Welcome to my Ted Talk where I discuss how Sylvie Brett is NOT a SLUT!!

She was engaged to Harrison who emotionally abused her wanting her to fit into this doting wife lifestyle and so she left him and pursued her career as a paramedic.

Joe and Sylvie start off as friends and I think was initially draws her to Cruz is that he was different from Harrison so they give a relationship a try but figure out they are better off just friends and this is where we get the beautiful friendship of Joe/otis/Sylvie

She then has an on again off again related with Antonio but he’s in the middle of divorcing his wife so it ends up being messy. Which she knew going into it but she liked him so much she wanted to give their relationship a try. In the end they were at two different places in their lives and called it quits for good.

Her next relationship is with Kyle who is a good guy and someone she could have seen a life with if it didn’t change who she was. He wanted her to become a chaplains wife and stop being a paramedic which is something she’s good at and loves doing. I also feel like she ran from Chicago thinking it was the best thing after Otis died. There was so much pain but then she realized how much she missed the people who had become her family.

Grainger was someone she liked but in the back of her head she couldn’t get Matt out of her head after what happened in 9x02. She wanted it to work with Grainger but her feelings were too strong and Grainger picked up on it.

This is Matt’s spot officially like after I love you but we’ll come back to him later.

Dylan never made any sense to me why she decided to date him. He was the guy she wanted to move on from Casey with but after seeing Matt unexpectedly the feelings were brought up again and then she decided to adopt Julia so Dylan stepped away after noticing how she hasn’t moved on.

Now we are at Matt. Sylvie didn’t sleep with Matt the minute that the divorce was finalized and some people acting like that happened is  preposterous. They didn’t even kiss until SEASON 9 and even then Sylvie was thinking about his relationship with gabby by asking the question “if she came back would you leave with her” because she didn’t want to start a relationship with him if there was any chance of him still holding a candle for Gabby. Guess what? It was Matt that tried to fix things after that because he wanted Sylvie. It was Matt that chased her into the street to tell her how much he loves her and no one else. And yet I don’t see any of them placing any blame on Matt. It’s always “sylvie skank this” or “sylvie wh0r€ that”

If we’re counting that’s 7 guys in the span of 12 years. That’s normal. Sylvie didn’t sleep her way through the firehouse and she isn’t the backup plan because Matt can’t have Gabby. I’m sure Gabby is happy in Puerto Rico doing things that she loves and maybe she found love herself. Matt and Sylvie are happy together and sometimes you end up finding who you were meant to be with under your nose all this time but needed to grow as separate people to figure that out.

In conclusion Sylvie Brett is not a slut. Please move on.

the secret behind prince au is that gabby and i share a collective hive mind. haters will call it a google docs... every ask gabby answers i'm in the pitlane whooping and cheering with those huge headphones on or waving the chequered flag. here's 5 thoughts on charlotte though:

she's very smart -- has a degree in History from Oxford, wrote her dissertation on the socioeconomic effects of the industrial revolution on textile manifacturing

she's really into horses and especially three day eventing -- george was never really a fan of the latter but will go to her tournaments as support when he can (read: when harrison clears his calendar and makes him go to ONE day out of the three). they like riding out together in the countryside: it's peaceful, birds chirping and the thumps of hooves on the leaf litter. they don't talk. the air is crisp. (george always comes back thinking, yeah, this won't be that bad)

she has a younger sister and an extensive friend group from like-minded noble and rich women and they go on girls' trips 2-3 times a year and post about it on insta saying "much needed trip" (most of them don't have actual jobs)

unlike george, she does enjoy hunting (the only way to bond with her tory father tbh)

she enjoys historical films and loved The Last Duel (which i do recommend to everyone btw)

So who in totals travelled with the doctor? I know we saw donna, but what other companions are there?

This is gonna be a big one, so *Takes a deep breath* In his first incarnation, the First Doctor started his travels with his granddaughter Susan, accidentally taking her school teachers Ian Chesterton and Barbara Wright. Along his travels, people would come and go, including Vicki Pallister, Steven Taylor, Katarina, Sara Kingdom, Oliver Harper, Dodo Chaplet, Ben Jackson and Polly Wright.

In his second incarnation, the Second Doctor would continue his travels with Ben and Polly, taking on Jamie McCrimmon, who would stick with him through his life. Along the way, The Doctor would also travel with Victoria Waterfield and Zoe Heriot. It was during this time that The Doctor would also meet Brigadier Alistair Lethbridge-Stewart, who would become an important figure during his most of his lives.

In exile is his third incarnation, the Third Doctor was forced to work with the Brigadier as UNIT's scientific advisor. Working initially with Liz Shaw, Mike Yates and John Benton, he would finally be able to travel again, first with Jo Grant, and later Sarah-Jane Smith.

In his fourth incarnation, continuing to travel with Sarah-Jane Smith and joined by Harry Sullivan, the Fourth Doctor would go on to travel with Naomi Cross, Leela of the Sevateem, Margaret Hopwood, two models of the robot dog K9, "Anne Kelso", Romana in two of her incarnations and Adric.

In his fifth incarnation, The Doctor continued travelling with Adric and took on Nyssa of Trakken and Tegan Jovanka, who he had met towards the end of his previous incarnation. Along the way, he would also travel with Marc, Thomas Brewster, Hannah Bartholomew, Vislor Turlough, Peri Brown and Erimem.

Still travelling with Peri in his sixth incarnation, The Doctor would travel with others including Frobisher, Evelyn Smythe, Charlotte Pollard (retroactively under the guise of Mila due to already travelling with his Eighth Incarnation), Flip Jackson, Constance Clarke, Melanie Bush and Hebe Harrison.

Continuing to travel with Mel in his seventh Incarnation, the Doctor would go on to be joined by Ace McShane, Bernice Summerfield, Hex Schofield, Sally Morgan, Lysandra Aristedes, Mags, Raine Creevy, Elizabeth Klein, Will Arrowsmith, Chris Cwej and Roz Forrester, though ultimately ended up travelling on his home.

The Eighth Doctor would find himself starting afresh, briefly meeting Grace Holloway and Chang Lee, before going on to travel with Izzy Sinclair, Fitz Kreiner, Charlotte Pollard, C'rizz, Mary Shelley, Lucie Miller, Tamsin Drew, Molly O'Sullivan, Liv Chenka, Helen Sinclair, Tania Bell, Andy Davidson and Bliss.

The War Doctor would go on to make a point of travelling alone, never taking on a travelling companion during his life.

Though he would continue travelling alone for much of his life, the Ninth Doctor would finally yield and take on Rose Tyler as a companion, and later Adam Mitchell, Captain Jack Harkness and Tara Mishra

In his tenth incarnation, The Doctor would continue travelling with Rose, though would later go on to travel with Mickey Smith, Martha Jones, a returning Captain Jack, Donna Noble, Gabby Gonzalez, Cindy Wu, Anya Kingdom and Mark Seven.

The Eleventh Doctor would start his travels with Amy Pond, going on to take on Rory Williams, Alice Obiefune, John Jones, ARC, The Squire, Abslom Daak, The Sapling, Valerie Lockwood and Clara Oswald.

Clara Oswald would continue to travel with the Twelfth Doctor, who would go on to travel with Hattie Munroe, Nardole and Bill Potts.

In her Thirteenth Incarnation, the Doctor would spend her entire incarnation travelling Yasmin Khan, being joined by Ryan Sinclair, Graham O'Brien and Dan Lewis.

Throughout many of their lives, The Doctor would constantly meet River Song, though on many occasions would be forced to forget their encounters to preserve the web of time.

So my fallout 4 OC is Named Gabby Harrison and here’s some random headcanons I made bc why not. ( Sorry if this sucks :D )

• She was a dedicated BoS Solider starting from when she left the vault and immediately went to Cambridge; ignoring Concord completely but ended up helping the Railroad after not being able to save Danse

• She didn’t care much for baby Shaun and cared even less for old Shaun but is super loving and overprotective to Synth Shaun ( he’s her world )

• After losing both Nate and Danse she became unhinged for a little while, but then she met Gage, and they got together shortly after Nuka Worlds power was turned back on

• Regardless of being Overboss of Nuka world, she only hit the places that didn’t have settlers in it, and often helps out the settlements around the wealth

• She hates Redeye and turns off every radio in Nuka world

• Immediately cleared out Colters old place and HATES going up to Fizztop Grille, once every month she’ll pick up the caps from up there

• Favored the Disciples and the Operators, Mason made her uncomfortable

• Even though she has the Neon Flats, Noir Penthouse, Shroud Mansion, Charlestown Condo, ect. She chooses to live in her Red rocket settlement with her two dogs and friends

•Will NEVER return to Sanctuary

•Glory was her best friend before she was killed by the BoS

• Uses Maxson’s Gatling Laser ALL THE TIME, and loves his coat, it’s fully upgraded ballistic weave wise

• She keeps Danse’s Synth component, Holotags, and Final Entry on her beds display area and keeps the teddy bear in his quarters on her bed

While we await the spring showers that will bring flowers and the third series of TED LASSO, we have people from the TED LASSO universe to tide us over.

Co-created by Bill Lawrence, Brett Goldstein and Jason Segal, SHRINKING stars Jason Segal as a Jimmy -therapist who is (not) dealing with his own troubles which alienates him from his teenaged daughter (Lukita Maxell, HBO Max's woefully short-lived GENERATION), is boss Paul (Harrison Ford)

and often his friend and colleague Gabby (Jessica Williams. FANTASTIC BEASTS, THE DAILY SHOW) and his neighbor Liz (Christa Miller) who has to pick up the pieces of his fractured home life.

*The cast including Luke Tennie (PLAYERS) as one of Jimmy's patients and Michael Urie (YOUNGER) as Jimmy's best friend Brian.

As with most Bill Lawrence shows, the music choices is fantastic. The music supervisor is Tom Howe who also does the music for TED LASSO. All right, this has nothing to do with the latest episode and I told myself I was not going to make this post because literally no one but me cares about this. But I've had a bottle of wine and my girlfriend told me she's sick of hearing me rant about this... so y'all are gonna have to hear it.

I recently did a rewatch of fire for... reasons and I have some issues with the award ribbons they wear on their dress uniforms. Some don't make any sense at all and some just disappear randomly or are in the wrong order. This is long and there are going to be images, so it's going under a cut.

Boden and Herrmann both have the Military Deployment Award(the red white and blue horizontal lines) which means that at some point in their career they were active military status.

I don't recall if this has ever been mentioned in all ten seasons of the show. The closest we ever got was Herrmann taking his son to the veterans breakfast in 5x18 but it was never specifically stated in that episode that Herrmann served.

Like what is their history??? What branch were they a part of? When did they serve? Why has this never been mentioned. Surely, there should have been a brief mention of it at some point. (if it has, please let my dumb ass know)

Cruz also has this award, from season 1 until season 7. It was there during 7x07 at benny's funeral (I could not get a clear screenshot of this from the episode) and then it disappeared in 7x18 when he was receiving his commendation from PD.

I don't think Cruz was ever supposed to have served in the military, I think it just took them 7 seasons to correct the mistake. This is literally the clearest screenshot I can get of Cruz with the Military Deployment Award from 6x01.

Stella's awards are in the wrong order and it pisses me off.

At first I thought it was supposed to be the State of Illinois Firefighter Medal of Honor Award but no, it is definitely the City of Chicago Honorable Mention and should go before the Instructor Service Award.

The above photo is really great, because you can literally see them in the right order on Kelly's uniform.

When Stella first appeared in season 4 she didn't have the Instructor Service Award. I can't match it to anything because I can't get a clear enough image, but it literally looks like the Paramedic Award of Valor but put on backwards.

Now, lets talk about the Firefighter Award of Valor.

I honestly don't think the writers had any idea what this award was until season 6 when Matt received it in 6x01 (Not even going to talk about Matt's supposed Carter Harrison Award, that just doesn't exist).

Boden and Kelly had this award from season 1 until season 4(I can't recall off the top of my head if they wore dress uniform in season 5). That makes sense, I think. They were both supposed to be pretty accomplished in their careers by the time the show started. Borelli's brother received the award as well. We never really knew him, so also plausible.

But I find this absolutely hilarious, in season three, when Gabby is still a candidate she has apparently also received the Firefighter Award of Valor (I know this has to be a mistake, but it absolutely tracks with the way they wrote Gabby as a firefighter). See below pictures: they removed Gabby's Unit Performance Award (In the wrong order, again) and replaced it with the Award of Valor, when if she were really to have received the Award of Valor, her other award wouldn't have been removed.

So come 6x01 when Matt receives his Award of Valor and apparently no one but Matthew Casey can have an Award of Valor because they literally removed it from every regular character except for him.

From this episode Boden and Kelly no longer have this award. Boden's was replaced with the Instructor Service Award (and it's in the wrong order!) and Kelly's was replaced with the Public Service Award (so was Gabby's - didn't get a screenshot of this because I can't be assed).

Now I want to specifically talk about Kelly's awards. They have been all over the place every time we see them. Except for season 1. That is the only time they have been correct.

In 1x19 and 1x21 Kelly has the Award of Valor, City of Chicago Honorable Mention, Unit Performance Award, Instructor Service Award, and the NATO Campaign Award. They stay that way until season 6.

Though in season 3 and 4 the Unit Performance Award and the NATO Campaign Award are switched and are worn in the wrong order.

I can't get a clear screenshot, but the Award of Valor was definitely removed in season 6. I can't see if the NATO Campaign Award was removed then as well or if it was in season 7 when they switched it with the Clinical Resuscitation Award. I'm at the limit for images so see the screenshot above from Benny's funeral. The Clinical Resuscitation Award should be before the Unit Performance Award, not after.

Gallo and Violet's awards are also out of order but, again, I'm out of space for images so you can see it in 9x15.

In conclusion, the dress uniforms are a mess (don't even get me started on the characters that should have white shirts that don't) and they should know better by now.

A difficult question, especially since I have no idea what Johnny’s going to do next. Will he remain mostly a guitarist and have others sing? Will he sing lead?

I’ll narrow it down to 3 how’s that 😆

1. Happiness is a Warm Gun by The Beatles. He has had many comparisons in looks to John Lennon, and I know he admires the hell out of him. And the dirty George Harrison riffs in the middle would be so amazing to hear him do. Plus it’s got those polyrhythms that they did so much of in Symphonic Pictures. He’d be John, George and Paul all in one 💖

2. Good Company by Sam Fender. The acoustic guitar work here is out of control - I have no idea how Sam plays that fast. But I’m sure Johnny could do it, And I’d love to hear him sing it, too - I bet he’s give it more of a talk-sing vibe, like Dylan or someone.

3. Strange by Gabrielle Aplin. This has a really funky bass line and since Johnny started out on bass, I would love to hear him do it. Basses are so sexy too 😆 He might need someone else to sing it, though, bc I’m not sure he has the range, even if it’s transposed down. Gabby is a fiend. Anyway, yeah. Would love to watch that man slap a bass ❤️‍🔥

Chicago Fire season 3 episodes 5 and 6 The Nuclear Option and Madmen And Fools

So, originally I said no more binges because I can't remember everything i want to talk about. But I needed two episodes to get a handle on something.

Herrmann is right. And maybe it was because they needed Kenny Johnson to move to SWAT. But Gabby should've still gone to 105. I still would've been mad if it meant that she had to leave the show. But Herrmann is allowed to be pissed off about how fucked up this "Gabby being 81's candidate" situation is.

And while we're on the subject of Herrmann. My heart went into overdrive. The elevator rescue. The drug dealers shooting through the door. Doesn't anyone, BESIDES ME care that Herrmann came very close to dying?! He special. He BAE.

Peter and Newhouse's little adventure. Peter is special too. He should've been given more information. We don't need Peter getting shot at.

Sylvie, they are trying to make her likeable. And yes Harrison is an asshole. But she's boring.

Violet. I am very surprised that Violet understands as much as she does about the divorce. Divorce sucks all the way around and I feel bad for her. Violet is one of my favorite names for girls and I hope she gets a more important role in the show.

What's going to happen to Rick? 51 needs to know that Rick is in trouble!
