TCTF - Titan Contingency Task Force “ We are the blade that slays the beast. “ The TCTF is a worldwide operative organization formed from what remained of MONARCH’s G-Team after the Ghidorah incident, backed by the United Nations. The TCTF has a comprehensive list of different scenarios and how to deal with them. Because of this, the TCF has a lot of strategies to deal with Titan threats. Promised with maximum efficiency. TCTF usually works alongside MONARCH, though reluctant; as the two have extremely differing ideals. TCTF values the protection and survival of humanity above all else, and would do anything in their right to achieve complete safety. Divisions Protection Division: it would be purely evacuation/civilian focused. It’s goal is to safeguard lives first and foremost. They are the ones who organize land, sea, and air-based evacs working closely with military units to ensure they are as safe as possible, and minimal lives lost. They also handle search and rescue in the aftermath of an attack. I feel like elaborate evac plans, specific to major population areas, and more generalized plans for others would work sorta like how we respond to certain crises with each city adopting (on occasion, this isnt often) plans that work for them based on their resources. Diplomacy Division: They have to handle the tense diplomatic crises often created by Titan incidents. They are the ones who clear the TCTF to operate in other countries and enforce their authority, even if it means overriding local governments. There’s also probably a Logistics Division, and a sub-part of the Diplomacy Division that has to help different national militaries work well together. Anti-Trafficking Division: Another essential part of the TCTF, their mission is to combat the trafficking and illegal trade of Titan material, etc. Since it’s UN-backed, it actually has a lot of teeth and many nations signed a Treaty to combat such trafficking and impose legal penalties on those who practice it. Of course, a black market still exists but it is constantly hampered by law enforcement agencies worldwide as well as members of host govt agencies that work with this Division. Coordinating it internationally means there are consequences. Strategic Division: They are the ones behind combat STRATEGY. They know Titans in and out. While many believe they get all their data from Monarch, this isn’t 100% true although Monarch data does inform strategy. Separate from MONARCH, they are more military-centered, gathering actual combat data rather than studying Titans when they are dormant. This is how they enable militaries to adapt, to ensure wasteful tactics and mistakes hopefully aren’t repeated, although often times militaries have to make do with what they have. Their strategies are usually focused on saving lives, with elimination of Titans a SECONDARY goal, and not at the expense of lives saved. Biological Warfare Division: A few goals for this one actually. First off is countering things like biological hazards, such as radiation poisoning caused by Titan attacks. Another is protecting friendly Titans from similar illnesses, for if they are wiped out humanity loses their biggest ally, and third, seeing if such bioweapons can be developed as a countermeasure. Stuff like studying G-Cells for use in future TCTF projects also falls under this division. Anti-Nuclear Energy Bacteria if it becomes a thing would be created by them. They work with the next division to coordinate how to use capabilities gleaned from Titan studies for methods to combat them. The Advanced Weapons Development Division: Modelled on the US’s DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), this is what really brings together the world’s top military scientists and commanders. Not just involving scientists or those behind the desks at the likes of the Pentagon, but also forces with actual combat experience is the key here. Forces in the field communicate their exact needs, and then this Division sets to work, putting out requests for proposals and awarding contracts based on the best designs. More successful efforts were also conducted, such as the flying battleship ‘Super X’, the VTOL craft ‘Garuda'  and the Microwave Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation (MASER) weapon, of which the full capabilities have yet to be realized. ( GOD, that’s a bunch of text. Basically, I just wanted to make a defense force along the lines of the G-Force from the Heisei era, these guys are free to use for all I care in any Godzilla AUs as long as their creation is credited to me. )

A Sukhoi SU-27 deploys flares and simultaneously produces fog through expansion cooling due to high positive g-force maneuver (maximum permitted g-force of a SU-27 is +9 g).
When the jet is forcibly pulled up, the air at his bottom is heated by compression, on the back it is cooled by decompression, which make the moisture condense. The heat from the afterburner turns the fume orange.

What a ride (see max values of G-Force)...
And that infernal sound...
Chills down my spine. Goose bumps everywhere.

my siblings review of g-force
g-force is unrealistic not because you can’t train rodents to be secret agents, but because guinea pigs are too dumb to be secret agents
“If it was rats, I would almost believe it”
(Should note: My sibling loves guinea pigs and has had two pairs so far)

Is there an example design in nature for the perfect acceleration shield? In effect, there is, and it is the egg. We studied the coupling of water immersion with liquid breathing as a possible approach for the "perfect G suit".
By completely immerging a man in a physiological water solution within a non expandable, rigid container, the increased fluid pressure developed within the cardiovascular system during acceleration is approximately balanced or even cancelled out by the gradient of pressure developed in the liquid tank outside the body. At the same time, water immersion increases tolerance to acceleration as the acceleration forces are equally distributed over the surface of the submerged body. This abruptly reduces the magnitude of localised forces and a homogenous hydrostatic response of the whole body is induced, with evident benefits for blood and lymphatic circulation. The limiting factor is the presence of air in the lungs. Once under acceleration, the immersed subject experiences an augment on external pressure, which will casue squeezing effects on his chest, until all the air present in his lungs is removed. This fact limits the applicability of the technique to a sustainable acceleration of 24 G.
In order to overcome the limit and reach the real potentials hided in water immersion, it is possible to fill the user's lungs with a fluid. In this way there won't be squeezing effects. The problem, then, is: how is it possible to breath with liquid filled lungs? The answer came from the field of clinical lung therapy. Here, the use of perfluorocarbon for liquid ventilation was longer studied, demonstrating the feasability and safeness of the concept.
It is hard estimating an ultimate acceleration limit possible with this set-up, but it presumably can be higher than hundreds of G. The ACT is working to assess the application of liquid ventilation for water immersed astronauts, in order to identify the space requirements and to address future studies, designed to overcome current limits of the technique.

At Farnborough International Airshow 2012, a Boeing 787 'Dreamliner' shows a high-G curve with fog formation at high humidity due to expansion cooling in the negative pressure zone above the wings. Unfortunately, airplanes don't usually perform such maneuvers.
