Warnings? No real warnings, just kinda the death of Clouse's flower beds ig lol? Reader is primarily referred to as kid & boy with he/him pronouns.

- note; This is completely done as platonic bc idk about you but for some reason Clouse gives some big dad energy lmao(also bc of the numerous headcanons over Clouse kinda taking over parenting Skylor. I absolutely love those.). kid reader with garmaclouse pairing before any actual canon events. (Also reader's part of a more ancient species hybrid from my own lore surrounding Ninjago, any traits other than him having a tail & slit pupils are unspecified)

Finding it quite hilarious Garmadon suppressed a chuckle as he watched Clouse pick the small yet very energetic kid from the flower bench of the garden. He seemed to have been having quite a fine time giving a dig at the soil of the flowers, did he think there was something in them hidden away? Tail swishing lightly as the small boy was placed on a bench instead, left to stare at the black headed man before him with big slit pupil e.color eyes, his clawed hands covered in soil as he was getting an earful out of the grumpy second hand. It didn't sound negative by any means, the man wasn't actually angry, just annoyed and gave his lighthearted lectures about the rules surrounding his garden yet again.

He knew, somewhat understood, there was something more primal wired in the hybrid's brain for some behaviors. Had he never been in contact with Garmadon in the first place and he would actually be angry about the kid digging up his garden yet again.

Patience was something he had to learn, but it was his best trait by now.

"What are you staring at?" Clouse snarked with a quirked brow after letting the boy go do as he pleased, turning to Garmadon as the older man let out a small chuckle with a dopey smile.

"You know you would be a good parent, right?"
