Been seeing quite a few posts going around about 10 years of Frozen, so I figure I might as well add my bit.
When Frozen came out back in November 2013, I was completely unaware it existed. I was doing a study abroad semester in London and had been so out of the loop with new Disney movies for about three years that I completely missed Frozen was even a thing. I can't remember seeing any trailers before seeing the movie. I had actually missed Tangled and Brave before that, so I was a little behind in my Disney movie score.
Anyway, when I came back home and finally saw Frozen for the first time in January 2014, you might as well call it "love at first sight" because I fell so hard for the movie. I was just obsessed from the start. I saw it two more times over the following week. I was introduced to fandom because my need for more Frozen content - starting with just pics and gifs from the movie itself - was insatiable. I began to think about Frozen nonstop, and while I was hesitant to show my love for it at first (because I was self conscious being a cis man acting like a total fangirl over a "Disney princess movie") I eventually did open up enough for my college friends to know me as that guy who loved Frozen.
Elsa especially resonated with me early on. It took some time for me to figure out why, and the reasons shifted over the years, but the fact was: I had never related nor adored any character as much as Elsa. I can safely say I never had a crush on her like some people do with their favorite cartoon characters; Elsa has always struck me as not the type to be with men romantically, a headcanon that has thankfully remained constant to this day. When I did begin to form headcanons on such things, my initial view of Elsa was asexual and aromantic, which was how I discovered both terms and what the orientations meant - and that led to some personal discovery of my own. I admit, my bias in this matter was in part disgust at the tendency for a lot of fans back in the day to pair Elsa with just about anyone, something that rubbed me the wrong way, so I clung to the notion that she didn't need anyone but the familial love of her sister.
Of course, these days I am fully supportive of lesbian Elsa and hope for solid queer content for her in the future. I recognize the odds are slim to none given she is a huge moneymaker for Disney and, well, Disney is no paragon of queer representation compared to others, but I'd rather have a little hope than none at all. Also, I still adore aro-ace Elsa headcanons and support those who enjoy them.
Frozen has always been special to me because of the bond between Elsa and Anna, that sisterly bond that felt refreshing and unique compared to other Disney movies before. The story was compelling and still is, and all the installments that since followed - Frozen Fever, Olaf's Frozen Adventure, Frozen 2, and many short stories and spinoff novels and a hit Broadway musical - have added so much depth and love to their dynamic. Elsa continues to be relatable; I was quite eager for her story in the sequel because it happened to come at a time when I was going through some changes in life and felt like I could understand Elsa's conflict of "liking where she was but knowing in her gut that she could do more." It's a feeling I think some if not many can relate to, and while the sequel sadly caused division among many fans, I for one loved it wholeheartedly, even more than the original.
I have adored all these years of fanwork, from the simple screenshots and gifsets to the fanart and fanfic and everything else. It's amazing to see how much Frozen resonated with people and still does, how a story focused around a different version of "true love" could become a huge success and make so many people so happy. I won't dwell on the drama or the infighting that once plagued the fandom; I'm just thankful I missed the worst of it from everything I've heard. I always kept to the more quiet corners, the ones focused more on the sisters and their canon bond; the people who just wanted to enjoy the story as it was; the people who wanted to write fic to explore the moments that could have been, that added to the characterization and broadened my understanding of Elsa and Anna; the artists who just adored this movie and everything that came after. I'm happy for the friends I made and still have, the ones who were just as passionate about these girls and their stories.
And while my interests have largely moved on and I am not nearly as involved in Frozen fandom life these days, I still keep space in my heart for Elsa and for Anna. I am excited to know their story is not over, that we will be getting two new movies with one big story that will no doubt be quite the epic adventure. Whatever is in store, I'm sure they will handle things the way they have always tried: together.
Thank you, Jennifer Lee. Thank you, Chris Buck. Thank you, Idina Menzel. Thank you all for Elsa and for Frozen.

HAPPY 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY to FROZEN II
Exactly three years ago today, around this time, I saw Frozen II on the big screen on its opening day in Germany. Twice in a row! And a few more times since then, both in the cinema and on Blu-Ray. The hype that went off in 2019 since the first teaser trailer was just indescribable, especially for me, as a newcomer on Tumblr since February 2019. It was a very nice time, also the two years after and I really miss it.
Unfortunately, a lot of things have changed in fandom and a lot of fans have left it because nothing new has come from Disney since then and nothing is in sight until now. Neither a short film like Frozen Fever or OFA, nor a third part that many are longing for, including me. Well, instead I've been writing the sequel myself for three years, which I'll probably finish in early 2023.
For those interested in reading my first impressions on the opening day, I have five links to old blog entries of mine:
Link1, Link2, Link3, Link4, Link5
I also collected all release dates for Frozen II worldwide on Oktober 16, 2019 as warning to the fans to use a spoiler hashtag in their posts: Link
Since then i collected nearly every fanart, gifs, edits on my several blogs. If you want and use a computer you can search my archive for a specific date and you'll find so many interesting posts of the fans.
It's a shame that I hardly see any Frozen fans here on Tumblr anymore, but I see more advertising than ever before. Twitter is also going down the toilet soon, because Elon Musk has taken over the platform and virtually fired the entire staff. So what am I left with? Reddit and Discord.

FROZEN III
Being direct, aren't we? I don't know what you're asking of me, anon, is this meant to be a writing prompt or something? Since you're not being specific, I will just share my opinions/thoughts on Frozen 3. Assuming you know that I ship Helsa and I like Hans (else, why are you asking me? I don't often interact with general Frozen fans here), I'll probably bring it up in this post. (Warning, this will get personal.)
My first thought when I saw the announcement was, "Well, someone has to milk they cashcows at some point, right?"
I wasn't thrilled, in fact I was rather sceptical. I don't like Frozen 2 for a lot of reasons (I won't elaborate it because it's exhausting having to repeat it, I'd rather not talk about it or see anyone paraphrase it for me, thanks), and in my head the franchise is done, just like that. Some people I know also lost their interest in the Frozen fandom, prompting me to do the same (the only things keeping here are my friends, Helsa, and Frozen the Musical), so am I excited to have my love for Frozen rekindled? Not really. But am I excited to see the fandom revived and the possible new contents that will come along with it? Absolutely!
I'm rather indifferent about Frozen 3, honestly, and I have ZERO expectation about it, whatsoever. At the end, Disney is a multibillion dollar company, and they are likely to prioritise profit over quality content. But if it ends up getting a good writing, that's good for them, I guess. Though, I'm personally planning to avoid any news related to Frozen 3.
I would like to see them explore other places too, tho, maybe The Southern Isles? I wouldn't mind a redemption arc for Hans (although the chance seems highly unlikely, lol, that's how low I set my bar). I don't need Helsa to be canon, but maybe and interaction would be nice to see (or I could write my own enemies to lovers fic for self indulgence purposes instead, idk).
If I had to guess the plot, however, I'd say Frozen 2 is just a fever dream but the moment Elsa goes about her day, she hears that 4-note siren call, and she goes on a journey but *gasp* there's someone behind the bushes, at least Anna is there with a sword looking cool like in that trailer, etc. (this is a joke, please don't take it seriously), or maybe it could be assassin!Anna, spy!Elsa, and telepath!Olaf trying to prevent a war from breaking out (again this is my attempt at humour, based on a conversation I had with some friends), who bloody knows? Anything could happen, really.
All I'm saying is that, try to manage your expectations and maybe mute tags/keywords of topics you wanna avoid for your own sake (I do that, and my online experience has never been better). I hope these answers are satisfying for you, anon.

The Men with Two Faces
When Frozen was released almost seven years ago, I fell in love with it and the love hasn’t stopped since, especially with the following of Frozen Fever, Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, and last year’s Frozen II. I am very proud to be in this fandom and have enjoyed expressing my love for it by writing analyses about them, and my friends and followers can rest assured I will never stop doing it, especially as long as there is more material for me to discuss! 😁😁😁
One of the reasons I fell in love with Frozen was because of Hans and the fact that he was a surprise villain. Disney introduced him by making us think he was another typical heroic prince: benevolent, noble, brave, caring, selfless, and kind. Hans tells Anna that he is the youngest of 13 sons from the kingdom of the Southern Isles, and in being the youngest, he has apparently faced ignorance, neglect, and abuse from most of his brothers, if not his entire family. But then in the third act, we discover that Disney had purposely misled all other characters, and even the audience, about who Hans really is. He reveals himself as a truly ruthless, sadistic, dishonest, power-hungry, selfish, two-faced sociopath whose only goal is to become king and gain the status, power, admiration, and respect he apparently never received from his family, and would never gain as the 13th heir of the Southern Isles. So he plotted to take control of Arendelle by marrying into the throne. He initially wanted to marry Elsa just because she was the oldest and rightful heir, which would give him a legitimate chance to become king. However, he decided to pursue and marry Anna when he realized that Elsa was an antisocial recluse, and planned to kill Elsa to get her out of the way and rise to power with him as king and Anna as his queen.
When I first saw Frozen, I was very shocked that Hans was the true villain, though at the same time, there were a few moments that made me suspicious of him. After seeing the film a few more times, I realized there were subtle clues of his villainy in many of his preceding scenes, so his villainous revelation did not come totally out of the blue. But Disney using the twist and idea of having a hidden main antagonist, one that was a prince, who is stereotypically a heroic character in fairy tales, no less, was something I very much enjoyed about Frozen because it was something so new, different, unexpected, and very unique, particularly for a Disney fairy tale.
When I saw Frozen II, I wasn’t expecting it to have a villain, hidden or not, since the trope of surprise villains by Disney, which started with Wreck-It Ralph, had been waning and it was getting easier for me to figure out who they were. Needless to say, when Runeard was revealed to be the film’s main antagonist, I was very shocked. I wasn’t shocked in the same way I was when Hans revealed himself to be an evil prince, but for different reasons. For one thing, Runeard only appears on screen as a living character during Agnarr’s story about the Enchanted Forest in the prologue, then as a snowy ice figure Elsa discovers in Ahtohallan years after his death. He has the shortest time on screen than any other villain in the Disney animated canon, yet Runeard also has a major effect on the film’s plot. He is one of the few Disney animated villains who affects the flow of the story from the very beginning, and is rather unique in doing so because he is a POSTHUMOUS main antagonist, the first one from Disney animation. In fact, Runeard is the Greater-Scope Villain of the Frozen franchise as his heinous actions against the Northuldrans not only led to the main events of Frozen II, but also to what became of his bloodline and what led to the events of Frozen. The fact that Runeard has such a short time on screen while simultaneously impacting so much to the story makes his actions even worse than those of Hans.
While the revelation of Runeard being the main villain has received mixed reception from fans and critics like that of Hans did, I can still focus more on the positive about the former’s villainy than the negative. Heck, when you look at both films and both of their main villains, Runeard and Hans actually have quite a lot in common, even though Runeard is far less developed as a character and has a much shorter amount of time on screen than Hans.
Both are monarchs who present themselves as kind, generous, noble, charismatic, benevolent people to the public, while in private, they reveal that are really nothing but cold, obsessive, ruthless, sadistic, two-faced men who are successful in concealing their true dark natures in order to gain the trust of others for their own selfish interests and benefits. In fact, when they make their first appearances in their respective movies, Hans and Runeard wear their benevolent masks when they meet with people, and both are wearing gloves as they do so.
Both prove themselves to be very competent rulers of Arendelle (though Runeard was a true king of Arendelle while Hans briefly acted as its reigning monarch in both Elsa and Anna’s absence), and are kind and generous towards the people of whom they are in charge. In truth, however, both they are very power-hungry individuals who do not care for anything except the power they have/crave, and are willing to do whatever it takes, including treachery and murder, to get what they want and expand their power.
Both have brief scenes in which they reveal their true colors to a single person and sadistically smile as they explain how the plans they have set in motion will be carried out and satisfy their ruthless, selfish desires. The difference between them is that Hans reveals his secret to Anna as he indirectly attempts to murder her, while Runeard reveals his secret to his second-in-command and doesn’t try to murder him (though he apparently instilled fear into the officer and swore him to secrecy over the true purpose of the dam’s construction).
Both plan to kill people who they see as being in their way and a threat to their goals. They sneak up on their victims when they (the victims) are seated on the ground (Hans on Elsa, Runeard on the Northuldra leader) and raise their swords over the victims’ heads, ready to murder them. As I said in “Striking Resemblances”, the difference between both moments is that while Hans failed to kill Elsa due to Anna’s intervention, Runeard succeeded in killing the Northuldra leader because no one else was around to witness and intervene.
And while it’s not part of their characters and actions within the movies, both mens’ true natures were kept a complete secret from viewers prior to the release dates of their respective films, especially during promotional material. Hans was labeled as “The Nice Guy” in the first theatrical trailer for Frozen, while Runeard was completely omitted from pre-release storybook merchandise, and Jeremy Sisto was revealed as the voice of the character for the first time at the world premiere of Frozen II.
The fact that Runeard killed the leader of the Northuldra while Hans didn’t kill Elsa suggests that Runeard is potentially a darker example of what Hans could have easily become if he had succeeded in his goal to kill both sisters and become king of Arendelle. But in the months since Frozen II came out, another possibility on how Runeard is suggested to be a darker reflection of Hans, with the former having succeeded in the past where Hans failed in the present, has been suggested by fans. As I’ve said before, Runeard was the founder and first king of Arendelle. Prior to this accomplishment, perhaps like Hans, he was once a prince who was overlooked and neglected by his family, and he craved power, respect, and admiration after having never received them from his family and/or the majority of his kingdom. Or perhaps Runeard was just a commoner, a poor nobody who still craved power and respect after never having received it, or even anything fine and desirable, in his life...and he ended up getting what he wanted when he created his very own kingdom and was proclaimed its king. AND when he became king, Runeard was set on expanding as well as protecting his power, with his only concern being his own status as a monarch.
Runeard and Hans both have underdeveloped backstories as villains and what makes them as such, even though it feels easier to figure out that of Hans based on what he does reveal to Anna. But considering how much they do have in common, perhaps Runeard WAS once in the same position Hans used to be, and he managed to succeed where Hans did not. With all we do know about them, though, Runeard appears to be far more evil and despicable than Hans, given his bigoted, judgmental, paranoid, hateful behavior towards the Northuldra and the magical spirits and his actions against them.
Hans briefly gets his chance of being a leader when he takes over as temporary ruler of Arendelle in both Elsa and Anna’s absence. He successfully wins the hearts of the Arendellians by acting as a kind, caring, benevolent ruler during the harsh conditions brought on by Elsa’s magical winter. The fact that he earned the trust and respect of the Arendellians and acts very competent as a ruler suggests that Hans really could have been a very good king. However, as I said in “Tyrant Terror”, while Runeard was revealed to be a ruthless, power-hungry, obsessive king in secret, he used the same kind of benevolent mask that Hans used when he appeared in public. Runeard apparently was also very competent as a ruler since he knew how to run the kingdom while pretending to be a noble leader to the public. He led the citizens, the guards, and the castle staff on to believe that his kind facade was his true nature.
Because getting power and respect for himself was all that both men ever really cared about, I have absolutely no doubt that, had he succeeded in stealing Arendelle’s throne, Hans also would have become the same kind of secretly ruthless, power-hungry, selfish tyrant that Runeard was before him.
Now the biggest difference between Hans and Runeard’s villainy is what motivates them to carry out their evil plans. Runeard seeks to destroy the Northuldra because they have ties to magic, something he detests, fears, and towards which he holds bigotry, since he believes it to be a threat to his royal rank and authority. The fact that the Northuldra are peasants who follow magic rather than a government ruled by a king is also how Runeard saw them as a threat. He presumably believed that the Northuldra might try to use their magic to one day plot to usurp him and take over his kingdom. Consumed by his hateful, bigoted, and paranoid feelings towards the tribe and their magic, Runeard decided to destroy them to prevent any chances of them trying to destroy him first.
In Hans’s case, he obviously viewed Elsa as a threat to his plans since she was the legitimate heir of Arendelle, and he plotted to kill her to get her out of his way. When Elsa accidentally revealed her powers and caused the eternal winter, Hans was just as shocked as everyone else. However, while his motive to kill Elsa expanded so that he also wanted restore summer to Arendelle (and appear to be a hero in the eyes of the Arendellians for doing so), Hans was always presumably indifferent to Elsa’s powers. Throughout the whole movie, he never once shows any true feelings of prejudice towards magic or fear that her magic makes Elsa so powerful that she is a greater threat to his goal of taking over her kingdom than he initially believed. The best example of this is when he reveals his true nature and plans to Anna, who says “You’re no match for Elsa!” and Hans callously retorts “No, you’re no match for Elsa!” Hans knows that Anna means that Elsa is more powerful than him with her magic and she could use them to bring him down, but Hans is completely unconcerned and unconvinced about this concept. If anything, by this time, he has realized that Elsa was scared of her own power and of losing Anna...and he knew how to use both of her fears against her.
So unlike Runeard’s fear of magic being his overall motivation to destroy the Northuldra, I don’t believe Hans ever feared or was prejudiced towards Elsa for being magical. He only wanted to kill her just because she was in his way of gaining access to Arendelle’s throne.
As with any Disney villain, though, in the end, Hans and Runeard’s confidence and arrogance ends up being their downfall, and they end up being forever ruined due to their actions. Hans extinguishes all heat sources in the library, then locks Anna in so she will die from her frozen heart. But because Olaf helps her escape the castle, Anna intervenes in the nick of time when Hans attempts to kill Elsa. After the winter is lifted, Hans is humiliated and defeated when Anna reveals that she survived, and many witness the punch she gives him to his face. Hans is then apprehended, imprisoned on a French ship headed back to the Southern Isles, and banished from Arendelle forever. He is later shown working in the royal stables in his kingdom, cleaning up after the horses.
Though he makes no further appearances in the franchise, Hans’s betrayal has undoubtedly ruined him forever and he will probably never be allowed to leave his kingdom in order to try his plot all over again. Furthermore, the allusions to and mentions of him in the sequel shows that he will never be forgiven by Elsa, Anna, and their family.
Despite having succeeded in murdering the tribe leader, the war that Runeard instigates leads to him falling off a cliff to his death and causing the angered spirits to cast a mist over the Enchanted Forest, trapping the people, including his surviving soldiers, in it for decades. Though he is long dead by the time the main events of the story take place, what remains of Runeard’s evil reign is finally brought to an end when Anna and Elsa destroy the dam. This act lifts the mist and frees the Forest, and a true union of peace is at last established between Arendelle and the Northuldra.
In life, Runeard had been desperate to protect his power, status, and legacy from being ruined by the Northuldra and their magic. But in great irony, his misdeeds caused his own fear to become reality (though not like he had envisioned), and his legacy is now forever ruined by his betrayal.

We’ll Always Be More Than a Cast
A/N: I was watching Lemonade Mouth earlier while I was coughing my lungs out with corona and this was born. It’s cheesy but I honestly don’t care. There’s a lot of ideas in my fever dream head that I’m writing down, but I would also love some requests for marvel fics or supernatural. Both RPF and characters, an update of BIBF will be coming soon. Marvel tags anyone?
Tumblr media
Summary: Y/N is struggling, and the cast sing her a song at karaoke to cheer her up.
Warnings: Mentions of death, some sadness and a whole lot of fluff.
Pairings: Reader x Platonic!Marvel Cast
Song: We’ll Always Be More Than a Band by Lemonade Mouth.
Word Count: 1.7k
Masterlist
You had only been in one MCU movie so far, and it was such a minor role you were extremely surprised when they asked you back for Civil War and that they wanted it to be a bigger role. You felt a bit intimidated being around people like Robert Downey Jr and Jeremy Renner who you looked up to immensely. It took you 2 months to get used to your castmates on The Winter Soldier, and during the press tour, you became fast friends with them all.
Being back on set and having everyone talking about how they missed their family really bummed you out. Your parents had died almost 3 years ago, and you had no other family. You were alone in the world and it was hard. You often excused yourself from conversations, went back to your trailer and cried. Being around your parent’s death anniversary things were always hard but it wasn’t something you talked about, you kept it all bottled up.
It wasn’t until Chris mentioned his nephew and Scarlett mentioned her daughter and Sebastian mentioned his parents and how they had spent their Christmas and New Year that you got upset. It made you remember your sad lonely Christmas in your apartment eating frozen pizza for dinner and drinking a lot of wine, singing carols to yourself. New years didn’t go much different. Everyone was in their own homes with their own family and friends. You kept yourself to yourself and didn’t have many friends as you had moved to New York recently.
“Sorry I left something in my trailer, I’ll meet you guys on set.” You gave a small smile and ducked from the conversation and headed to your trailer.
As soon as the door shut behind you, you let the tears flow and flopped on the couch looking at the picture of your parents on the side table. Fuck, you needed to get a hold on yourself if you were going to get through this movie.
“Well that was weird,” Scarlett commented as you left them stood outside of the craft tent, making Chris nod with a concerned look on his face.
“I’ll go speak to her, maybe something happened over Christmas?” Seb suggested quietly.
“No, you two have a fight scene to prepare for, I’ll go, I’ll text you if I need you,” Scarlett smiled at them softly and headed over to your trailer.
When she reached for your door to knock, she heard soft whimpering coming from inside your trailer. It shocked her, you’d always seemed so happy go lucky and none of them had ever seen you cry. Fuck it she thought as she grabbed your door handle and opened it, rushing into your trailer without warning.
“Oh hon,” Scarlett whispered to you as she saw your red, puffy face looking up at her in shock. “I’m here now, try to calm down.”
Scarlett took you in her arms and rubbed her hand up and down your back as you hiccupped through your sobs. You were completely embarrassed she had to see you this way.
“I’m sorry, I don’t want to be a burden for you. Please leave if you’re uncomfortable.” You mumbled to her, looking at her through your eyelashes apologetically.
“Y/N, you would never be a burden to any of us. What’s wrong? Did something happen over Christmas? Was it your family?”
“I don’t have a family,” You mumbled, more tears running down your cheeks as you looked at her shocked face.
“What do you mean? Where did you go for Christmas? New Years?” She asked almost frightened of the answer.
“My parents died almost 3 years ago, and I have no other family. Only children, their parents are dead. I’m alone. I spent it in my apartment,” You smiled sadly at her sad face.
“Y/N you should have said something, you could have come to any of our houses! You’re always welcome,” Scarlett muttered hugging you once more. “Why didn’t you say anything?”
“You’re all big famous actors and I’m a nobody. I’m new to the whole business, I needed to navigate it myself. I’m always going to be alone in this world I need to get used to it.” You mumbled, tearing your eyes away from hers and looking at the picture of your parents.
“Y/N were still humans, and most importantly we’re still your friends, and now we’re a big family. You’re never going to be alone again I promise.”
“You don’t have to do that for me,” You mumbled softly.
“I know, but I want to. We care about you, obviously I can’t speak for the whole cast, but I can definitely speak for Evans, Stan and Mackie. Everyone else will be the exact same once you get to know them, we’re all a big happy dysfunctional family.” Scarlett smiled at you.
“Thank you, you’ll never know how much it means to me.” You whispered softly.
“Now we need to get you cheered up girly,” Scarlett smiled at you, changing the conversation which you were glad for. “Get changed, we’re having a night on the town.”
“But we have scenes to film, it’s meant to be a late one.” You said confused, knowing your call sheet ended at 2am and it was only 7:30pm.
“I’ll take care of that one. Like you said I’m a big famous actress, I can easily manipulate producers.” She smirked at you and winked making you laugh. “Get ready, I’ll be back for you in an hour.”
Once you’d had a shower, put some makeup on and into a party dress and heels you felt a lot more like yourself. You needed a night out to let loose, spend time with some friends and get to know your cast members and new friends.
“You ready?” You heard Scarlett call from around your trailer door.
You grabbed your bag and went to meet her, seeing Chris, Seb and Anthony stood at the bottom of your trailer steps.
“What are you doing here?” You asked softly smiling.
“We heard you needed cheering up, and Mackie is one of the funniest guys we know.” Chris laughed and pulled you into a hug.
“You guys didn’t have to do this you know.” You smiled as you hugged Seb and Anthony.
“But we wanted to, we all need a night out. The Russo’s can worry about scenes and that shit later,” Mackie laughed and squeezed your shoulder.
“Where are we going?” You asked them as they all smirked at you. “Why are you looking at me like that?”
“Karaoke time baby!” Seb shouted making you laugh as you were dragged into the car.
“I hope you all know I will not be singing until I get very very drunk.” You laughed softly, taking a sip of your cocktail you had been handed by Scarlett when you got in.
“That’s fine we have a song prepared first.” Chris smirked and smiled at you making you cock an eyebrow.
“You mean you’re having a band performance without me? Leaving me to sit here all alone?” You asked feigning shock.
“Well not all alone.” You heard a voice say behind you making you turn to face Jeremy Renner, RDJ and Paul Rudd.
“What are you guys doing here?” You asked hugging them all, clearly partly tipsy.
“We heard one of our family members needed us. It’s about time we got to know you properly.” Robert smiled at you, making you gush.
“That’s our queue,” You heard Seb say as the music changed and jumped up with Chris, Anthony and Scarlett onto the stage next to your table.
“This one’s for Y/N to prove to her she’ll always have a family with us.” Scarlett smiled at you making you tear up as you realised what song it was.
----------------- Scarlett, One of the boys, All of them, Y/N.----------------------
“I can’t pretend to know you feel, but know that I’m here and know that I’m real
Say what you want or don’t talk at all
I’m not gonna let you fall.” Scarlett and Sebastian sang.
“Reach for my hand ‘cause it’s held out for you. My shoulders are small, but you can cry on them too.
Everything changes but one thing is true, understand
We’ll always be more than a cast.” Scarlett and Chris sang with the others joining in for the last line of the chorus.
“You used to brave the world all on your own
Now we won’t let you go, go it alone
Be who you wanna be, always stand tall. I’m not gonna let you fall.” Mackie started the verse, the others joined in and Scarlett lead it into the chorus making you tear up.
“Reach for my hand ‘cause it’s held out for you. My shoulders are small, but you can cry on them too.
Everything changes but one thing is true, understand
We’ll always be more than a cast.” They sang once again, pointing at you and Chris reached his hand out for you to take.
“I never knew you could take me so far. I’ve always wanted the home that you are. The ones I need.” You sang taking Chris’ outstretched hand and stepping onto the stage, the other men behind you following suit as you all sang the last chorus with tears in your eyes.
“Reach for my hand ‘cause it’s held out for you. My shoulders are small, but you can cry on them too.
Everything changes but one thing is true, understand
We’ll always be more than a cast.” You all sang together.
“Reach for my hand ‘cause it’s held out for you. My shoulders are small, but you can cry on them too.
Everything changes but one thing is true, understand
We’ll always be more than a cast.” Scarlett sang softly, taking you into a side hug and swaying with you. She looked into your eyes during the last line and at the tears dripping down your face, wiping them softly.
You hugged all of your cast mates in a group hug as people cheered around you in the club.
“I’m so lucky to have all of you,” You mumbled into the circle, embracing the warmth it gave you. You finally had a family once more.

Thoughts while watching the Frozen franchise
FROZEN
1) Did Iduna and Agnarr hear a single word that Grandpabbie said? Like seriously? This whole thing could have been avoided if they had just listened.
2) My heart breaks for Elsa. She’s all alone. Anna’s at least got their parents and servants...Elsa literally has no one. I’M NOT CRYING! YOU’RE CRYING!
3) I see you Weselton...I got my eye on you. Seriously, this guy was also bad news who ordered his men to kill Elsa and called her a monster, and YET NO ONE attacks people in the fandom for liking him. Insanity. AND THEN Elsa does little cute dance with his ice statue thing in Frozen 2....I don’t understand...
4) stunning. This movie is visually stunning.
5) I will now be singing Let It Go for the rest of the day.
6) I’m pretty sure that Kristoff is the only sane person in this movie. 7) Anna is the worst listener. Like hands down. In the whole franchise, she rarely listens and when she does, she immediately counteracts it and does whatever she wants to do anyway. There is a fine line between being determined and being a bully.
8) The trolls are shady af...don’t @ me. Fixer Upper is a big ol’ eyebrow raise.
9) My boy, Hans...he’s a big dumb. A little power crazed big dumb. But still a big dumb boy who is just dumb. 10) Wait...how did he exchange marriage vows with Elsa? The priest wasn’t there? Why does anyone believe that? It’s like the most obvious lie ever. 11) WHAT HAPPENED TO HANS’ BOAT?! He clearly leaves on the Frenchman’s ship, but like he OBVIOUSLY came in on his own ship cause you know he’s a prince...from his own kingdom...SO WHERE IS HIS SHIP!?  12) and Sitron...the horse is important too.
OLAF’S FROZEN ADVENTURE
1) Elsa’s dress...amazing.
2) nervously looks around because half these traditions are mine. 3) So. Many. Gloves. How can one person need that many gloves?! At some point, her hands stopped growing  Also Sir Jorgenbjorgen...priceless.
4) Sven is over Kristoff’s shit.
5) FRUITCAKES CAN SURVIVE THE APOCALYPSE. IT’S PROVEN.
6) Poor Olaf. He’s just trying to help.
7) WHERE DID THAT BOX COME FROM, ANNA!? Seriously, it came out of no where, she had no where to store it while they were searching
7) Again....stunning. Visually stunning.
8) Wait... When We’re Together is totally retconned in Frozen 2...
FROZEN FEVER
1) snowgies
2) I headcannon that the snowball is filled with snowgies, and we get Papa!Hans who knows all the names of his snow children
FROZEN 2
1) I’m pretty sure this all happens on the same night of Elsa hitting Anna...what a crazy night....am I right?
2) AND THEN THE FIRE NATION ACTED! I’m sorry...it’s just, this is so Avatar the Last Airbender, and it just makes me giggle
3) King Runeard is full of shit...also why is Disney into the whole SURPRISE villain in the franchise? It’s not fun when you do it the second time. Also, it’s just not fun to do anymore (especially when you keep doing it badly).
4) How can Iduna listen to Agnarr say so many terrible and untrue things about her homeland? Like this probably isn’t new talk...she’s probably heard it from tons of people for years. That’s got to create so many terrible feelings within her.
5) some days I am Elsa. Some days I am Anna. But I know no one fall asleep that fast
6) This family is filled with track and field Olympians. Anna’s got sprinting and long jump. Elsa’s a star in the triple jump. ALSO ALL OF THEM DO PARKOUR (mad fucking jump skills)
7) The charades scene really hurt me. I am a firm believer that no one is irredeemable, and I’m not just saying that because I like Hans...it’s something I truly believe in my heart. AND TO JUST HAVE ELSA SAY IT IS A SLAP TO MY FACE. (myotpisntcrazyanditstotallycute)
8) also they changed the layout of the library...the door is in a different place. Continuity in sets is so unimportant Disney...JUST COME ON
9) ELSA’S ANXIETY IS NOT ABOUT YOU, ANNA! However, I would love a full version of Idina and Kristen singing All is Found. Literally, Anna keeps making a lot of things about her...Elsa’s self discovery, Elsa’s sadness, Elsa’s journey
10) THESE MOVIES ARE STUNNING AND YOU CANNOT CHANGE MY MIND!
11) the trolls puttin’ their SHADY selves into power...narrows eyes
12) Insecure, needy, and paranoid Anna isn’t fun. Or cute. She’s just annoying.
13) This whole water has memory theme is a stretch...
14) Olaf’s recounts are the best part of this film
15) In terms of cuteness of tiny animal sidekicks with Disney Morph>Bruni>Meeko>Pascal
16) I like how they don’t even question Elsa’s statement of them being Northuldra...they’re just like...yea sure guess you are.
17) IF THE FROZEN CAN MAKE A SHIP OUT OF THESE HONEYMAREN AND ELSA SCENES THEN I CAN SAIL MY SHIP WITH MY SCENES OF HANS AND ELSA....
18) NO YOU DON’T KNOW THE WOODS, KRISTOFF! YOU LITERALLY JUST GOT HERE! But this does segue into the most AMAZING song in this movie
19) Their parents are bad listeners and liars...
20) Ah the trailer scene...making Frozen 2 seem like it was going to be so deep and angsty, but that was not our reality.
21) Can we talk about the riding to Ahtohallan scene? Everything is in slow motions except Elsa, and it makes for a really weird visual trip. I don’t understand why they did it...and if they didn’t mean to do that, how did no one catch it?
22) STUNNING! S-T-U-N-N-I-N-G
23) The cold never bothered me anyway = freezes. NOT SO TOUGH NOW (just kidding please unfreeze my baby)
24) Kristen’s ability to make her voice break while singing is amazing. She kills me with emotion in Do You Wanna Build a Snowman? and in The Next Right Thing. She does it SO WELL.
25) This ending literally makes no sense...it will never make sense. Elsa, who has been described as a neat freak and highly organized, wouldn’t just go live in the woods with people she’s just met. NO SENSE! I know this ending probably happened because of Lee’s obvious favoritism towards Anna, but they could have made it made sense. ALSO where was Elsa during this whole “epilogue?” Seems super out of character.
OKAY. That concludes this post. I love Frozen and Frozen 2, but I can see the flaws in them. Frozen 2 lacked a lot of growth on both of the characters parts, but I can see that they were trying to show that self discovery and knowing your limits are important to growing as a person. They didn’t show that very well, but I can see it in the cracks. However, the biggest flaw in Frozen 2 is the fact the song Home is not a part of it. The song is amazing.
I can also like characters, but still see how their obvious faults. Like Anna, I relate to Anna on some levels, but I can also see how she is kinda the worst because she doesn’t listen and she’s a little selfish. Elsa’s got a lot of issues she’s gotta sort though, her inability to trust is a big one. I made this post because I have too much time on my hands and I’m avoiding editing. You can ignore this, but I hope it made you laugh.
My final thought...Disney just fucking ignores hair physics, and its starting to really bug me now that I’m older.

Lol, it’s almost 5AM and I decided to rewatch Frozen, Frozen Fever, Frozen Northern Lights and Olaf’s Frozen adventure before the new Frozen 2 trailer drops in several hours... I’m gonna be such a wreck today :’))
Like, no joking. I have so much planned for today. Disney Storied Places is gonna delivered in the morning, I need to shower and do groceries before an appointment at noon, and the trailer is shortly after that.
I’m a spoonie, so this really is a lot for one day don’t judge...

After falling ill as a child and never fully recovering, Anna of Arendelle has been kept hidden away from the world-- and the truth about the severity of her illness has always been kept from her. After she falls ill again just a few months shy of her wedding, she’s taken up into the fresh air of the surrounding mountains as a last-ditch effort to help her regain her full strength. It's Kristoff's job to take care of her-- and keep the secret.
As each struggles with the challenges of their situation, an unexpected complication suddenly arises: they just might be falling in love.

Frozen 2: the crossroads of a fandom
Tumblr media
This post has been several days in the making but I felt it’s something I had to write now that the supposed final trailer for Frozen 2 has been released and, as stated in my previous post, we’re less than a week away from spoiler-filled merchandise becoming readily available. I’m of course beyond excited that we’ve made it this far after years of waiting…but at the same time, I’m apprehensive on a personal level because Frozen is not like any of the major fandoms I’ve been into. I apologize in advance for the length of this post – I just wanted to get all my thoughts out there so thanks for bearing with me!
While I’ve been a part of many fandoms throughout my life (mostly games and anime), there’s only been a handful that I’d say have been major ones – as in, they lasted for many years, a day never went by where I didn’t think of them, and they made up the majority of what I spent my time and money on. But thinking back, every major fandom I’ve been into was for a series. Probably my biggest three fandoms besides Frozen are/were Pokemon (game series), Inuyasha (anime and manga series), and Haruhi Suzumiya (anime and light novel series). Leaving Pokemon aside for the moment because I’m still very much into it, I was obsessed with Inuyasha during my high school and early college years (around 2003 to 2007) and Haruhi for some years after (around 2007 to 2013). I’d say a big part of the reason I was into them for so long (besides adoring the characters, story, and writing of course) is precisely because they were series: their stories were ongoing for the many years I was into them so I always had new content to look forward to and could indulge in thoughts of “I would love to see this scenario play out in future stories, maybe it will in the next chapter/novel release!”
So why am I not nearly as into them as I used to be? Inuyasha simply finished its story, with the manga finally ending in 2008 (and unfortunately the last year or so of chapters wasn’t all that great in my opinion), and Haruhi’s creator pretty much just abandoned the series, releasing a great 12th novel in 2011 and then never releasing another one since, leaving the series without a proper conclusion. So the reason I eventually left these fandoms is simple: there was no new content to look forward to and thus no hope that any story scenarios I wanted to see will eventually play out in future releases.
On the other hand, why have I been part of the Pokemon fandom for so long, never leaving it since I played the first games in 1999? Again, the answer is simple: Pokemon is a franchise that shows no signs of ever ending – in fact, its become the highest grossing media franchise, so of course Nintendo, The Pokemon Company, and others who profit from it will never let it end. There will always be new games, new anime episodes and movies, new merchandise, and new gimmicks like Pokemon GO. It also helps that the games, anime, comics, etc., are only loosely connected to one another so it doesn’t involve a single narrative that will eventually have to end – each new game takes place in the same world but with a different story and characters, which I suppose has its advantages in terms of freshness and longevity over franchises that involve the same characters and plot dependent on the mind and motivation of a single author (like many manga and books series).
So why is Frozen so different from these other fandoms of mine? Firstly, as I mentioned before, it’s not a series and so doesn’t guarantee new content will be released at set intervals: it was originally just a single movie in Disney’s canon of (mostly) standalone stories. Probably the main reason I’ve been into it for so long despite this is because we did, eventually, get new content that continued the canon story (not just a spin-off like that lame Lego cartoon or a retelling of the original story like the Broadway show). In 2015 we got Frozen Fever, in 2017 we got Olaf’s Frozen Adventure, and of course, we got hints of a full-fledged sequel in 2015-2016 before the date was officially announced in 2017. But the difference is that none of this content was ever certain. Unlike a manga series that guarantees a new chapter every week or month, or a book or game series that gets a new release every 2-3 years, new content for Frozen was really just random and up to Disney as to whether they wanted to give it special treatment for being their highest grossing animated film. Thankfully for us fans they did, with an animated short every 2 years and now an official sequel. To be honest, the hope of a sequel is a big part of what’s kept me into Frozen for so many years despite there being such limited content (the original movie plus the shorts is only, like, 2 and a half hours of content!) The shorts helped but I knew they wouldn’t give me the kind of dramatic stories I wanted to see play out in the franchise. Before we knew of any content beyond the original movie, I wrote a post in 2014 about why I wanted to see a Frozen sequel so badly. And here we are, nearly 6 years later and that hope is finally becoming reality…
…I’ve been looking forward to it more than anything for so long, but now that we’re so close, I’m kinda sad and worried. After years of pondering and daydreaming about what Frozen 2 would be like and whether it would give me what I want to see with the characters I love, what if it ends up not being everything I hoped for? What if this movie that’s been on my mind everyday for years just doesn’t leave me satisfied in the end? Again, if this was a series we’re talking about, I’d just say “okay, so the most recent manga chapter, game release, etc, wasn’t very good, we’ll see what the next one brings!” But there is no “next one” for Frozen. Well, I can’t say for sure there won’t ever be a Frozen 3 or more animated shorts, but from the information I’ve heard/read, it really seems like Disney planned this as a closing point for the story that, as of now, has no plans to be opened again. My fear isn’t that I won’t like Frozen 2 – I’m 95% certain I’ll love it – but will it give me what I want to see in the story and characters to the extent that I won’t feel a constant yearning for more should it be the last canon installment for the franchise. I’m sure we’ll see a live-action remake somewhere down the line or other things Disney likes to do to revive their popular franchises here and there, but as far as continuing the canon story through animated shorts and sequels, that’s completely uncertain. And before anyone tells me “that’s what fanfiction is for,” I personally never had much interest. I’ve always strictly been into canon material and I don’t like stories that I feel are out-of-character, with scenarios that would definitely never happen in the official franchise, which is what a lot of fanfiction caters to. I’m sure there are fics out there that I’d like, but I don’t have the time and motivation to try and find them among many others I probably won’t care for. Also, another reason I love Frozen is the animated movie medium itself – near life-like animation, music, voice acting, colors, etc. – so going from that to just reading the stories is too much of a difference to satisfy me.
I know it’s silly of me to fret about this as only one of two possibilities will happen, neither of which are terrible: 1) we never get more canon Frozen movies, so regardless of whether I end up being satisfied with Frozen 2 or not, the lack of new content to look forward to causes me to lose interest and eventually move onto other fandoms, or 2) Disney does announce Frozen 3 and/or more canon animated shorts so that hope keeps my Frozen obsession going indefinitely! (as a side note, Disney seems to be creating more canon TV series for its movies like Tangled and Big Hero 6, but personally I’m not too keen on a TV series for Frozen – I can’t speak for Big Hero 6 but I’ve watched all of Tangled the Series and think it’s good, but it just doesn’t have the high-standards and consistent writing quality and characterization that a full-length animated film has, and I wouldn’t want anything but the best for Frozen!)
Well, whatever happens in the years to come, I’m sure I’ll still love Frozen even if it doesn’t stay among my top fandoms. Every anime, game, movie, etc., I’ve been a fan of has served its purpose in my life, inspiring my thoughts, leading me to great friends, enhancing my appreciation for creative stories, and bringing me many hours of joy, and Frozen will be no different, whether my obsession ends soon after Frozen 2 or continues on into the unknown (see what I did there :P)

Time for new theories...and some facts
I wrote the following BEFORE these ominous plot details came to light, so consider this post as if it were yesterday (or the day before yesterday).
This theory contains SPOILER, at least for those of you who avoid merch leaks and to whom Annecy says nothing.
At the moment the whole fandom is very agitated again. Reason for this are certain merchandise leaks and twitter statements. I contributed to that myself and one of my last posts spread like wildfire..but only because my post landed outside of Tumblr. Ok, that's often the case with very short posts without any in-depth explanations, i get the impression. I now try to go a little further...
Some of you may see their expectations or hopes swimming away that Elsa and Anna will have more time together in Frozen II because suddenly so many new characters have appeared. Some also wonder how this will work if only two new voices have been cast for the movie (Evan Rachel Wood, Sterling K. Brown). Quite simply: these two are intended for vocal parts, so they play a much bigger role than the other new "players".
I currently count six new characters (without the Spirits / Elements): the young Sami girl and this ominous boy from the teaser (probably a flashback), Mattias (one of the newly cast voices I bet; this spelling seems to be confirmed by now) and these three Sami from this maze game, for which I posted a mini-theory (more about that later). In addition there is Iduna in a flashback and probably also Agnarr (see Leak from Annecy). It can also be assumed that these new characters won't be the only ones on the plan, but that we will also see other people from the Sami people, because they obviously live in this Enchanted Land and probably can't leave it (keyword magic fog). Somehow they must have come to terms with the spirits of nature or at least be tolerated, which doesn't surprise me very much, as the Sami are a nomadic people and have always got along well with nature itself.
What I'm getting at is this: I haven't counted now, but in the first movie we had a lot more characters to deal with, including voice parts, than in Frozen II, as it looks so far. They either loosened up the plot or gave it an extra seriousness, something that wouldn't have worked with our protagonists alone. Additional characters are important for the whole story and they didn't bother us in the first movie, quite the opposite. For example, our gang has a very long sleigh ride up to the north in front of them, really enough time that Elsa and Anna can really talk each other out. I assume that at a more "private" moment with Anna, Elsa has the idea to send Olaf to Kristoff to entertain him a bit, but in reality to distract him from their conversation.
Tumblr media
After everyone has walked through the portal, however, there is hardly any time left for chats, because now the actual action takes place. At this point I would like to refer to the "An absurdly long Frozen 2 theory - The Land of the Mist" by @azaffranist, which I think is really great. (LINK)
Tumblr media
The trailer only suggests the order in which the scenes take place. I get into the attack scene in the forest, when the inhabitants are fleeing from the fire and Elsa (together with Olaf) probably has her big appearance, which consumes her completely and in the course of which Olaf possibly loses his life. We know from the teaser how he still clings to her and in the trailer you only see Elsa kneeling on the ground and waving Anna away with her last strength to prevent her from getting closer before she finally saves Kristoff at a gallop.
Tumblr media
I suspect that Kristoff had accidentally recognized the danger for Anna in the scene before and then didn't think long.
Tumblr media
We don't know what will happen afterwards, but at this point the threat to Elsa should not be over yet.
Whether before or after, our gang must have gotten to know the inhabitants there and there were certainly very quiet moments, perhaps with one of the seven new songs (to my knowledge more are not confirmed). This brings me to my theory about Kristoff and the Sami. It's one of the big questions from the first movie, where Kristoff came from and why he lived with the trolls. In this country he now meets Sami for the first time, who perhaps know more about it. Maybe a resemblance with someone in him was recognized and maybe it comes out that he actually stands in front of his own relatives. This story with "A new girlfriend?" came to my mind spontaneously, but it would be quite conceivable that a Sami girl (I'm thinking of the dark-haired one) had an eye on him (probably not the other way around).
Tumblr media
It could lead to some entanglements with Anna, maybe even to a full-grown argument. We all know that Anna is his big crush, that he kissed her and confessed his love (Frozen Fever). We can only guess what happened between the two in the Short OFA, but his languishing look at the end says it all, doesn't it? I guess Anna wouldn't take up a new relationship very well and as I know her temperament by now, she certainly doesn't keep her opinions to herself. As for her clothes, Anna wears a SASH (or it looks like she does), like the Sami, and Kristoff wears one, but in a more noble form, just like a princess should. But what this new characteristic of Anna means is still a mystery to me.
Tumblr media
Let's get to the other Sami girl, the one with the "white" hair. Can the spirits transform into human form? At least we know from Nokk that he is a shapeshifter. But we also have a harmless looking Lizard, whose character made it into a game (Leak). What if this girl is not a Sami at all, but a camouflaged spirit? Of course, it happens more often that even younger people suddenly get white hair (I myself know someone like that in my private life), but in a movie like this every little thing has a deeper meaning.
As for the serious face of Anna in Frozen II, I think there are only three reasons: Kristoff (quarrelling / jealousy), Olaf (his possible death) or Elsa (one of the reasons for her journey and her concern for her). Which of these would weigh heavier? Or is it the combination of all three reasons that makes Anna's smile disappear for a long time?

Frozen 2, my synopsis
I'm so ready after this last trailer for what is going to be as the next chapter in the life and adventures of our favorite Snow Queen, The Queen of Arendelle, Elsa, her sister, Princess Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven. This will be a much different film ad they travel to the Unknown north country, Northundra, to face a danger that threatens Arendelle and all around that area. I want to concentrate on our two main characters, Elsa and Anna. It's been three years since Elsa and Anna had reunited in the bond of love on the frozen fjord, Anna's birthday Bash (and poor Elsa catching cold 😯) in Frozen Fever and Christmas in Olaf's Frozen Adventure, plus all the books and comics, fan stories and the great fanartto fill up those 3 years (IMHO).
Frozen 2 is where the real growing and maturing will happen. Elsa will be challenged by the song she hears beckoning her. One part of the song "Into The Unknown" where she sings about having everything she loves inside the walls of Arendelle. She will find out that sometimes, you must defend that which you love to keep it safe. Her power has grown and what was once feared, now must be that which is enough to face the challenge waiting in Northundra. She is still fearful and uncertain about what is ahead, but from the scenes where she fights the wildfire and the Nokk, Elsa will find the courage and confidence to face them and succeed.
Tumblr media
Elsa's looks ready for what the WWE's Jim Ross called a "slobberknocker" with the Nokk! (SudenRabbit did the 2nd gif)

Also Grand Pabbie's warning that her powers are alluring and may cause her to lose herself and her humanity and be overwhelmed to where the end is not good at all. Anna maybe the one person to keep Elsa grounded and anchored to realise this and may even learn "Spider-Man's Lesson." That is "With great powers, there must also be great responsibility." Elsa is the main subject of the movie as she faces the dangers to not only save Arendelle, but to answer the unanswered questions of how she got her powers, why she got them, what really happened in the past, who she is and is to be in the world. Radio host from 930 WBEN for Buffalo N.Y., Tom Bauerlie, used to end his show with the phrase, "Know yourself." This is where Elsa Wil learn more about and "know herself," and so will we.
Anna will also be growing in this movie as well. After experiencing 13 years of the Hell of bring separated from not only her sister, but her best friend in the world. Which then got more complicated by their parent's sudden death at sea, and Elsa's unwillingness to reconnect after that. Plus, the things that happened on Elsa's Coronation day, leading up to Hans' betrayal, near-death by Elsa's second accidental freezing to her act of selflessness to stop Hans from murdering Elsa, which brought Anna back to life and gave the sisters that rare second chance of reconciliation with each other. Now Anna becomes a bit clingy. Anna is like a Mother Hen, worrying about Elsa to where she was oblivious to Kristoff trying to propose to her. She is now afraid herself of once again losing Elsa after all those years. I've seen the fanart of how Anna is always there for Elsa at times of some very low points. (Elsa and Anna are still my favorites because of the mental health issues Jen put onto Elsa in Frozen.) In one scene of the newest trailer, Anna charges in to stop Elsa from putting out the fire saying "Get out of there, Elsa!" Afterwards, is the conversation and disagreement between them about charging into fire.

In this scene we see this; (Thanks, BigFrozenSix)

Anna is alone, with the thought line of "Please, oh God, not again! What has happened to Elsa? Am I going to lose her again after all this short time?" 13 years of separation and loneliness is still scarred into her memory, and still tears her apart 3 years later. It's a fear that Anna will face, and learn also to "know herself," where she has all she needs to face the dangers and learn that she doesn't need to be with Elsa or be her "Mother Hen" all the time. And maybe even have some room in her life to marry up with that nice ice guy, that "Fixer up-er" as the rock trolls called him, Kristoff.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The old saying "That which does not kill you, will only serve to make you stronger," will apply here as Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven are put to the test ahead of them. It will be exciting and some tears will also flow as we see this story unfold.
I will end this with the picture of the sisters together, as I hope the movie will end with Elsa and Anna together. A bit wiser and stronger in their relationship, and Kristoff as Anna's fiancee,

And that new, cute and cuddly sensation since Rapunzel's buddy Pascal, BRUNI THE FIRE SALAMANDER!
Buckle up folks. It's gonna be one helluva ride.

Malex prompt: Time Travel AU! I keep thinking of Discworld's Wrong Trouser Leg of Time. Either a dejected Michael or dejected Alex ending up in a universe where they are happily married, in a house with a beagle mix
For every worthwhile piece in his father’s evidence, there’s four pieces of worthless trash. At the start, he’d bundled everything up in boxes and brought it to Kyle for his opinion, but then he’d found another two storage lockers of it and decided that he was going to do this on his own. When things went to shit, Alex had shifted his attention to working through Project Shepard to try and take his mind off Michael (and Maria, and leaving, and the ship, and his doubts; Michael and will be the death of him).
In retrospect? Not his best idea to go it alone when there are alien artifacts in the mix.
When alcohol had stopped doing the trick to numb the memories of imagining Michael and Maria having sex, Alex had trudged over to go over the pieces, digging into one of the boxes to find a piece that looks like it belongs with the ship, but different.
He’s exhausted, thinking about Michael leaving, thinking about him and Maria (did he stay the night with her? Did he breathe out softly the way he does with Alex, did she find out the truth about his hand), and his spirits are the lowest they’ve ever been.
It means that when he gets both hands on the glimmering piece of tech from one of the boxes, Alex’s mind is pent up and thinking, I just need to know what happens next and obsessively revolves around Michael when he feels a sharp burst of disorienting sickness.
His head is fuzzy, he feels like he could throw up, and for a long moment, Alex grips the piece tighter, for fear he’s going to break it.
Closing his eyes, he tries to bear it and wait it out. When it passes, he’s on his feet with the piece, thinking that it’s time to stop being sorry for himself and he can use this as an excuse to go see Michael.
Only, when he drives to the junkyard, his trailer isn’t there. There is a house just off the land and Alex heads there, a touch frantic that maybe Michael decided to pick up and leave town. He shifts the piece to hide it within his frame, approaching warily, and not even paying attention until a dog starts howling and barking wildly.
“Shit,” Alex says, because the last thing he needs is for a dog to get him arrested.
It’s a beagle, like the kind Mimi said he’d get, but if this howling is any kind of hint, then maybe Alex isn’t so keen on one. He’s hobbling over as fast as he can without running, shifting the piece in his hands so he can lean over and try and calm it.
“Hey,” he breathes. “Hey, it’s okay. I just want to ask your owners a few questions, okay?”
The barking isn’t stopping, so Alex moves to desperate measures, soothing and trying to get close enough to pet the animal. Behind them, the lights on the house’s porch flicker on and Alex notices, now, that the sun has started to set. How long had he been going over those pieces of evidence?
Clearly, he needs a break. Between the weird fit with the piece and this house suddenly appearing that he’s never seen before, Alex thinks he’s losing his mind.
The feeling doesn’t get better when he hears a voice from the porch – a very, very familiar voice.
“What the hell kind of noise are you making, Phoebe? You know who it is.”
Alex freezes from where his hand is on the beagle’s ears, fumbling to check her tags. He probably should have started there, seeing the name GUERIN embossed into them. Frozen, his eyes wide, he tries to hush the barking down, wondering what you do when you can’t just cover a dog’s mouth to stop it.
He still tries, though, and that’s how Michael Guerin finds him. Maybe it’s more important to mention that Alex finds Michael with a dishcloth thrown over his shoulder, a leash in hand, and wearing a wedding ring on his finger, standing outside the bungalow of a beautiful house. Still, that’s how he finds him.
Biting back his bitterness, he hates that this is probably some joke.
“What, so Maria told you about the beagle and you guys decided to get hitched and take that too?”
At least, that’s what he wants to say.
Instead, Alex tightens his grip on the piece of alien tech and stares, because Michael looks so good. His shoulders actually look a bit broader, but maybe that’s just because of how tall he’s standing, and the way he strides forward to pick up the dog calls attention to the sweatpants and the fact that Alex can tell he’s not wearing underwear from his steady gait.
There’s an amused look on Michael’s face, which only pisses Alex off more.
“What?” he snaps.
This is the last thing he needs. He’s exhausted, he’s tired, he feels a little ill and can’t place his finger on why, and now Michael is playing some practical joke acting like he’s hitched with the dog that Mimi DeLuca predicted.
“Is this the first time you found it? You never told me that story.”
Great, apparently Michael’s also gone insane.
“What are you, I don’t…”
“Alex,” Michael says softly. “Come sit down inside.”
He does, even though he’s still feeling really out of it. The beagle trots along beside him like he belongs there and when Alex gets inside, he passes a foyer filled with pictures of him and Michael, the dog, and it takes about fifteen seconds for him to realize that half the possessions here are his.
Michael’s married.
To him?
Did Kyle sneak into the storage locker and knock him over the head? Is this some kind of wild fever dream the alien artifact created for him? Whatever it is, Alex takes the first opportunity to sink down into a chair, gaping at Michael as he heads to the kitchen and turns off the stovetop’s heat, bringing Phoebe back to settle her onto the ground.
“Lucky for you, Alex of 2025 is currently on assignment, but he did say that he couldn’t travel if the one from the future was around,” Michael absently mutters as he digs through a stack of papers. “It’s sweet of you, visiting, like you know how lonely I’ve been. We don’t need to talk about the boyfriend pillow in the bed, but … ah, here it is,” he says triumphantly, digging out a piece of paper. “Here. You wrote this for yourself. He always said I’d know when to give it to you.” Wandering closer, he holds out a letter, but he doesn’t hand it over so easily.
For a long while, Michael stares at him, to the point it starts to become unnerving.
“What?” Alex asks.
“You look…” Michael hesitates. “You look tired.”
He probably does. He hasn’t slept much, he’s been drinking, and he keeps thinking about how he’s lost Michael to Maria because of his own cowardice and now he might lose him to another planet for the same reason, and even knowing that, he can’t make himself do anything different.
“Here,” he says. “This is for you. I’ll finish dinner, so come find me when you’re ready.”
Alex takes the letter and carefully opens it. It’s not new, judging by the color of the envelope, so he has to wonder at what point he’ll write this, if he even gets the chance. He’s not sure what to expect, but the opening sentence isn’t … it.
Congratulations! You’ve won a strange human ability to manipulate the time-space engine of the ship and locked it to your genetic code!
It’s Michael’s writing. Alex huffs out a laugh and can only imagine the way his other self must have been irritated when he’d gained control of the pen again, but the words past that are in his own handwriting.
Alex, it’s me. Or you, however you want to think about this. If you’re reading this, you found a piece of Michael’s ship, before it rejoins with the rest. That happened a couple of years ago, but up until then, when you hold it and think about where you want to be, you can sort of skip along like a record. I remember when it brought me to this, and it’ll help you out a few more times.
You’re going to need it again soon and it won’t be for a domestic drop-in.
It can’t take you back in time. You can’t change anything that’s already happened. The past is past, the scars are set.
Take care of Michael for me. The glass doesn’t work if I’m within about twenty-five miles. When you want to go back, just think of home. I know things might seem rough right now, but thinking about Michael always did the trick.
He reads that last line a few times because it’s a punch to the gut. By the time he’s read it for a fifth time, Michael is coming out of the kitchen bearing bowls of chicken stew, Phoebe dancing around his heels. “Come on. I made enough for two and I was planning to eat it in a sad grief-state of missing my husband, but I guess we can share and you can tell me why you look like you want to cry.”
If he thinks about home right now, he’ll think of how things with him and Michael are so fragmented and tangled. Maybe with a good meal in his belly and the promise of this in his future, though, maybe then he can head back with the hope of something to come.
“Yeah,” he agrees. “I think it’s getting better, now.”
“I knew you liked me,” Michael drawls with delight, and sits Alex down to a family dinner in a comfortable home, introducing him to what a family and a home can look like inside Roswell in the form of both a place and a person.

Anton Castillo rose to power on the promise of restoring the once-prosperous island nation of Yara back to its former glory and plans to forge his vision of paradise by any means necessary. With his 13-year-old son Diego reluctantly following in his father’s bloody footsteps, Antón has the future of Yara clenched tightly in his hands.

In Far Cry 6, players are immersed in the adrenaline-filled, chaotic world of a modern-day guerrilla revolution. Engage Anton’s regime in intense combat through lush jungles and decaying cities as Dani Rojas, a local Yaran swept up in the revolution. To even the odds against Castillo’s military, you’ll have to adopt the “resolver” philosophy of using what you have to make what you need, employing an arsenal of unique and surprising new weapons, vehicles, and animal companions to ignite a revolutionary movement that will burn the tyrannical regime to the ground.

With You Part 3
A/N: Here's Part 3! Thank you for all your nice notes and comments! I’m glad you guys are enjoying this story! This entire thing was inspired by this one video, I encourage you to watch it and fall in love but please don’t cry (like I did)! This will be 6 parts. Thanks for reading, friends!
Pairing: Richard Armitage x Reader
Word Count (this part): 841
Warnings (for series): drinking, serious makeout sesh, tiny bit of angst because plot lines are cool but mostly fluff because be STILL MY HEART RICHARD
Summary: (Y/N) and Richard are together again, working on a new film project. Will the tension between them ruin everything, or will they give in to their feelings for each other?
Tumblr media
Days of rehearsal passed and you quickly started filming. You were on location in a quaint town far from home and spent a lot of time in your trailers, struggling to keep warm. You and Richard spent most of your time together, even when off work, and though his forward flirting calmed, the tension between you only thickened.
This morning, you were in his trailer waiting to be called outside. You were buried under blankets and leaning back on his couch with your feet in his lap. As per your usual morning routine, as you thumbed through your script and he listened to a character playlist he had made.
“(Y/N), Richard, we’re ready for you,” Peter’s assistant said, peeking her head through the door.
You joined the team outside and forced yourself to shed your layers. In the script, it was early fall, but this northern town made it feel like mid-winter and thanks to the costume department, you were in a skirt.
You held back your shivers as you took Richard’s hand in yours and strolled down the sidewalk, the cameras and booms following you closely. You eased into your character and ran through the lines, kissing him when it came time for his exit.
“Cut” you heard from behind you.
You practically ran to Marsha who was holding your coat out for you. “Thank you, thank you, thank you,” you said, pulling it around you. Now, you had to wait as everything was reset and it was decided which angles to shoot again.
You sat on the curb and waited patiently, your knees jostling in an attempt to keep you warm. You felt a blanket set on your shoulders and you looked up to see Richard leaning over you, handing you a hot coffee. You leaned back against his legs as he stood behind you and reveled in the cup almost burning your hands. “Thank you.”
He hummed above you.
“Alright, let’s do it again. Back to your marks.”
Richard grabbed your hand and this time you noticed its warmth. Against his, your skin felt like an ice block. You laced your fingers in his and asked, “Are you hot blooded or something?”
“I got a fever of a hundred and three,” he said, licking his lips to hide his smile.
You laughed and leaned against him, briefly hiding your cheeks in his neck.
“I almost thought that song would be too old for you.”
“I love that song! Now it’ll be stuck in my head for the rest of the day.” You waited for the call of action and bobbed your head while you hummed the melody. He joined you but you both fell silent as the cameras rolled.
This time, as you ran the scene, you smiles were warmer. When it came time to kiss him goodbye, you hugged his waist and felt heat radiating from him. He held your face and gave you a single deep kiss. When you parted, his eyes searched yours and landed on your lips again before giving you one last peck.
You watched him exit and couldn’t help but lick your lips to remember the taste of his. Despite being halfway frozen, you almost wished you could run the scene again.
“Cut!” broke through your thoughts. “That’s it, that was perfect,” Peter called.
You returned to your coffees, wondering what had changed from the first kiss to the last one. You smiled to yourself, even bit your lip thinking of his firm abdomen beneath your fingertips. Richard’s humming behind you made you jump in fright and spin around giggling.
You pulled your hand loose from your long sleeves. “Hold on. You have lipstick on you,” you said. Your thumb gently rubbed his lower lip while your fingers gripped his stubbled chin, and you imagined how it all felt on your mouth when he kissed you. Long after the makeup was gone, your thumb still remained on his parted lips.
He stared at you, watching your shoulders rise and fall with nervous breath. He whispered your name and brought you back to your senses. You flushed and backed away, but before you could disappear, he had hold of your hands. “They’re like ice,” he said, gathering them together and blowing warm air onto them. He barely kissed your fingers, the motion only enough for you to notice.
Peter’s voice startled you and you turned away from Richard to listen to him call for two other actors. “(Y/N) and Richard, go warm up in your trailer, we’ll call you back soon.”
You followed him off the set with your head low in shame. You needed to pull yourself together. Richard opened the door to his trailer for you, but you said, “I’m gonna go to mine.”
“Just come sit with me.”
You shook your head. “Rich-”
He lifted the cups in his hands. “I have coffee. Follow the coffee,” he sang.
You chuckled and climbed the steps to his trailer. “I’m going to drink all your coffee and steal all your blankets.”
“Deal.”
