(Not original picture) I miss old YouTube and watching marks play through of CoF for the first time. Since it’s getting popular again I decided to rewatch it and holy shit I miss when editing was rarely a thing, it’s so much more raw I love it.
Also I never really grew up being able to play the games so now I have a little money I was using an old laptop I found laying around (when it was purchased it came with an i3 and windows 7, now updated to windows 10 now but still runs super slow) and I attended to play CoF after around 3 hours of updates and it’s laggy beyond repair despite resolution being down a ton so I need to buy a new laptop stat.
If anyone has any recommendations for a reasonably priced laptop I can use for gaming pls lmk :,)
March 24th 2024 - I haven’t posted in a while but I’ve got a few weeks off university so I decided to get Scarlet Nexus on sale to scratch that Astral Chain itch and it is really cool!
I think it’ll take more time for it to grow on me because I have to sit through a lot of dialogue and story before getting to the fun action gameplay but the game is really pretty
For my birthday, my brother gave me his gaming laptop. I, of course, got Skyrim. This is me now that I have access to console commands and better mods.
do any of you out there have good gaming laptop recommendations... in a perfect world id be getting a desktop but my life has to be very portable for the forseeable future so laptop it is
i'd like to keep it under 1k if possible but I can splurge if it's a good deal, and I'd like to be able to play games, run photoshop, and hopefully also run blender (not all at the same time) on it.
Anyone have an Acer Nitro 17 (more specs below) and play Fallout? I'm strongly considering this model but I don't want a shitty gaming experience. I'd likely be playing FO3, FNV & FO4 mostly. Not sure if I'll play FO76 but definitely looking for opinions on the PC game play for that one as well.
gamers i need some advice and help. the left side hinge of my gaming laptop decided to snap so now i cant close it without the screen beginning to bend (trust me i tried)
do you all think i should try and get it repaired, or finally make the switch to a PC instead of a laptop? i live in the middle of nowhere so theres no real computer repair places up here, and i have the money for at least a half decent pc to replace it but i dont know what to do. responses encouraged
From what I can tell my laptop might be capable of running nier automata… a game I’ve been wanting to play for f**king AGES… but idk where to start. When I looked on steam there were 4 options…

This game is such an endearing and adorable follow-up to my absolute favourite game of all time. Everyone should check it out, because it is phenomenal!
