Please forgive another picture of the double bloodroot but I didn’t feel that last one did it justice.

When the sunlight gets caught behind or between petals or leaves and makes them appear to glow against a dark background. :)

All photos mine, unedited apart from the yellow thistle and the cluster of red leaves, which were taken in RAW format and edited from there to match what I remembered.

Seasonal Flowers Collection
Tumblr media
A collection of flowers that I converted from Sims 4, retextured and tweaked.
There are 9 meshes in total, all flowers are seasonal, can intersect with objects and sims, are quarter tile placeable and won’t have falling leaves in autumn. I also disabled them in hood view. They all have recolors (except for lavender) and some of them have additional flowerless recolors to be used as grass. Certain flowers bloom in spring, summer and autumn, while others get flowers only in spring and summer.
Polycount:
Forest flowers - 532 Forest flowers on fern - 416 Creeping flower - 588 Lavender V1 - 1968 Lavender V2 - 702 Lavender V3 - 268 Field flowers - 738 Big ground cover - 1104 Small ground cover - 688
All flowers:

All recolors:

Compressed, clearly labelled (except for recolors, they are just numbered), pictures included.

The night before a killing frost I go out and pick flowers to bring inside so the garden lasts a few days longer. Here’s part of the bouquet I made the other evening. The plants had a great year. I hope people saw them and felt a little better for a moment.
