Dragon A Day 2023: DAY ELEVEN: A Gardener

I went to the zoo yesterday and was entranced by the echidna so I decided to base a dragon off one :-) SPINES FOR DAYSSS

This is Gaff, an old ridgeback lady who LOVES the native rainforest fruits that grow in the nature flight territory. She is always breeding and propagating these plants and encouraging dragons to try them. Check out this awesome guide I found while drawing the fruits in this picture :-)

So i made my first handmade gaff! The one i saw on line didnt have the stretchy fabric that i wanted so i went and bought my own... the supplies i bought costed me less than $25 so its a great save so i can make at least 10 gaffs if i wanted to. I mesaured and hand stitched everything, i should have made it just a little bigger, but it gave a very snatched tuck! Now im ready to make at least 4 more in pink and green 😁

It’s not a great idea to because it’s good to take breaks from tucking. It’s also good to be awake in case you want to adjust or rearrange something (or if something starts to hurt and you need to untuck).

Just get a blanket and some comfy pants and sleep normally anon!
