Elemental Brust: you make consecutive cuts with your spear and then jump into the air, transforming into an elemental dragon to deliver a diving blow, generating elemental damage.

I continued fighting and from one moment to the next a great wade of wind drove away my enemies, a large part of the horde of monsters had frozed and a great lightning had struch and killied them and in front of me an anemo, cyro and electro visions had appeared, l suppose that people who have great determination can achieve a vision but it is just my opinion.

Something to share: Oh my swords? Well, both were a gift from lord Morax.

About the Traveler(Aether) (Unlocks at friendship lv4): Someone who is willing to face any challenge to find his sister is certainly worthy of respect and admiration.

About Paimon(Unlocks at friendship lv4): Paimon is... undoubtedly a mysterious creature since throughout my life l had never seen someone o something like her, although a small warning, Traveler, if l hear Paimon calling me a winged lizard again, l do not consider myself guilty of my actions.

About Zhongli(Unlocks at friendship lv4): Lord Zhongli is undoubtedly someone that l have a lot of respect for, he has helped me a lot in the past and although he no considers himself the geo archon, l will always be loyal to him.

About Xiao(Unlocks at friendship lv4): He is undoubtedly a great warrior and a great spear user, l find it admirable that despite being someone who suffered in the past he keeps going no matter what.

About Qiqi(Unlocks at friendship lv4): If l'm honest, sometimes l think that Qiqi is like my daughter, sometimes when l have time l go to the Baizhu pharmacy to her and l always bring her coconut milk since it is her favorite 'hehe' you can't imagine the big scandal that arose when Qiqi called me dad.

About Baizhu(Unlocks at friendship lv4): Without a doubt, he is a great pharmacist. He has cured most of my wounds.

About Hu tao(Unlocks at friendship lv4): If l had to describe Hu Tao l would say that she is the most energetic, lively and childish girl l have known in my life. It is pleasant to spend time with her although l find it somewhat annoying that she constantly wants to touch my horns without my permission, l still can't understand how Lord Morax ended up working for her.

About Yelan(Unlocks at friendship lv4): She is a good friend of mine and is a great informant. She always keeps me informant about what is happening in Liyue although she constantly wants to make bets with me.

About Ganyu(Unlocks at friendship lv4): Ganyu is like a little sister to me, after all l knew her when she was a little girl but unlike Cloud retainer l won't tell you stories about Ganyu when she was little but l can assure you that she was very adorable. As she works constantly for Ningguang the poor thing almost doesn't rest so l always have to remind her to get some rest. I should also tell Ningguang to give her more days off.

About Shenhe(Unlocks at friendship lv4): I still remember how l met her, l was next to Cloud retainer, the poor thing was quite scared and luckily we managed to calm her down. I find what her supposed father did quite unpleasant. I suppose that sometimes l don't understand humans, but now Shenhe is quite happy, although It's hard for her to understand human emotions, she's on the right track.

About Beidou(Unlocks at friendship lv4): Beidou? 'Haha!' To be honest, she is without a doubt my best friend we both always train together and to be honest her blows really hurt sometimes we go out drinking together although she is the one who always falls first l also usually pay her fines for the problems her crew sometimes causes.

About Ningguang(Unlocks at friendship lv4): You know something traveler? I think without Ningguang i would be very sad and i thought that after Miko's cheating i would never fall in love again but it seems i was wrong, i really love her, she had a really difficult chidhood but now she is Liyue's Tianquan and i couldn't be more proud of her, she deserves the whole world and l am ahle to give it to her.

About Keqing(Unlocks at friendship lv4): Like Yelan, Keqing is a good friend and i find it kind of funny how she and Ningguang argue, Keqing sometimes looks like a big angry cat 'hehe'

About Xianyun(Unlocks at friendship lv4): Cloud Retainer or Xianyun in this case is an old friend and is a great inventor. She helped me for me for many years and l am very grateful to her. She was even the one who designed my spear.

Y/n's Hobbies: Well if you are curious about what l do during my free time l really like draw.

Y/n's Troubles: Why should l get involved in a meanningless fight if there are innocent people in the crossfire?

Modern!genshin Dainsleif & Traveler au headcanons

READ TOP TEXT

K so I've been having a bit of a modern!genshin au brainrot where u have ReaderxSingleFather!Dain whos adopted the Lumi + Aether that are in high school so here are some headcanons for that :)

P.S. many ofsome of these aren't ReaderxDain they're just modern!au headcanons that would be a part of this universe :)

TW: Mentions of a car crash, parental neglect(not to reader, Dain, Aether, or Lumine tho)

*also its kinda longgg*

So lets pretend that you work in a cafe(yes ik another cafe au- very original but hang in there) across the street from where lumine and Aether go to school and you meet Dain when him and Aether come to pick up Lumine from her part time job at your place

You've already kinda started to look after Lumi in a little sister/niece kinda way then one day some v e r y attractive man come in with Aether and is introduced as their adoptive dad.....

.....H o l y S h i t

When I say the adrenaline/endorphin rush you had from the eye contact almost made you pop a circuit like a toaster in a bathtub I mean it-

He's V polite the entire encounter if a little dry-humored but you guys left off on a good note

He eventually starts "Visiting Lumine" at her job and picking her up at the end of her shifts to drive home even though their house is a short walking distance away

You also notice that even though he seems to have his adoptive daughters work schedule memorized he also always seems to come just a bit too early to chat(but he only talks w/you when there's little to no customers bc he knows you have a job to do)

The siblings lowkey ship after the first interaction....

And eventually....

Aether is gets a job at your place as well but strangely enough some "outside forces" in the siblings own personal schedules have conspired to give him staggered work times with Lumine rather than have them work at the same time...

This makes it so that Dain has to visit the cafe 2x as often to pick up his tiny cupid gremlins

You learn that Aether has a tiny yet loud all white corgi with a peach collar named Paimon that has a fear of water after she fell in a lake as a puppy

Some of the other hs students that also work at you cafe are Xiangling, a favorite of the customers, Diona, who you once caught trying to spit in drink order(It didn't work bc the spit kept falling back onto her lip or shirt), and Gaming who you're pretty sure has at least 2 other jobs than yours and does community service

All your tiny employees get along :)

You learn a lot more about Lumine and Aether's school life as well as the others as time goes on

Some of the most popular teachers and adults on campus seem to be:

Math teacher "Madam" Faruzan, who's a bit too strict on rules

AP World History Teacher Zhongli(who has infamously deadly long and boring lectures yet all his students pass with a B or higher)

Biology Teacher Alhaitham, who keeps 2 Giant Sulawesi snails in his classroom named Aranara and Ararycan, named by his preschool age adopted daughter Nahida, who he took in after his friend, Nahida's adult older sister died in a car crash.

He's also that one teacher that intentionally edits wiki pages so he knows when his students bs their papers....

Graphic Design Teacher Kaveh, that's engaged to Bio teacher Alhaitham and is considerably more laid back than his Fiance

They clearly love each other very much despite how much they bicker

The 2 gym teachers Kayea and Diluc who seem to have formed a rivalry and regularly pit their classes against each other in dodgeball matches(A boy named Bennett always seems to be tagged out first, and always headshot no less)

Principal Ningguang and Vice Principal Jean(who always seems to be overworked)

The only person more overworked than VP Jean is the school counselor Katheryne

Carpentry Teacher Xianyun who has two daughters of her own, Ganyu- who always sleeps in class no matter how much caffeine she drinks before hand, and Shenhe who has the highest max in weight lifting

AP Gov. teacher Neuvillette, who is apparently very popular despite the fact he gives the most detentions out of all the other teachers

Substitute drama teacher Furina who's a long term sub for the official Drama and Dance teacher Ms. Focalors

Nilou, the long term substitute for the Dance Team

Security guards Wriothesly and Dehya, who both once got an earful from Principal Ningguag for holding an arm-wresting tournament among students...

AP Music Theory teacher Venti, who's that one teacher that grades solely off how well he vibes with the students and not actual assignments

Librarian Lisa, who has amassed a collection of romance genre books more than any other in her workspace

Cyno, the English teacher with allllllll the dad jokes in the book(and has probably written his own pun book that he tells to the class)

Chemistry teacher Tighnari who has to constantly knock on the doors of other teachers classrooms to keep the noise level down since everyone knows the walls of school building are paper thin and he may just be slowly going deaf bc of it

Some of their peers include:

Amber, who was the first to befriend Lumine and Aether when they first started high school, despite being a grade higher than the siblings and having exactly 0 classes with them

Razor, a foreign exchange student that doesnt talk much but is best friends with Bennett(the dodgeball loser than manges to trip over anything, even the things that aren't there), and Fishcl, who's real name is Amy but hasn't let go of her imaginary childhood world yet(and good for her tbh)

Hu Tao, that one goth kid that used to tell all the others that "Ring-Around-the-Rosy" was about the black death during recess back in elementary school

Kunikuzushi, who has lesbian moms, Ei and Yae, as well as a younger sister, Raiden, who's still in middle school. He was neglected as a kid bc his biological mother, Ei favored his sister over him. He's very edgy but surprisingly doesn't get along with the other goths, Hu Tao, and a kid named Xiao

Xiao, who's a teachers pet to no one but Mr. Zhongli who fostered him as a child

Lyney and Lynette, who's favorite class is Drama, despite their frequent terrorizing of the substitute teacher, Furina, at their insistence that it's all because they want Ms. Focalors to return sooner

Albedo, who's highly introverted except in his debate club with a sole soft spot for his sister Klee(in kindergarten) and their mother Alice, a flight attendant who's not around much but calls every(and yes I do mean every night) night to check in via facetime to ask see if Albedo's making friends and to read ebook children's stories to Klee :)

Yoimiya, who was once given detention for an entire school quarter bc she set off a whole mess of fireworks on the football field

The ever rich Kamisato siblings who made the choice to go to a public school, rather than Snezhnaya, the rich Northern school across the way that has a principal even stricter than Ningguang, Faruzan, and Neuvillette combined, so harsh that her students have given her the name "Tsaritsa"........

please give me constructive criticisms on my hcs :) id love to know if you want a follow up for only school life or only romantic headcanons but it might take me a bit to get back on it :) (but please no nsfw)

anyone can visit it really he doesn’t care and loves having people over

he’s lowkey a hoarder tho but he really likes presents that he’s given :((

probably has a nice bouquet of qingxin, glaze lilies, and silk flowers

either that or he’s got a nice garden for all of the flowers and herbs or veggies :)))

the office/your room is pretty big in size, it’s like one big open room but it is split with like a half wall sort of? there’s like a curtain you can use when you need privacy but you’re still a baby

he does have a room plan for when you’re older

anyways

even if you don’t like childe, he does not give a damn and will smother you in his love and affection

but also he is jealous everytime you take zhongli’s attention which is all the time really-

you haven't gone through growing your horns quite yet, they exist as sort of small pointy guys on your head but they havent grown in yet

dont ask me how your tail developed before your horns, it makes sense to me

your scales are orange amber colored at the ends and skin color closer to your skin ofc

hutao gave you some old baby clothes she had lying around from her childhood

if you ever babble or speak gibberish, you fucking BET that zhongli is the parent that listens and responds naturally, he’s just so sweet :(

you're a slow learner only bc you literally got reborn as a baby and not only that, you just have no prior experience to anything despite watching over the village you once protected and seeing all the families love and learn from each other

zhongli has yet to find the right person to tutor you since it's more of a high class thing in liyue to even hire a tutor

childe is probably gonna pay the funds for said tutor

zhongli is the kind of father to be like, "for you the entire world" and it would happen <333

So uh... Sibling angst headcanons anyone? (It's somewhat wholesome becuz idk how to do very angsty ones)

(Reminder that these are my headcanons and aren't canon!!!)

Tw: Very sensitive topics.

Gaming and Chongyun sometimes argue for petty reasons. It's common for them to argue on who's clothes is who's or whatever. It's become an issue for Shenhe because the two often argue even in their sleep.

Cyno was often bullied for his white hair and red eyes, Nilou tried her best to keep her brother from killing himself, and now in the present, she's glad she did what an older sibling should do. Guide her siblings to a better future.

Xingqiu spent days crying his eyes out after Xiangling had fallen into a coma, Yelan spent a shit ton of time crying aswell, but kept a stronger face. She only cried in secret that even Xu couldn't find out.

Kaveh isn't one to tell Fischl what he feels; "Fischl is still young, I don't want her to know what I'm going through." Is what Kaveh says to his friends.

Xiao and Ganyu are very close, like super close, to the point Xiao said; "I'd choose you over anyone any day." To say the least, Ganyu cried a lot.

HuTao never confessed this but she told her friends that if Qiqi and her friends were ever in danger, she'd give her life up for Qiqi. Because according to her; "It's what older siblings do."

Pantalone and Baizhu aren't necessarily close, but they're still brothers. No matter.

Furina misses Neuvilette to the point she carries a picture of him so she wouldn't forget what he looks like.

Lyney lives in constant fear that his siblings might die because of him. He's almost lost them once, he can't afford to make the same mistakes twice.

Eula and Arlecchino are inseperable, but even sisters have to hide secrets from each other.

Huffman and Mika aren't necessarily close due to age gaps, Mika barely sees Huffman and vice versa.

Diluc is often reminded that a fragment of his mother is in Kaeya. And often catches himself smiling when Kaeya does something their mother used to do. (Yes mother fuckers, they're bio siblings.)

Albedo is guilty for barely spending any time with Klee, Klee's often lonely but never admits it.

YaoYao never cared about Bennett's bad luck, she only cared for his safety and well-being.

Jean barely talks to Barbara and vice versa.

Arataki Itto often worries for Kuki Shinobu, despite they share only half of their blood, they're family regardless of that. And Itto is far too paranoid.

Razor often never listens to Collei's warnings, even if it could cost his life.

Paimon is not the type to vent or rant, but Aether and Lumine know what's wrong.

So, starting off, I saw your recent angst bit with Kequing and Ganyu and like...

That shit hurted man 😭

In a good way though! Because it was fantastically written! (Was actually starting to get misty-eyed after I finished reading)

Also, I was curious if you were accepting requests again? Because I see in your bio that it says requests are closed, but I saw that someone had left a request for the aforementioned angst bit. Unless that was just something you'd had sitting in your inbox for a while, just figured it wouldn't hurt to check 🤷‍♂️

First of all, thank you! It seems that angst is something I'm particularly good with, as those types of fics, especially the breakup series, consistently get a bit attention. I had this request in my inbox for some time. I've always had a complicated relationship with requests, and I think it's time I settle for something that's truest to my heart.

Behold. Some people will hate me for this, but simply put, there is no way to make everyone happy.

Asks shall be open from now on.

The harsh truth is that I can't do them all - not anymore. And that there are requests that are better than the others. And that I am moody and picky and unfair.

I know for a fact that treating this blog like my job won't work in the long run, so settling for something that I find fun will certainly be good for the irregular posting page as a whole.

Sometimes I just don't feel like writing something, or I don't find the idea especially interesting, or I find it repetitive, oversaturating, too specific, too complex or any of the multitude of reasons that may be.

Not every ask is the same, and it is high time I finally come to terms with it.

(Cross posting from Pillowfort so if you’ve seen it on there dw same person here XD) Hiii, been a bit since I’ve used this place but with the frightening possibility of twitter going out ala the dinos way of going out, I need to try and use this place again. Also, fandom hopped again XDD Currently hyperfocused on Genshin Impact, but am becoming interested in FFXIV again. Dunno if I’ll post my writing here again or keep it to my pillowfort, but I can share some OCs I used a picrew (link here) and my own editing skills to make ^W^

Name: Voyager Kika Race: Kitsune (Eight tailed, missing ninth with remaining tails being heavily mangled and damaged besides two) Gender: Female Age: Slightly younger than Yae Miko by four hundred years Vision: Dendro with Inazuma frame Weapon type: Sword Faction: N/A, has loose ties to the Resistance and Adepti Family: Odyssey (Little sister) A kitsune youkai who was born in Liyue and raised by the adepti, if her claims are to be believed. Forthright and not afraid to speak her mind, she’s spent the most time among the people of Liyue alongside Ganyu and has a greater understanding of how they are than most of her kind. Currently is looking for any trace of her younger sister who disappeared shortly before the Khaenri’ah Cataclysm and has traveled to Inazuma prior during her search.

Name: Odyssey Kika Race: Kitsune (No remaining tails, formerly nine tailed, lost them five hundred years ago shortly before Khaenri'ah Cataclysm) Gender: Female Age: 600 years old Vision: Cryo with Snezhnaya frame Weapon type: Catalyst (Elemental Skill "Blade of the Fallen" lets her wield daggers at the cost of her HP being drained until the Skill is used again, fully capable of depleting her HP to zero) Faction: Fatui, direct subordinate of the Balladeer Family: Voyager (Older sister) A wayward and damaged in her own words kitsune currently working for the Fatui. Despite her ears, she is completely lacking in any tails to show for her race, and cannot draw upon most magic besides with her vision after having them taken from her. Firm yet kind hearted, it’s a surprise she’s a direct subordinate of the Balladeer who he doesn’t often berate. Has no connection to her youkai heritage and many in the Fatui plan to keep it that way.

Name: Katisurika Mae Race: Kitsune (Nine tailed) Gender: Female Age: 400 years old Vision: Geo with Inazuma frame Weapon Type: Catalyst Healer Faction: The Resistance Family: Yae Miko (Older sister) Head medic of the resistance besides Sangonomiya Kokomi and often seen with general Gorou, Katisurika is a cheerful, gentle and carefree kitsune who has no problems being open about that or showing her tails. Having largely grown up around mortals, she acts more like one than her older sister, and privately struggles knowing which world she belongs to, the mortal realm or the youkai one.

Name: Nahikana Race: Half Elf(?) half dragon hybrid (Artificially created, partial clone of Lesser Lord Kusanali) Gender: Female leaning Genderfluid (she/her/they/them) Age: 18 (in appearance after Sumeru MSQ and sudden growth spurt) / 2 years old (from the date she was cloned/created) Vision: Hydro with Outlander/Descender frame Weapon Type: Polearm Faction: The Traveler Family: Nahida (Half sibling) A byproduct of a series of experiments to bring Greater Lord Rukkhadevata back to life, Nahikana was the second success at bringing a vessel to life, this time by using both some tissue samples from Nahida and the bones of a long dead dragon to create a superior vessel. However, much like the last one, it wasn’t the Greater Lord they brought back, instead they stole the soul of someone from another world and dragged her into this body. After a few months of close monitoring and rigorous testings the poor girl barely managed to clear, she managed to escape like the last success, and with the aid of an unlikely Fatui Harbringer who happened to be in Sumeru and ran across her managed to completely leave Sumeru and escape her chasers. Currently she lives in Liyue under the care of Childe, with the Harbringer who aided her checking on her every so often. (exclusive to one universe and not generally in most of my Genshin verses)
