What happened to Fran? I saw you in another ask? What even went down!?
Oh honey, what didn't go down...
keep reading because it's going to be long
I normally don't like to get involved in the ship war, especially because it's very stupid, but this is a person we're talking about, so this needs to be addressed. Someone innocent who they just chose to pick on without thinking what the consequences of their actions would be. They've come too far.
In case you aren't caught up, rinas on twitter started freaking out yesterday because of some apparent leaks (which btw absolutely no one has seen which is soooo sus), and since they're leaks Fran wanted to know what they were and see them, so she went live. She was basically freaking out about the whole thing, frantically trying to find them, then another friend of hers joined the live, and then like 15+ people started joining the live out of nowhere. Spoiler alert: they were toxic rinas. They started saying mean stuff to her in the comments, telling her she would never see the leaks, making fun of her clothing, hair, and other mean stuff that isn't worth repeating. They took screenshots, posted them on twitter to make fun of her, and not only her but her friend too, who didn't appreciate having her face on the internet. She got a little upset (which is 1000% understandable) and the rinas tried to dismiss her by saying things like "it wasn't even your full face" and crap.
There was exactly one rina who was nice (so if you see this nice rina thank you for treating people with kindness), who explained that rinas made the whole thing up to mess with the fandom (fyi it would've been a funny prank if rinas weren't so aggressive about everything).
To me, it's not about whether it affected Fran or not, it's about treating people with respect and kindness just because they are people. Especially someone in the same fandom, someone who has the same tastes as you, is it really that hard to treat someone fairly and not attack them? Is your need for attention so strong that you are willing to throw someone under the bus if it means you'll get it? Also, what if it did affect Fran, huh? What if the incessant, relentless bullying she gets from the fandom affected her to the point of hurting herself or God knows what else? What then? Would you be mocking her still? Is some ship really worth making someone cry, or making random enemies just because they don't ship what you do?
I truly don't understand what is so hard about treating someone like a human being. Or, if you can't stand them, just ignore them and move on. What is the point of going into someone's live, on THEIR account, on THEIR profile to say they "aren't entertaining", or say that their shirt looks childish (honestly that one wasn't even thought out, it's terrible sdkffaja)???
I ask one thing my dear toxic rinas who i know are reading this: leave us alone. if someone attacks you, go ahead, defend yourself, but if someone is minding their business, living their life, leave them be, because at the end of the day, you are a really pathetic person if you spend your precious free time hating on someone for just being them.
(also, i'm sorry if i ever said you. i didn't mean you anon, i meant "you" towards the antis. i didn't mean for my anger to explode on your ask jsjdjsjds)
