I barely got by today but focused a lot on self-care. Showered. Made all my meals. Did end up getting myself a nice drink (non-alcoholic). Rested a bunch. Did some work (my job!) with naps. (I am very thankful that I work from home because I had to run to the bathroom more than ten times (I lost count) today)

And then (I just did this) repotted 3 plants and seeded 5 more 😤

(I am not a gardening expert but I got some self-watering plants, seeds, soil, water, grow lights, the internet, and an ADHD brain so wish me luck.)

I feel exhausted but accomplished.

Hopefully my period is better tomorrow so I can finish all my job tasks. Then I’m going to do spring cleaning. I really want to optimize my life more.
