Prologue|| chapter-1||chapter-2

Run
Run
Run
Those were the only words that could process in her head. Her fight or flight instinct and the former came dominate. She could hear the monstrous screeching and yelling of her father chasing after her as she darted up the stairs. The clomping of feet and shoving against the stairway and yelling chasing after her trying to get there first until she finally reached the top of the stairwell. She climbed of the ladder hastily and yanked the door in after her and slid a broom  under the handles to make sure nothing could get in. She could hear the muffled string of curses of her father screaming and demanding her to open the door. She held a hand over her mouth trying to suppress her whimpers and racked sobs that left her body. It felt like everything she had been keeping under control for so many years was crashing down on her. She knew if she stayed any longer at this house she would not live to see another day in her miserable life. She stared into the eyes of her reflection and only saw a lonely miserable girl who had been through hell for so many years. She was tired and sick and the bags under her eyes made that clear. She looked deeper into herself and knew what she had to do. She had to leave. Do anything to get away of this hellhole called home.
She walked for a few hours until the realization hot her. What was she thinking??? She couldn't live on her own. She barely had enough money for a couple of dinners at best snd were the hell would she sleep. She felt herself breaking down again once more and tears streamed down her cheeks as she buried her she in her arms and curled up on a bench.
A small meow interrupted her racing thoughts and she glanced up rubbing away the tears. It was a stray grey tabby cat with sharp yellow eyes.  She locked eyes with it for a moment before noticing it carrying some sort of letters around its neck. The cat stepped closer to her like its was
"Is this...for me?" The cat softly nodded making her surprised at the response. Was there really delivery cats??? She untied the string around that cats neck and picked of the letter. It was a deep dark yellow envelope with a red crest of a lion, badger, snake and a eagle. 'Looks real official. Why would I be getting this letter?'. She carefully tore open the first letter and read it to herself as she scratched behind the cats ears.

To my dearest great-niece,
I do hope your letters arrive to you in good health. I hope you can forgive me for my absence for all these years but for circumstances such as theses there are are rules in place.
Your grandmother had not able to take care of you due to a incident that happened to her so many years ago. But we all shall meet in all due time my dear. I eagerly await your arrival but until then I shall write.
To buy your school supplies, your family has left you a large vault at Gringotts bank that will contain money that should be enough for you to buy school supplies for the rest of your school days until you find yourself a stable job. You will find that I have entrusted a close friend of mine to carry your key. I'm positive you shall bump into him sooner than later. I know you must be confused and scared but you shall know more all in due time.
Sincerely,
Your great-uncle
_________________________
This year you shall go to Hogwarts, school of witchcraft and wizardry.
This has to be a joke. Witchcraft and Wizardry? Yeah right. "I really though I was going to get a real letter..." A small disappointed laugh left her lips. It was probably just a sick prank. Who would come into her life after leaving her for so many years to suffer? But you know what? "Screw it. Even if it is fake I have nothing better to do." The cat stood up up seeming to wait for her. "I'll follow first thing in the morning, but for now I think ill sleep for a bit..." Echo yawned out into her fist. She curled up onto the bench and the cat jumped onto her chest before making itself comfortable and falling asleep together.
"What a strange cat..." She though tiredly before slipping away into the sweet arms of sleep.
|Sorry for the little messy story. I hoped you enjoyed and remember the plot goes deep so check out my other books, especially my 𝓜𝓪𝓰𝓲𝓬𝓪𝓵| Newt Scammander x reader book. As I write both stories it will make more sense.|

How High Pressure Cleaning Can Enhance the Curb Appeal of Your Home
Tumblr media
High pressure cleaning is a great way to clean the outside of your home. It can remove dirt, mildew, and grime from surfaces that are difficult to reach with a regular cleaning method.
Professional outdoor cleaners will use the proper pressure levels to wash away moss growth on stairways, grease on driveways, and other trapped pollutants without damaging your exterior. This will keep your home looking its best while preventing dangerous bacteria from building up in the surface. To know more about High Pressure Cleaning, visit the A Clean House Washing website or call 0419778863.
Surfaces in outdoor areas naturally build up with dirt, mould, mildew and staining. This can affect the curb appeal of a property and harm its condition. Fortunately, high pressure cleaning can help make surfaces look new again and increase resale value.
Brick walls, rendered walls, paved patios and stone retaining walls can all benefit from regular high pressure cleaning. High pressure washing can remove dirt, plant life and moss from these surfaces. It can also strip coatings and sealants, allowing for resealing and treatment, which leads to better looking, longer-lasting surfaces.
Roofs in Chuwar, Ipswich can develop dark stains that reduce curb appeal and shorten the lifespan of the roof. High pressure cleaning can safely remove these stains without damaging the roof material. Harsh chemicals can corrode some roof materials, so professional cleaners use different methods and treatments for various roof types. They also avoid areas that may swell or crack under the high-pressure jet.
Whether you are preparing your home for sale or simply looking to refresh your property’s appearance, regular high pressure cleaning can instantly enhance curb appeal. It removes unsightly stains, mould and mildew, and makes surfaces look fresh and well-maintained.
High pressure cleaning is also an excellent prep step before painting, sealing, or applying coatings to exterior surfaces. It ensures proper adhesion and improves the results of any maintenance or renovation work you plan to do in the future.
Our team of residential Ipswich pressure cleaners are experts at protecting the long life and beauty of your property’s exterior. Instead of replacing your siding, our professional soft wash service gently and effectively cleans dirt, grime, airborne pollutants, bird poo, and other build-up to leave you with a like-new home exterior. You won’t believe the difference!
If you are a homeowner, high pressure cleaning is an excellent way to remove ingrained dirt, mildew, grime and mould from your home’s exterior surfaces. The exterior walls, roof, patios, driveways and pathways are cleaned in a thorough manner without damaging the surface.
A dirty roof can cause damage to the internal structure of your house and increase your energy bills. A regular high-pressure cleaning can help you extend the life of your roof and maintain its appearance.
High-pressure cleaning can also remove oil stains, dirt, moss and other contaminants from concrete surfaces such as driveways, walkways and patio areas. Using the right pressure and chemical combinations, a professional can clean all types of hard-surfaces and even concrete pools. For difficult-to-reach spots, a professional can use a sissor lift or cherry picker to clean elevated surfaces. They can also treat the area with biodegradable chemicals to prevent regrowth of fungus and mildew. The result is a cleaner and brighter home.
Nothing can diminish the look of your home like mold and mildew stains. They grow quickly in areas that are shaded and damp, spreading by airborne spores. Left unchecked, they can cause structural damage and trigger respiratory problems and allergies. Thorough cleaning can remove these fungi and prevent their future growth.
Pressure washing removes dirt and grime from outdoor surfaces, making them look newer and more appealing. Professionals use different water PSI levels and nozzles to achieve the best results for each surface. Concrete driveways require higher pressure levels to remove ingrained pollutants, while painted fences require lower levels of water pressure to avoid damaging the paint finish. To know more about High Pressure Cleaning, visit the A Clean House Washing website or call 0419778863.
Using a bleach solution in addition to the high-pressure wash helps kill mold, mildew, and fungus spores and prevent them from returning. A professional will apply the cleaner to the affected area and then rinse it off, leaving surfaces looking clean and new. Regular maintenance can also help keep mold and mildew from growing in the first place, preserving the look and value of your home.

Home steam carpet cleaners efficiently ensure deep and thorough carpet cleaning
Home steam carpet cleaners efficiently ensure deep and thorough carpet cleaning. It first applies detergent solution on the carpet and generates a large amount of lather using its rotating brush. It then releases hot water to extract the dirt and rinse the carpet. The dirt extracted and the rinsed water is then drawn into a connected container.Home Steam Carpet CleanersAlthough the machine is called a China Copper Commutators Manufacturers steam carpet cleaner, it does not directly use steam for cleaning the carpets. Instead, they make use of steamy hot water for better cleaning of the carpet. The hot water, along with the suction power of the vacuum, forms a steam that can clean the carpet and at the same time, dries it up. Steam carpet cleaners consist of a heater and two separate tanks, one for storing hot clean water and the other for the dirty water. Most of the latest models of steam carpet cleaners also have tanks with an inbuilt system that holds the water required for cleaning.
Thus, you do not need water from any outside source. There is a rotating cleaning brush attached to every steam carpet cleaner that enables it to take out dirt and dust from the carpet. The number of such brushes can vary from one model to another and the price of the machine varies accordingly. Upright and Canister are two different styles of steam carpet cleaners. Upright steam cleaners are heavy and difficult to move; while the canister steam cleaners are lighter, but are suitable only for cleaning small areas. They are useful for cleaning only a portion of the carpet. When the whole carpet needs cleaning, upright home steam carpet cleaners should be opted for. Hand-held steam cleaners are also available, which are designed to clean the stairways effectively.
Advantages of Home Steam Carpet CleanersThis is not only an effective method of cleaning carpets, but the process is fast too. 'Enchanted Forest'
"Lamington National park is a fairytale forest teeming with waterfalls, gigantic old trees and wildlife. Taking in all this magical beauty, I wondered when the ancient trees would start talking and if the fairies would appear. With many trails flooded due to heavy rains, this waterfall and its moss covered surroundings look lush and green. This fungi stairway captures the magic of this century old, semi-tropical rainforest."

Secret Smuggler Hideout
When I decided, idk a year? back that I wanted to formalise the structure of my colony, the first thing I did was sort out the infrastructure. That meant building the endless stairway to heaven, the double-thick level boundaries, and placing the Level 12 teleporter and some teleport flags. And then I left the upper atmosphere alone while I built upwards from Lvl 05.
Imagine my surprise then, when I came to start building the Lvl 11 buildings, that someone had left a random starfield screen on the outside of this asteroid. Of course, being an adventurous sort, my first instinct was to poke it. I was even more surprised then, when I found Yannick and his hide-out, lit only by phosphorescent fungi.
He seemed thrilled to see me -- possibly the only person he’d seen for a while -- though dodged all my questions about how he got here, where all the treasure came from, and what exactly is in those barrels...

Hiraeth Creature #1016 - Kordenada
“In the Great Betwixt, there is a strong entanglement of earth and sea that gives the ravine a surreal quality even in Hiraeth where oddities are common. Mushrooms grow in massive bundles, making stairways to the clouds, and hills are dotted with patches of coral reef surrounded by swaying kelp, both still as vibrant as if they were submerged in ocean waters. The ravine’s creation opened up many secret tunnels that led to underground oceans, where primal and highly adapted creatures thrived away from the changes the rest of the world embraced. Few beasts are as emblematic of this new union as the Kordenada, but most people travelling through the Betwixt will miss them. They bury themselves partially when they wish to rest, the top of their gelatinous head blending in with the gardens of fungi. Most creatures avoid the sight of their shimmering head, but occasionally unwary wanderers and gluttonous beasts disturb a sleeping Kordenada and find themselves running for their lives.
Kordenada are an intimidating sight when striding around on their four, column-like legs, easily towering over common travellers. They can be seen strolling about the Betwixt on sunny days, especially loving breezy peaceful afternoons and evenings. They search for food in rivers, stone walls, and underground, devouring algae, moss, and gemstones, though occasionally the smell of fruit may lure them out of the ravine, though it is an incredibly bizarre sight in what could be considered normal Hiraeth woodlands. Kordenada are peaceful by nature, but one should be careful not to touch them— their bodies radiate with a powerful magic aura, so much so that being around them can make the mind feel tingly, and making contact with one with bare skin could cause a burn. Those with magical potency could run the risk of an overload if they were to touch a Kordenada, and suffer from magical sickness for a time. Enough Kordenada in one area could even unintentional open a crossover point with the Fae Realm. This arcane energy gives them a deadly edge when angered, and only similarly volatile creatures or those with extreme adaptations can hunt a Kordenada.
From their head they can rapid fire bolts of raw power or even channel it into a full on beam, piercing through the land around them. They can also manipulate and extend their aura, allowing them to make powerful barriers, or creating a radius around that swarms any who come too close with many tiny arcane darts. Magic can also be channeled through their limbs if they wish to fire multiple bolts or beams, or if they simply want to enhance their physical strength for a powerful whip-like strike. They usually use raw arcane power, but older Kordenada are said to also use fire and lighting based arts, honing their already deadly edge. Though they are lethal animals that are hard to approach, the Kordenada simply want to live peacefully in the Betwixt and only use this extraordinary weaponry when they feel truly in danger. As they wander their home, they can be heard singing in ethereal chimes that bounce off the wind. Their true passion is for slow roaming adventures and building a small chorus of friends rather than having to battle with other beasts, but such is nature and they’ll fight for their lives if they feel threatened.”

ari and titus return to the crypt with hoothoot, titus opening the marble slab and they both head down hesitantly seeing what is left of where their parents were resting.
the stairway descends underground, reaching a point where the light of the surface dims behind ari, hoothoot, and titus. as they traverse down, however, orange gemstones glow from where they are embedded into the walls, illuminating the spiraling stairway. when they arrive at the crypt, they see tall, greek columns supporting the archways of the underground burial site. stone statues of the gods that are almost fifty feet tall rise like titans towards the ceiling and surround a circular hearth made of bricks in the center. the hearth at the center is extinguished and the statues look chipped and wet with residual water that clings to every surface here. some moss and fungi have grown over these statues and it looks like no one has been here for quite a while.

“Stairway to the upper plains”
From the surface this is a tree trunk covered in moss, being digested by a fungi with yellow/brown fruiting bodies.  If you take a closer look - from the forestfloor upwards - you can see the fungi transform in steps up a grand mountain covered in a vast green forest.
Your point of view matters. It changes the way things appear to you. And in doing so, it can change your opinion or belief concerning these particular things.

Even Death May Die
(read on Ao3)
(poetry taken from Lovecraft’s ‘The Nameless City’ and ‘A Garden’)
Destiny // OCs // Lovecraftian Bullshit // 2043 words
“Setesh!”
Nebthet’s terrified shout was the last thing the Hunter heard as the Light was ripped from him. The sudden void sent him reeling, stumbling backward, rocks crumbling. He felt himself falling as his vision went black.
In the darkness, he dreamt. Visions of a desert of black sand. Ghostly spires that rose and fell with the shifting dunes. A sky filled with fire and thunder. Shadowed creeping monsters that whispered on the edge of his hearing.
Setesh awoke slowly, his voice slipping unbidden from his throat.
“That is not dead which can eternal lie…” he mumbled.
“And with strange aeons even death may die.”
Setesh opened his eyes and his vision slowly focused. He was laying on his back, painfully splayed over rocks. He couldn’t tell how many bones were broken, or just bruised, but everything hurt.
“Nebby?” He sat up and gently cupped a hand around his Ghost. She was in his lap, her Light extinguished. “Neb!” He gathered her up, frightened. He couldn’t feel anything. No Light. The Light was gone. Nebthet was gone.
Setesh looked up, seeing the light of day far above him. He didn’t think he could climb back up. When he looked further into the darkness, he could smell fresh air.
“Okay,” he said to himself, trying to focus. “First things first, we need to get out of this cave.” He tucked Nebthet safely into a pocket in his scarf and pulled a flashlight out of his belt pouch, clicking it on. “Once we get back home we can worry about the Light.”
He took a deep breath and headed into the darkness.
“A resevoir of darkness black…”
“After effects of losing the Light,” he wondered aloud. “Or I’m finally going insane, we knew it was bound to happen eventually,” he said, trying to keep his voice light. Nebthet didn’t reply. He missed her voice already.
A boot slipped and Setesh looked down at the sloping tunnel floor. It seemed carved, almost, like a stairway. He must have fallen into an old tomb. He paused and took a journal out of his tunic, holding his flashlight in his teeth while he scribbled down the location for proper exploration later.
“Down through that chasm I saw beneath…”
Setesh tensed, looking around.
He tucked his journal away and pulled the flashlight from his mouth. He kept walking, ducking a little as the tunnel narrowed. It kept going downward and the air around him got colder and colder until his breath fogged in front of him, and still a faint breeze beckoned him downward.
“With that dark pitch the Sea of Death; throws out upon its slimy shore…”
“Who’s reading poetry at me,” Setesh murmured. He sighed, resigned to the fact that he was losing it. Maybe he’d hit his head too hard when he’d fallen down that crevice.
A breeze ghosted past him and he smelled vegetation and damp earth. He clicked the flashlight off and closed his eyes, letting them adjust. When he opened them again, he could see a faint glow ahead. Daylight, perhaps. He felt along the narrow tunnel, having to turn sideways and squeeze through the last few meters.
Setesh emerged into a massive grotto. Impossibly far above him he could see a hint of sunlight. The cavern was mostly lit from bioluminescent plants and fungi. A stream ran through, it’s babbling echoing and magnified off the rocky walls, giving the impression of voices whispering at the edges of the light.
Set sat down heavily on a rock, staring up at the distant sky. Not a tomb. But who had carved the stairs?
“That is not dead which can eternal lie,” he mused aloud. “What does it mean? Could it be a reference to the Traveler? Maybe the things I’m hearing have something to do with why the Light is gone.”
“That is not dead which can eternal lie; and in strange aeons even death may die,” a new voice murmured.
Setesh leapt up, drawing his dagger and spinning around, coming face to face with a man who had snuck silently up behind him. He wore ragged travelling robes with a long scarf piled around his neck. A Ghost hovered over his shoulder in a battered shell, its eye a sly, dim yellow.
“Where did you come from?” Set demanded.
“Can you feel it?” the man said. “The Light’s gone cold. Those blinded by it are left floundering in the dark.”
“Who are you?”
“The veil between realities is thin here,” the man murmured, moving away, toward a spindly tree that grew up toward the distant light. Setesh watched him go, suspicious. None of this felt right, but he recognized the man’s voice. It was a voice that been whispering in his ear since he woke up. He was less and less certain he had actually woken up and this wasn’t some bizarre dream. This strange creature could be a figment. An avatar for something else to speak through. The Traveler, perhaps. Or something darker.
“How did you get down here?” Setesh asked. “Is there another entrance?”
“Doors exist in all things if you know how to look.”
Set sighed. “All right… Do you think you could be less vague?”
The man circled around the tree. He chuckled lowly. “I’m not being vague, you simply don’t understand how to listen.”
“Of course,” Set said. He headed in the other direction. There had to be another entrance, unless this man had also fallen in. Either way, he didn’t want to be stuck in this grotto with an esoteric creep for the rest of his life. And if it was a dream then nothing he did would matter.
As he approached the other side of the cavern, the other man appeared, seeming to meld out of the shadows. He smiled a dark smile.
“Doors. What did I tell you?” His voice was a soft rumble, like distant thunder. The threat of a storm. He circled Setesh and the Hunter held his breath, meeting his gaze. His eyes were a startling green, set in an angular face framed by dark, lawless hair. His skin was dark, a little lighter than Set’s, though it had a strange undertone to it, suggesting he spent far too much time underground out of the sight of the sun. He would be handsome if it weren’t for the wild look in his eyes. The irises were so verdant green, but the sclera were black.
Setesh had a sudden certainty that this was real and that he was in a great deal of danger. Shadows reached out, tendrils blurring the man’s outline as he backed away and was eaten up by the darkness.
“There’s an ancient, ancient garden that I see sometimes in dreams,” a whisper came from behind Set and he turned, seeing nothing. The voice moved.
“Where the very maytime sunlight plays and glows with spectral gleams,” he purred. “Where the gaudy tinted blossoms seem to wither into grey; and the crumbling walls and pillars waken thoughts of yesterday.”
Set inhaled sharply and turned, throwing his dagger out and laying the blade at the man’s throat. The mysterious figure smiled like a wolf cornering an injured rabbit. He lifted a hand and opened it, offering something to Setesh. He glanced down and saw three small glowing spiders. He narrowed his eyes.
“Three. No more. No less. You will see the doors.” He grabbed Set’s free hand and deposited the spiders into it and wandered away again, humming quietly to himself.
“What do I do with them?” Set asked.
“The universe is naught but hunger,” the man muttered. “Devour them as they would devour you, given the chance.”
Set stared at him. He couldn’t be serious. Either he was dreaming or someone was playing a distressingly elaborate prank on him. He looked down at the spiders in his hand and wondered if he had much of a choice. If this man was telling the truth then maybe this would show him an exit. Or it was poison. Without the Light… without Nebthet… if he died there would be no coming back. But without Nebthet there wasn’t much he wanted to live for, either. If the Light ever came back and she woke up, she could find him here.
With that thought, he licked the spiders off his hand and swallowed. Within seconds he felt unsteady. The ground tilted and his vision blurred. Whispers pounded in his head; a thousand voices speaking dead languages. He felt certain he was dying.
And then it all settled and he opened his eyes and saw. The shadows melted away, as if the grotto was lit by bright sunlight. Tendrils of dark and light curled around the tree and snaked through the water. Here and there were shifting doorways.
Setesh looked at his strange companion and saw the shadows weaving around his form. The blackness in his eyes seemed to glow.
“There are places like this all around the solar system. Confluences, where the barriers are weak.” He pointed past Setesh to a doorway. “That will find you the way out, back to your nameless city.”
Set looked at the doorway for a moment and then glanced at the man, puzzled. “Who are you? If you’re a City exile you don’t need to worry. A lot of exiles pass through my land.”
“There is a lot in the desert that attracts such people,” he murmured. “Including you, Setesh, lord of darkness. A presumptuous name, but perhaps now it fits you better. Your eyes are open, you may see the truth of the world.” He paused and blinked, expression inscrutable. “I am Alhazred.”
“Are you coming with me, Alhazred?” Setesh asked, gesturing toward the doorway. He was electing to ignore the fact that Alhazred knew his name without Set telling him.
“A creature made of death lives like the dead,” Alhazred said, turning away. “As I walk, and wait, and listen, I will often seek to find; when it was I knew that garden in an age long left behind…”
“Right…” Set said, and stepped through the doorway. He felt a horrible rending and twisting and staggered out into the empty sands. The sunlight burned his eyes and he hissed, pulling his hood over his head. The shadows helped only a little and he staggered, half-blind, to the shelter of rocks. He curled up, face hidden beneath his arms, to wait until nightfall.
When it came, he saw easily, despite the moonless sky. There were patterns in the stars that he had never seen before. Pathways and secrets he couldn’t hope to understand. He walked through the desert, aware of shapes moving in his periphery. When he looked at them, they went out of focus, but he knew they were there. Ghosts or creatures that walked on another plane. He kept his gaze forward, quickening his step until he was sprinting toward the distant lights.
Another Risen--Ima--met him at the gate and he could see in her a void where the Light should be. It hadn’t only been him, then.
“Setesh,” she said, relieved. “You’ve been gone for days, we were afraid…”
Days?
Had he been underground so long?
“Are you all right?” she asked. “You look… hunted.”
“Ghosts,” he said. “Nothing more.”
He walked past her and into the temple, sliding through the shadow paths to his room where he confronted his reflection. He was scrawny and filthy and his edges were soft with shadow. He leaned closer and found his eyes glowed black and gold.
He sat down on his bed and pulled Nebthet’s lifeless shell from his scarf, setting her gently on the pillow. When he looked at her with his strange vision, he could see some light pulsing deep within.
“Oh, Nebby, what have I done? What have I given myself to?” he whispered. He closed his eyes, trying to find any hint of Light within himself. Was the Traveler dead? Could that even happen? The Light was gone. How was he still here? As far as he knew, he had only ever been a corpse, animated by the Light. A dead thing made from death.
“That is not dead which can eternal lie; and with strange aeons even death may die.”

[First, glad to see you're doing well enough for a Jam buddy! I know things are hard, but I'm really proud of you for working through them.] Hmmm... Illy and Allura find something significantly more magical than they were expecting on an artifact finding quest? -Snail
Spores billowed up in a cloud when she landed on the ground and Allura frowned at the way they glittered in her helmet’s light. “Should... should I be worried about that?”
“Let me see.” Her mother landed behind her and guided the storage sled down, then came to inspect the fungi growing out of the stone wall. “No. These are still young enough to be benign. If you see any purple ones, stay away from those.”
“Got it. Um, just to be sure, what will happen if I don’t?”
“Well, mostly just some very uncomfortable skin welts and hair loss, unless you agitate a big enough one that its spores eat through your suit. Then you’ll start losing flesh.”
Allura wisely scooted away from the walls.
They headed deeper into the ruins with the sled floating behind them, scanning the mosaics with their helmet and wrist lights.
“Did the residents here have problems with the fungi?” Allura asked as they reached a stairway.
“The Letrumi? They used to harvest it for food, in fact,” Illyere explained hopping over a gap in the stairs and offering a hand. “Let’s see... here we go.”
Joining her mother, Allura marveled at the carving of a creature that looked almost like a Bytor, only with scales instead of fur and a much longer beak. “They’re... cute.”
“Hah, until they grew angry with you. I remember Coran accidentally found that out the hard way during one of our visits,” Illyere said with a grin, then sighed as she scanned her lights around the stairwell. “To think this is all that’s left of them, when they were such wide traders.”
Allura felt the heat of anger rise in her chest. It was so familiar now that it was almost routine. “Another casualty of the Galra?”
“Hard to say. Their last writings are so vague that the cataclysms they describe could be anything from military to weather. But I admit, given their track record, it wouldn’t surprise me.”
She pressed her lips tight and squeezed her mother’s hand. “Then let’s get searching.”
Her mother gave her a fond smile and squeezed back. “Quite right.”

One room, one floor, one wing. Little by little, they sifted through the dark carved caves, searching out ancient power crystals and weaponry long unused. “Hopefully the sisters can do something with all this,” Allura said as she loaded another container of strangely-shaped blades onto the sled.
“We should also hope the Galra have forgotten abou- oh!”
Allura’s head shot up as her mother stumbled into view, blown back by some sort of glowing thing, and she ran to catch her. “Mother! Are you alright?”
Illyere winced and rubbed her arm as she straightened up. “I’m fine, sweetbug. I must have accidentally triggered an old alarm.”
“Huh.” Allura edged close to the glowing object, finding a small octahedron-shaped container on the ground.
“Careful, dearest.”
“Yes’m. Could I have the tongs off the sled?” Her mother handed them over, and Allura crouched to cautiously pick up the container. Whatever was inside it dimmed as she lifted it, revealing a sort of... goo. “What in the star stuff is that?” Allura asked, wrinkling her nose as it moved.
Illyere stared. “I don’t have the slightest- wait. Wait.” She activated a holowindow from her suit’s comm band and began skimming through scrolls of Letrumian writing. “I may have seen this in one of the records on their weaponsmithing... yes!”
Allura leaned over her mother’s shoulder as the illegible letters began reformatting themselves into Altean. “’Used to reinforce Rurikkoman steel morphing designs. That sounds familiar... didn’t we overhear something like that from the Marmora?”
Illyere’s grin was sharp. “Very astute daughter mine. Wrap it safe and put it on the sled. Our resident weapons retrofitters have work to do.”

The environmental surfaces in high-risk areas of offices, restaurants, hospitals, and schools are more prone to contamination. The furniture and other non-fixed items, such as elevators, washrooms, toilets, door handle, stairway rails, floors, and walls contain bacteria, fungi, and virus causing transmission of infection. Therefore, these surfaces must be properly sanitized and disinfected to limit the viral or bacterial spread, particularly in this era where the outbreak of the pandemic and infectious disease is becoming common.
Cleaning can remove all visible dirt and dust from the contaminated surface. But there are unseen monsters that are a real culprit. We should use non-toxic chlorine-based products to kill these hidden pathogens. They are highly effective and acts as antimicrobe.
We follow the Dubai Municipality approved sanitization and disinfection procedure for all sectors, especially for the preventive and post-quarantine requirements in limiting COVID-19. We use bio-degradable, non-toxic products, and hospital-grade disinfectants to kill microorganisms. Our highly trained team know the hygiene and safety aspects customized to ensure the level of disinfection most suited to your requirements.

We choose tested and approved chemicals like Zoono, Bacoban, and Vital Oxide that is recommended by local authorities for usage in every sector including health and food industries. Studies show that these products are 99.99% effective against Corona Virus.
Our hygiene and cleaning technicians have done adequate training to understand the adverse effects of COVID-19. They wear Personal Protection Equipment at work, with gloves, medical mask, face shield, and shoe covers.
They are well trained to manage the disinfection in the areas of COVID-19 suspects or positive cases with the utmost care, covering every hooks and corner focusing more on the high-touch surface. The winner of the botanical category, Enchanted Forest by Kevin De Vree. De Vree says: ‘Lamington national park is a fairytale forest teeming with waterfalls, gigantic old trees and wildlife. Taking in all this magical beauty, I wondered when the ancient trees would start talking and if the fairies would appear. To me, this fungi stairway captures the magic of this century-old, semi-tropical forest.’
