A perfect night by Mari Mancusi - 3 year(ish) anniversary!

Oops! Looks like I had a slight calendar-malfunction 😆

The Agduna (Agnarr x Iduna) centered short story "A perfect night" was released for free by Mari on February 10th, 2021 on nerdist.com and this was the 1-year-anniversary edition I put together in 2022!

The Frozenverse - A list of books, comics and more!

This was the first collaboration project for Arendelle Archives, where a project was reviewed by one or more members before its release. With this project, we aimed to list every known (to us) Frozen title out there. As of 2024, a few more titles have of course appeared like the novels All is found and The fixer upper but see this as a close-to-complete list of titles spanning from 2013 to late 2022!

Prepare for a long read as this list covers well over 300 unique titles over 53 pages, including everything from the movies and novels to chapter books and one-page comics.

We hope you will enjoy this journey into The Frozenverse!

So, if in the All is Found anthology, Anna travels to the Southern Isles, to celebrate Lars's daughter birthday in this story, where is Hans? He is not mentioned in any of the stories, and as far as I know, he only appear in Elsa's vision in the last story, and he's not present as himself in real time 😭💔

I have two options, one, he's still hard working in the royal stable, and not being invited to his niece's birthday party, or two, his life is much darker as we see - in Frozen park in Disneyland Hongkong, there is said he is IMPRISONED WHILE RECOVERING, so I'm really afraid, that his "family" locked him in his room, for unknown amount of time, and locked the windows that he would never get out 💔

My copy of the new Frozen 2 book “Anna, Elsa, and the Enchanting Holiday,” just arrived! It was a quick read and a cute little story featuring gorgeous papercraft artwork by Nathanna Erica. I like the callback to the yule bell from Olaf’s Frozen Adventure :) Since the book takes place in the forest, I was lowkey hoping the Northuldra would make a cameo, but alas it was consistent with every other post-F2 storybook/comic so far and they’re not even mentioned...oh well (I’ll just assume they’re away during this time, as mentioned in Polar Nights, lol). Lots of pretty Frohana imagery to make up for it though!

I decided not to make HD scans since the binding would make it difficult and potentially damaging to the book. Plus, most of the illustrations span across two pages, which wouldn’t fit in my scanner anyway. So I did my best to make decent photos with my phone camera instead. I also didn’t want to share every page of the book as I want to encourage purchasing an official copy (available via Amazon here).

But some observations about the anthology:

Really Honeymaren, Ryder and Yelana are apparently not mentioned

The northuldra tale is a story told by the northuldra about romance that takes place before Iduna and was being told to her (before Iduna was adopted by Yelana's tribe or after? It's not clear from the summary, but probably after), and that she will use the lessons from the tale years later in her relationship with Agnarr

The Southern Isles are sometimes mentioned, but just like in the Disney park the nobles of the two kingdoms seem to be in complete harmony, really the problem with the Southern Isles was just Hans

Disney / Frozen books should be taken with a grain of salt, because most (if any) are not written by the people who made the movies. By all means, read them! Enjoy them! Remember however, that just because something is in the books doesn’t mean it’s canon.

Annals of Frozen_2nd edition

Greetings to the Frozen fandom! Today is Thanksgiving Day of 2022, also a special day for Frozen. I think most Frozen fans may have made their own way to celebrate the ninth (third) anniversary of Frozen (Frozen II)’s premiere. As for me, I prepared a special gift for Frozen: the second edition of Annals of Frozen, also the second formal work made by Arendelle Archives. Now, I am honored to present this book to Frozen fans all over the world!

Annals of Frozen is a chronicle for Disney’s Frozenverse that summaries the complete history of both Arendelle and Northuldra, based on nearly all the official works related, including shorts, videos, novels, comics, etc. Its first edition was released in August last year, and since then, we’ve received many valuable feedbacks on it, which contributed a lot to the update. Even if you have read its first edition, I still recommend you to read this new edition, not only because it includs lots of post-Frozen II events from novels and comics like Polar Nights: Cast into Darkness (Note: this book contains SPOILERS for NEARLY ALL Frozen-related works released 2013-2022!), but also for that we corrected some mistakes and made many great changes on it, like the new beautiful cover designed by Winter Loves Summer. I’m sure it will provide you with very different reading experiences!

Much thanks to my friends who are willing to review my work, Winter Loves Summer, FrozenHeart and Yumeka, especially Winter Loves Summer and FrozenHeart who spent a lot of time reviewing this book very carefully for several times. And I also want to say thanks to all the Frozen fans who have contributed to this book by pointing out mistakes or providing valuable suggestions. Aesthetics Of My 2023 Reads- Frozen 2: Dangerous Secrets

Absolutely loved this book. This was a book I didn't expect to love. It's amazing how this book develops Iduna and Agnarr characters and helps us understand that they are not the villian Agnarr's father and generational truama. I love frozen 2 and this book further developed my love for Frozen 2. I know not everyone personally loves the film due to the poor planning but I do. Forbidden Romance and Childhood Friends To Lovers are some of my favourite tropes. Highly recommend.

Frozen 2: Dangerous Secrets Aesthetic

The audiobook was also great man I'm so happy they got both Evan Rachel Wood and Alfred Molina to narrate the audiobook.

Highly recommend for Frozen fans the Aesthetic I have made for this book is rather accurate.

Elsa's canon eyebrows mystery

So, in the last 2 years, Funko made two Elsa official Pop figurines, and as the first one's eyebrows are in the canon color (dark Brown), the second one Has an auburn/ginger eyebrows, which kind of makes delulu me suspicious 👀

And in fact, other Elsa figurines also had regular eyebrow color, exact like in the movies 👀

And the new figurine, as the weird opposite, Has an auburn eyebrow color, just like Hans (or Anna) 🤣❤️

So do we have a hint, that Hans in Frozen 3 (or in some post-movies canon) will help Elsa dye her eyebrows with ginger henna (which was popular in 1800's), or maybe is this just a lack of consequence in marketing? 😅❤️
