Sorry about this double ask, I reworked the first so much that I literally forgot something entirely. So once again from the top😂

I am looking for Marvel's Stucky (SteveRogersxBuckyBarnes) and/or Frostiron (TonyStarkxLoki) long term rp partners! Some stuff below about me that may be relevant as well as what it is I am looking for for each respectively.

About me

♥ I am a 30 year old he/him who has been rping for 21 years, but I wouldn't say I'm the most dramatically correct person around. I typically average about 3-5 paragraphs per reply as I just really get into what I'm writing. But I don't expect that in response! I prefer communications through discord, as it's what I'm most active on. If you DM me I can throw you my discord handle, or feel free to dm me yours!

♥ I work 3rd shift EST, so I'm awake from about 5pm-8am most days with some variation on days off (but not much). I am most active online from about 11pm-7am. Just so you know what to expect from my activity! I don't mind if our schedules don't line up, just stating that it might come up.

What I am looking for

♥ Overall I'm mostly looking for somebody who can at least give me about 2 sentences per reply, not much at all. I am looking for long-term partners, or at least that's what I am prioritizing currently. Would need to be open to nsfw scenes. While I do quite like a slow burn, I by no means require them! For both, I am also open to Omegaverse AU!

♥ For Stucky in particular, I prefer to play Bucky as I feel he best fits my type of character. I just do not think I would do a particularly great Steve, but if it is my only option I'd be willing to settle! I also have a preference for a dom Steve, putting Bucky in a more submissive role. I would be willing to switch that if I absolutely have to as I'd rather have a top!Bucky than no rp at all. I would most like to follow MCU canon but I wouldn't mind sprinkling in comic events and characters too! I am open to aus, especially supernatural au (werewolf Bucky has my whole heart) if that's something you'd rather explore.

♥ For Frostiron I honestly could play either but I have a soft preference for Tony just based on the fact I'm more confident in my good guy Snark. I could see either of them as comparable switches so dynamic wise I'm open to anything. I would like to stick to MCU canon for this or an AU, but again I would be willing to consider some comic events so long as it doesn't change their timelines up to Avengers too much. I know this is kindof a rare ship but it's had my heart since 2016, what can I say.

Frostiron drabble WIP

((New frostiron drabble WIP as promised! Feel free to leave me feedback on how I could improve my writing, I wanna make stuff that people enjoy <3

“Come sit on the sand and watch the stars with me,” Tony pleaded playfully, warm brown eyes welcoming yet twinkling with traces of an ulterior motive. Blunt honesty left little room for romance, and besides, he knew by now that winning Loki over would be a goal achieved in baby steps, not leaps and bounds. “Please?” Loki returned his gaze, incredulous, but tempted to indulge the inventor. There was something undeniably, universally charming about the man that drew him in despite his every instinct telling him to back away, give him nothing, leave him wanting and lonely. “Give me one good reason as to why I should,” he countered, the faintest hint of a bemused smile slowly coming to life in his expression, in the tug of a lip, the delicate crinkling of the corners of his eyes. “What’s in it for me?” Hm. Playing hard to get. Nothing he hadn’t seen before, nothing he couldn’t work with. A man of science and fact he may be most of the time, but his intuition was every bit as precise as his intellect, and he could see how much Loki wanted to join in, if only he would let himself. “Company,” he answered, perhaps a bit on the nose, but that worked in his favor every now and then. “Besides, whaddya got to lose? You’re already stargazing. Might be able to teach me a thing or two.” Astronomy had eluded Stark for most of his life, outer space feeling more like a myth than reality even after his own few horrifying moments spent above the Earth’s atmosphere, staring out into that great abyss, praying that he would come back down in time. Who better to learn from than the one, among everyone present, who had seen the most of it? He’d known from the very beginning that Stark would be something of a thorn in his side, though in what way, he could not have possibly predicted. As far as mortals went, the man was intelligent, cunning, entertaining…everything that he normally went to great lengths to avoid lest he find himself caught up in human affairs. Yet, the man presented himself as an ice-cold nectarine on a hot summer’s day, a mind so full of the very wit and entertainment that Loki found himself longing for that he found it nigh-impossible not to indulge him, if only on rare occasion. This, it seemed, would be one among them. “Only if you insist,” he eventually agreed, that mixture of apprehension and interest apparent even in the way that he conducted himself, an edge of stiffness as he stepped closer and laid his towel down next to Stark’s. His tall, lithe frame lowered with all the grace and poise of a ballerina as he sat, his long limbs like origami as he somehow managed to take up a fraction of the space as he had before. Legs crossed, he put his arms just behind himself on either side for support “What do you see?” It amazed Tony, how someone he’d feared for so long could be so…fragile. Despite his preference for words with too many syllables, despite being way too tall and somehow having all that clearly visible strength, despite how he seemed to intentionally keep an aloof, sometimes even contemptuous distance from everyone at all times, Tony could see that Loki had his vulnerabilities, too. Moments like these proved how worthwhile it was to include him, even if he preferred to pretend like he didn’t want to join in the fun. “What do I see?” Tony echoed, turning his gaze from Loki to the stars above, his posture relaxing as he examined the night sky for points of interest. “A lot of things, honestly,” he eventually added with a tinge of a laugh in his tone. “Bruce knows way more about this stuff than I do. Stars, and all that. There’s a lot of them though, it seems like, and then you have to think about every star having some planets in orbit, and how any one of those might be inhabitable...-”

🌈 is there a fic that you worked *really fucking hard on* that no one would ever know? maybe a scene/theme you struggled with?

I struggled the entire time trying to get through Ghosts That We Knew, the conclusion to the Picture Perfect series. I honestly hadn't planned to write a whole ass trilogy. Dark Side was the only one I had an idea for, and then halfway through, people wanted more. So I started planning the sequel, Come Back to Me. I'm not a fan of duologies. Trilogies just make more sense. So I started thinking up plots for the third entry. Where could Tony and Loki go after marrying and having two kids (one through a relationship, the other through a surrogate)? What kind of problems would they face? I had no idea, lol. I knew I wanted to insert another kid (Audrey Maria or "Audi"), but I also wanted to show that after 8 years and 3 kids, even the most in-love couples have bad times. I'd gotten about halfway through and just blanked on where to go. It didn't help I was having outside issues -- my RP partner (whom I was in love with) and I were having issues, I was stressing about school, and my dad was having health problems at the time. Oh, and I was struggling to RP too. But I was able to pull something out in the end. And everyone seemed to enjoy it. 😁

Umm....I'm not sure what "celebrate" means?? I might give myself a mental high five? Say yay? LOL

🤍what’s one fic of yours you think people didn’t “get”?

It's not a fic that's completed, nor is it posted on AO3 anymore, but it's Fools Rush In. It was Frostiron set in the Matthew Perry/Salma Hayek movie. First time I was writing fem!Loki and even tho I only published like 4 or 5 chapters, I got complaints that Loki was "too feminist" and "obsessed with her dad's [Odin's] opinions about what a woman her age should be doing." To be clear, Loki was a 28yo grad student who'd been adopted by the Odinsons as a baby and at 13, chose to search for her birth parents who were teenagers when she was born. She was the youngest in the Odinson clan (Thor and Baldur being older) and the oldest in the Laufeyson family (Helblindi and Býleistr were much younger). And the only girl. So Odin certainly had a lot of opinions about her needing to be settled and married, not living with her bestie (Natasha) in an apartment in a big city.

This isn't the reason the fic is incomplete, tho! I removed it, along with four other fics, from AO3 and ff.net bc I'd reached a block on all of them and I felt bad just letting them sit there unfinished. I do hope to complete them someday. But we'll see. Here's a banner I made for it, when I still thought Olivia Wilde was a good choice for fem!Loki. I do not anymore.

Stranger Things: I'm mostly into Mungrove, Steddie, or Harringrove roleplays right now with an emphasis on the first two. I would prefer to do Billy or Steve but I can be convinced into doing Eddie (as long as you understand that I'm not good with D&D terms)

Hannibal: Hannigram, obviously. I'd prefer to do Will.

4. How do you explain rp to someone in the real world?

// Most of the time I don't, but when I do, I guess I describe it as 'I write stories with other people where we play our favourite characters and indulge in telling tales back and forth as a game and seeing what happens if X and Y were in a certain situation'. If I really trust someone, it can go straight to 'lol I play dolls and make Loki the tumblr bicycle'.

14. Do you think rp has had a positive or negative affect on your life or you as a person?

// I'd say largely positive. It's how I met my best friends and has sparked so much of my creativity. My writing's apparently helped people in the past, though on another blog on a nicer character than Loki XD It's helped me cope through tough times and I've learnt things vicariously about life. There are also of course negative things where I've made mistakes and had to learn from them, I let role-play eat my time quite a lot (or I used to at least) and some experiences left me with some major instances of stress, but it's all about finding the balance and doing what's right for you. In the end, it's not much different from anyone else's hobbies and the social circumstances surrounding those. It's been both helpful and detrimental to my marriage at times lmao. But, yeah, I'd say positive. I can explore the lives I can't or wouldn't really want to live but find exciting to write. We fulfil each other as best we can as writers.

15. How has rp changed you personally?

// Oof, that's deep. I'm not sure if I'm even the right person to answer that. It's toughened me up a bit I guess and also freed me in other ways. Becoming someone else really helps escape from difficult times in life or provides a boost when things are going pretty good. It's helped me work out my boundaries and, as above, given me experiences to learn from regarding behaviour of my own and those around me. We can't be perfect but rp definitely has an effect on the shape of a person if they're involved in it often enough. I sometimes end up taking on a bit of the emotions of the muses I write, which isn't always a good thing with Loki. I don't mean I start lying and manipulating more, but I do get crankier and less patient at times lol! These feel like negative things. The positive stuff all got mentioned already in the previous question XD

34. Have you ever cried while writing a reply?

// Yes lol. I think one or two of any threads I've tagged with #ow may have got me. Probably stuff involving @araedi's Thor and likely frostiron and strangefrost angst. If Loki's really suffering or muses are going through really terrible things, or they're heartbroken etc and it's around that time of month you bet I'm gonna be sobbing.
