Drake which caused them to be romantically interested in one another. The two denied it though which caused them to date others. Conner temporarily died at one point, and when he was resurrected and learned how Tim lost himself trying to bring him back the two finally confessed their feelings.
After their time on the Young Justice team, Conner and Tim became full members of the Justice League with Conner taking on the name 'Valor' and Tim taking on the name 'Red Raptor'. The two later adopt a Japanese-Greek girl by the name Ren Kent-Wayne (Stymphalia).
Lor-El 'Christopher' Kent | Superboy III / Night Steel
The third superboy was Lor-El 'Christopher' Kent.
Lor-Zod was trapped inside the Phantom Zone, but was freed due to a rift that was opened after the original Young Justice teamed up once again to free Steel Wolf. He escaped to Earth, where he vowed to free his parents from the Phantom Zone and exact revenge on the Superfamily.
Lor-Zod kept the Superfamily busy to distract them until it was too late. He freed his parents, only to be tossed aside due to the fact his parents had only been using him to get revenge.
Realizing his parents only cared about Clark, Lor-Zod ran off ashamed of what he had done for what he beloved was for the greater good. The past Superboys found him and encouraged him that there was still time to make things right.
Lor-Zod fought his parents, temporarily using the name Superboy, until the Zod dynasty was done for good. Lor-Zod apologized to the Superfamily for everything to which they took him in. He was named Lor-El 'Christopher' Kent, and took on the Superboy title permantly.
Christopher served as Superboy III until the next Superboy came of age, and later joined the Justice League as an apprentice of Nightwing until he graduated and became Night Steel. He now works alongside Thara Ak-Var (Phoenix) a fellow Kryptonian.
Jon-El 'Johnathan' Lane-Kent | Superboy IV
The fourth superboy is Jon-El 'Johnathan' Kent.
After three adopted children, Lois Lane and Clark Kent have their biological son Johnathan Lane Kent. Johnathan lived with his parents in a house on the outskirts of Metropolis, with his brothers visiting often to help out with raising him. His Kryptonian powers come in early, which causes a crash course and vowing to never use them.
While on a vacation to Gotham with his uncle Eradicator, Johnathan explores a swamp where he meets Damian Wayne (Robin V). Damian is investigating a case which causes Johnathan to insist on helping. The two solve the case with one another, but their fathers arrive on the scene. Eradicator told Superman that Johnathan went missing and Batman noticed a distinct lack of sass in his household. Superman and Eradicator are in the middle of a Bat Cauldron stare down. The boys quickly explain that they had simply run off, and after some parental scolding promise to never do it again as long as they get to hang out again. Superman and Batman agree.
The two go on adventures with one another for a which includes Johnathan meeting Damian's Gotham friends such as Maya Ducard, Collin Wilkes (Abuse), and Nika (Flatline). After a while, Johnathan feels like Damian doesn't need him anymore since Damian seems to be building a team of his own and leaves before Damian can ask him to be on said team.
Christopher Kent passes on the Superboy mantle to Johnathan who starts to help out his father in Metropolis. Johnathan has a lot of adventures, which results in the formation of the Legion of Superheroes. He eventually leaves his new friends to take his father's place temporarily.
At age eighteen he meets a mysterious online force known as Truth, which he finds out is a boy named Jay Nakamura. Johnathan helps the boy out and the two grow a mutual romantic interest in one another and start to date.
At twenty-one, Damian Wayne moves to Gotham with his boyfriend Collin Wilkes for college. Johnathan learns of this, and the two move into an apartment with Johnathan and Jay. Jay and Collin recognize that Damian and Johnathan still have feelings for one another, and after poly negotiations the four become boyfriends.

The Weird Winds Of Wionna is why I ship Mark/Fred, Tinker/Shaggy, and Debbie/Daphne [although I'm now partial to Debbie/Velma]. And I honestly just wish we had more Scooby Doo/Speed Buggy crossovers, preferably in The New Scooby Doo Movies, had it lasted longer then 2 seasons. Also, I wish there had been a crossover with Butch Cassidy in The New Scooby Doo Movies, but I'm just glad they did the crossovers with Josie and Speed Buggy.
“The Weird Winds of Winona” really did do a great job with the character interactions, didn’t it? Both in the interactions you would expect, like how well Mark and Fred worked together and the Tinker + Speedy + Shaggy + Scooby quartet not wanting to investigate the caves, and the ones I thought was a nice mix-up of things, like towards the end with Velma and Speed Buggy and Fred with Debbie and Tinker. I think my favorite scene of the two groups interacting was when Shaggy thought he was being attacked by the mannequin and they all tried to help him, good stuff. (Though honorable mention goes to the scene where Mark tells Daphne and Velma to go get the sheriff while he stays behind to help the others, and the girls decide they’re staying behind to help the others too.)
The episode did a really good job with the Speed Buggs just in general I think. Debbie was excited/passionate (but still competent) and meshed well with Velma’s investigative attitude, Tinker stood out well from Shaggy by being more hesitant than cowardly, and Mark and Speedy Buggy are probably tied for my favorites of the episode, since the writers did a great job of expanding Mark’s general leader/responsible nature by letting him have some action scenes, and Speedy was just BabyTM throughout it (especially when Tinker had to take the pancakes away from him because Speedy didn’t understand that he didn’t want indigestion). There weren’t as many interactions just between the Speed Buggs in this ep, but what we did get were good, like when Mark put his hand on Tinker’s shoulder during his “we didn’t mind helping” (or whatever it was) line, and Debbie’s whole “what’s more important - an automobile race or the human race?” thing and the boys not buying it.
I’ll put the rest of this under a read more because this answer is already getting long lol.
There were definitely some good Mark/Fred moments during the episode, like towards the end where the two of them planned a trap for one of the bad guys together and that one shot of them sleeping near one another in the barn. I think the main reason it didn’t catch my attention the same way Debbie/Velma did is because I think there were good Shaggy/Fred moments in the episode as well (and the one Mark/Tinker moment I already mentioned) and I like the idea of all those ships. Overall a good episode for those who have gay/m-spec Fred headcanons.
There were also some good Tinker/Shaggy moments too - I liked the one where Shaggy said he was going to hold up a light for Tinker so they could fix the Mystery Machine late at night for example - but I actually associate this ship less with “The Weird Winds of Winona” and more with Laff-a-Lympics. Not because there are actually Tinker/Shaggy moments in the show (I mean, there might be in eps I haven’t seen yet, but I assume due to the size of the cast that won’t be happening), but just because I like the idea of Shaggy insisting that his boyfriend get to be on the team with him. It could be viewed that “The Weird Winds of Winona” was the start of their relationship and Laff-a-Lympics takes places while they’re actively dating, I suppose. That would work timeline-wise.
Despite preferring Debbie/Velma, I do get the appeal of Debbie/Daphne as a ship. When I’m thinking about crossover ships I too tend to ship characters with similar personalities/roles together - I quite like Merilee/Daphne for example - so shipping them together does make sense to me. I just think the dynamic the episode gave Debbie and Velma though was too good for me to ignore.
I think another Speed Buggy episode would have fit well in The New Scooby Doo Movies if it had more seasons, since the show had no issue with repeating guest stars given that there were 2 Batman episodes and 2 Harlem Globetrotter episodes, and also since “The Weird Winds of Winona” was just a really good episode. Maybe a second episode could have had a Speed Buggy-style villain instead, since they tend to run into a lot of mad inventors/mad scientists as opposed to just regular dudes in costumes.
I would have liked to see crossover episodes with all of the rest of the early 70s Mystery Teens honestly - the Funky Phantom crew, the Chan Clan, the Ghost Chasers, and the Sundance Kids. Given that “The Haunted Showboat” had the Pussycats in their normal designs and not their space designs (despite in Outer Space being the show airing at the time), the ones that aired outside of 1972-73 would have been fair game. But like you said, I am happy that we did get Josie and the Pussycats and Speed Buggy episodes.
As for a how a hypothetical Butch Cassidy crossover would work, I wonder if the show would have gone for a plot where the Sundance Kids are on a mission and the Scooby Gang happens to run into them and want to help, or if the Sundance Kids are off the clock and happen to run into the Scooby Gang. In the former the story would have to deal with the Sundance Kids having to hide the fact that they’re spies - like them finding out some clues from Mr. Socrates and then having to come with an explanation for how they figured it out that isn’t “our sentient computer boss told us so” - and that could take away from the more natural character dynamics that “The Weird Winds of Winona” had, so it would probably be better to go with the latter. It probably wouldn’t be too hard to come up with a premise to have them meet: like, have Sundance Kids playing a show and the Scooby Gang is there to watch it, but then it gets interrupted by a villain in a costume trying to stop the concert from happening for money reasons or whatever. Pretty straightforward.
There would for sure be some fun/interesting character interactions that would come out of this crossover. Fred and Butch trying to blend their two different leadership styles of ‘careful planning involving everyone’ and ‘directly tackling problems solo’ is probably the obvious one. Shaggy and Wally would definitely be on the same wavelength about avoiding scary/dangerous situations at all costs, and I think the episode could play up Shaggy’s athleticism in comparison to Wally’s physically weaker nature (given that he’s shown to be slower than the rest of the Sundance Kids and is easily airsick/seasick/motionsick) to set them apart from one another. There could be a joke about Elvis not being able to talk while Scooby can. I can’t think of any examples for the girls off the top of my head but you get my point. I think there’s a lot of potential there.

A Siren's Forte: Another Nightmare
Happy Harbor
October 15, 07:19 EDT
"Recognized: Siren, B-zero-two; Tigress, B-zero-eight; Halo, G-zero-three."
Jenna felt like she could relax once they left the Zeta-Tube. All morning, she had been practically dashing around her apartment. From her bedroom to grab her bag, to the kitchen to ensure Violet was finishing her breakfast, to the living room to make sure the girl's backpack was ready, then back to the kitchen to quickly pour a cup of coffee. Trying to ensure they weren't running late left her slightly frazzled, much to her best friend's amusement.
But they made it through the morning, finally teleporting to M'gann and Conner's (and Lucas') home where waiting for them were Brion and Forager.
Violet let out a giggle as they left the garage, shooting up into the air excitedly. "It's the first day of school!" she cheered.
"Uh, no flying at school please!" Artemis called up to her.
"That is one phone call I would not want to receive," Jenna whined, keeping her metal thermos close to her sternum. Violet listened though, dropping in front of the boys.
Artemis approached the bug from New Genesis. "Forager, Zatanna created this just for you," she said, digging out an item from her jacket. "Your very own Glamor Charm."
She held it out to Forager, but he just bent over halfway, ducking his head. Clearly, he was expecting Artemis to put it on him herself. The woman shared a look with Jenna who just shrugged, then placed the necklace over his head.
It was weird, to see the change happen in real time. Jenna wasn't a stranger to the magic–having seen it on Artemis when she was still undercover with Kaldur–but it still harbored some bad memories. Yet Jenna simply sighed, deciding to shove them back into the depths of her brain.
Forager had straightened back up and was examining his hands. "So...is Forager glamorous now?" he questioned, his voice sounding much clearer and human. He certainly looked more human too, appearing as a short, chubby teenager with a normal set of arms.
"You look human!" Violet said with awe. "...And considerably less naked."
Forager wasn't convinced though. "Is Violet sure?" he asked, looking down at his hands. "Forager still looks like Forager to Forager. And Forager still feels naked."
"Violet is sure. And it's Violet Harper now; I have a new last name!" she revealed.
"Forager is still Forager," he reminded.
"Not today," Artemis piped up.
"You needed a human name for school," Violet explained. "I helped Artemis fill out the forms and picked a name I thought you would like: Fred Bugg. With two 'G's."
That's a bit on the nose. Jenna hid her smile behind her drink as she thought about that conversation from the other night.

Can we take a momment to apreciate Forager? I love him so much! Look at him accepting Bioship's decision and welcoming Baby, informing M'gann of Garfield's problems and graduating valedictorian! I'm so proud of him! I hope womeone gives him a hug in the future episodes.

Yo, I just realized, the Phantoms finale is on my graduation day! Now I'll finally have something to look forward to that day!
That's great! Make sure you learn from Forager's lesson of Gs, both one and two, stand up, stand out, metamorphosize, and forage the future!

Fred Bugg with 2 ‘g’s?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I got this ask SO long ago and kinda forgot I never finished the drawing - my bad. But with the return of YJ I thought it’s about time to finally finish off Fred and get started on some new stuff.
I’m still open to suggestions and ideas - for sketches or opinion posts - anything to get the creative energies flowing.
