TTL EXCLUSIVE: Interview with the artist of GAMEHEADS
I had the honor and privilege of talking to the team behind the latest Spider-Man suit skins that appear in the latest update of Insomniac Games Spider-Man 2 on the PS5.
I hung out with artists Marisa Diaz, Diane Trinh, and Tabari Davis representing GAMEHEADS which is an organization created to empower youth of color and low-income youth with the knowledge and skills to become involved in the gaming industry.
We talk about how they became a part of this organization as well as the behind-the-scenes suit design for SPIDER-MEN's "Fly N' Fresh DLC available now for $4.99.
Proceeds from the DLC will go to the GAMEHEADS organization to help further their cause.

As if things in the entertainment industry weren't bad enough, I just learned that last week Sony Interactive Entertainment laid off a lot of their employees, and Insomniac Games was among that.
This is both sad and infuriating to hear, as Insomniac Games has been key in the PS5 era and they just suffered being hacked last year, so this was the last thing they needed to deal with.
I really hope those that were laid off at Insomniac Games (and other SIE companies) find work soon. Insomniac Games did work with an organization called Gameheads to make a Spider-Man DLC where the profits go to Gameheads, so maybe if that does well Gameheads could help the former IG employees by hiring them as guest speakers or allow them to use them as a reference.
