I GOT BANGS

The last time I had bangs was during the Clinton administration (1999).

The stereotype of getting a risky hair style is that it happens during a life change, usually a breakup. In this case it’s kind of not that. Here’s what I told S, and his response

and it was just so nice to feel that in this relationship I am more free to take risks, and not just small ones like a haircut, but bigger life changes are easier to consider with him too.

I’ve never had a partner who is supportive and nurturing in this way before. And I didn’t know how to look or ask for it either.

Just really grateful to the universe for him.
