November (left) is probably my most expensive individual cause of the Wildclaw scroll. I don't even remember hatching him, he's just been here lying in wait to eat my gems

Lucky (right) is one of my older g1 hatches. i spent months scavenging for a lightning egg so i could hatch it

Other than those guys, Shinobu and Alicia definitely deserve a spot here. Favorite fandragon + the 'light' in nightlight-rising <3

Nachtlicht, Or Night Light.

A quirky foreign pony from far equestria who now lives in cantorlot and is the lead singer for a small band with a cult following. She is in a band with pinwheel and their good friends. Pinwheel is part of the reason Nachtlicht is able to put on shows, starting with smaller cutesy shows for the kids she day cares for. move up to getting help from day care parents by getting gigs at lil shops.

Nachtlicht has big dreams of becoming a rockstar.

06/05/2021:Pony Acquisition Post 475: ******HUGE GRAILS!!!!***** G1 UK CASCADE, G1 GERMAN NIGHTLIGHT, AND G1 GERMAN RAINDROP!!*****

WHAT!!! A seller had ALL THREE of these beautiful girls for sale! Imagine! Being on my wantlist for 15 years, and getting them all together like this? What are the chances? UK Cascade is from the UK version of the Waterfall playset. She is GORGEOUS, with her green and yellow color scheme. I didn’t realize until I got her in my possession that her symbol is actually cascading water! I thought it looked like seashells forever!! Oh my!

We also got two beautiful German rainbow ponies: Nachtlicht (Nightlight) and  Regentropfen (Raindrop). They are GORGEOUS and so unusual: look at how dark blue Nightlight is! I love the coloring of their hair: the green, yellow, and chartreuse works so well with them. I’m so in love! And they came just in time for Pride month!

Lilly loves the new ponies too!

Can we have more baby blueberry shenanigans?? 🥺 I can’t even imagine what’d they’d get up too…

(Ayyyyyye, I think I know who you mean. It just slipped my mind that Blueberry was meant for IDW Prowl/Human bitty because Reader gave their newborn a blueberry donut plushie as a joke (since dear ol’ daddy was a cop) and a “Welcome to the World Baby!” gift.

Henceforth, the G1 poly Jazz/Prowl/SO bitty is now dubbed as Blue Razzberry for the color of the crystal they found in panty’s hidden room. It’s their favorite sucker now.)

Even as a newspark, this little one had a strong sense of curiosity and a mighty need to explore.

Blind and soft-plated, they would scoot and snuffle along their creators, tugging on their plating and your clothes, gumming on their surroundings (the sheets, their toys, fingers, datapads and books you, Jazz, and Prowl are working on), squeaking and flailing as they’re tickled or picked up by someone.

To your delight, they actually purr as someone strokes right between their wings.

Since mecha had wised up to their sulking, sad, little wings, they figured out another way to get the face mask off them… by leveraging their cuteness by asking for uppsies from other mecha. Particularly from those with raised pauldrons, chest plating with protective pieces for the neck cables, and/or helms with extensions or kibble.

Baby had picked up from their sires and carrier that the face mask needs to be clicked at two spots simultaneously to take it off, and the frequency code to demagnetize it causes their developing sensory panels to feel a certain way, so….

They aggressively nuzzle the targeted mech’s or femme’s neck, trying to hit the spot that makes their wings buzz from base to tips, then they can paw at the seam along their jaw, and force the mask off with a delighted squeal at their freed face.

Depending how the mech or femme reacts to their sucess will either have a contented sparkling, happily purring into necks, or a howling feral creature with sharp, little claws and equally sharp, little teeth that’s not afraid to tumble down.

This sparkling has been leashed. Multiple times. And, much to many Seekerkin amusement and mecha without extrasensory abilities horror, they escaped. Multiple times.

Jazz and Prowl have no issues with their bitty crawling and/or toddling away freely. Jazz has excellent hearing and can fine tune to isolate their shuffles and squeaks and chirps.

Winged Seekerkin already use their wings to “read” a room, so they don’t catch another’s wings or scrape/smash/damage their surroundings. Sensitivity varies from mecha to mecha.

Bitty has thrown down the gauntlet to build the best sparkling leash and has caused multiple mechs to cry tears of frustration and pure relief when someone with wings catches them because no one wants to go down as the mecha that lost the only newspark after countless millennia of warfare, nor be the one that has to face the Autobot SIC and TIC about their lost bit.

Usually this tiny escape artist is found in hallway closets, under large furniture, the washracks, their sires’ offices, and if all else fails, the fountain outside.

Much like any sparked Polyhexian, they like water a little too much.

Seriously, give them a kiddie pool with squeaky toys on strings, and there’s going to be a very happy sparkling that will stay in that spot for hours.

Jazz handles bathtime. He knows the tricks to get their hybrid kid out of the washrack and tub without them crying their spark out.

Optimus had felt so bad for the poor thing since the orange is too searing of a shade for their optics, even with the hated face guard, so he commissioned a playpen that fits their physiology. A windowless (there’s no way they want the sparkling to figure out the latches) unused room has been converted to a dark cave that’s more suitable for a nocturnal exhibit of an exotic semi-aquatic creature rather than your baby, half-alien or not.

Even with the room dotted with nightlights and small crystal formations that are definitely edible from Bluestreak’s cuttings, you have to use the night vision provided by your own specialized visor to look for your own child. Whatever black paint is used for the room, it’s dark as a moonless night or a basement during a blackout, and you’re absolutely glad that Cybertronian toys tend to light up and/or glow.

It takes time for you to get the layout down, especially with built-in shallow pools. Like you can hear the water, but you can’t see it.

You’re not the only one to have difficulties navigating it. And many people were relieved when Optimus got them different sized balls that produce various sounds when played. Sometimes, it gets super quiet and it’s absolutely anxiety-inducing for whoever is watching them since there’s no way the bit could access the vents, right? Right?!

Some mecha have fun with it by dressing up the kid. So far, your favorite costume is a creature that’s some sort of owl-fox. Whoever that was on duty earlier that particular day, taught bitty how to hoot, so you found your child perched on the bookcase with their wide, white optics, bushy red-tipped tail, and sensory panels covered with a string of dark feathers cut from water-proof paper.

Other memorable costumes include Praxian Nightcrawler, Polyhex’s native Cobalt Landskimmer, a creative use of glow paints to make a merpup, and roundest little Ravage.
