If baldurs gate was a third person rpg, I would eat that shit up.

But I can’t stand turn based games, I’ve never liked them, and frankly I don’t see the appeal.

And top-down isometric, like Diablo and WoW, is the only player view that triggers disorientation + migraine.

This isn’t me being over-dramatic, it’s the goddamn truth.

I tried playing Lara Croft: Guardian of Light, because I desperately wanted to play something new as Kain and Raziel, but as soon as there’s more than one character on the screen at any one time, the disorientation hits, my field of vision fractures and then snows and that’s it.

Migraine pain city , dark room and sick bucket here I come.

I can’t even play isometric for Kain and Raziel. If you know me, that’s torture, you know how much I love those characters.

If the game’s industry decides to favour that over third/first person rpg/action adventure, then I’m going to have a big fucking problem. 😒

When I play Pikmin I restart every time one little guy dies. I love my little guys

I end everyone in the room and then myself when one little guy goes. I'm a monster

None of the little guys are aware of their end or anticipate it. Wtf is my problem

They do remember how many little guys they lost. I want the best timeline

But then I'm making more instances of suffering with all my restarts. Oh no I'm a monster!

But I'm choosing to play a game with suffering.... Aaaaaaahhhhh!

I miss the days when video game devs didn't announce their new games years in advance. You would just know when they were going to release it. The waiting is the hardest part, especially when the game is in development Oblivion.
