Finally I have them all
I've been using my emerald blue controller for most of my gamecube gaming sessions since I picked it up a few years back, and just recently found a lodgenet gamecube controller in good condition for a really cheap price. The keyboard controller I've wanted for years but never took the time to seek one out for a reasonable price. I dont care too much for the box so it was just a matter of finding one that wasnt too yellowed for under $200, and it's finally here! After a major disassembly and deep clean, the gamecube keyboard controller takes its place in my collection! Right now I've pretty much got everything I want for the system, and gamecube's really the only console I'd wanna collect for, so anything else I find for a good price and pick up is just bonus padding!

Do ya'll think it's worth to learn how to repair gamecube controllers or just buy a new one? I have three (there used to be four) that are literally older than me in various conditions ranging from just the joystick cover falling off to the joystick being a few uses away from like, dying. I already figured that buying third party isn't best for long term, and I've also seen the prices that authentics in good condition go on ebay.
I just wanna be able to replay my zelda games and play the sonic games I just bought in comfort. I already got the extension cable so I'm not cuddling my tv while playing. So what's the play here?

First phob, so I designed it a little alien or sci-fi-esque. Sticks by LevCustoms, buttons by 2GhostsGaming, and phob motherboard + cable assembled by uqfox.

I love when I accidentally hyperfocus on cleaning my controller and suddenly it's 3am and my knees hurt from not moving from sitting on my legs for hours but it's ok bc now my GameCube controller is slightly less diseased 🥰
I opened that shit up with one of my triwing screw drivers and there was some gross ass shit in-between the top plastic and bottom plastic parts like it had to be scraped off disgusting and some of it didn't even fully come off but it's on the inside and it's really faint anyway but CLEAN YOUR CONTROLLERS!!!!! They get really nasty for some reason

Everything You (Probably) Didn’t Know You Could Do With Your Nintendo Switch
