Why do the best yaoi stories come from Shonen anime. Okay so in the shoujo anime Kyaa I Love My Boyfriend these two people met in high school and fall in love. Aight, cool. Sounds cute enough. But wait, what's that over there?? Two boys once rivals yet trust each other with their whole being, whose faces morph out of anger when one is hurt, who is never found without the other, who always has their rival on their mind, who have fought bravely side by side because they KNOW the other will ALWAYS have their backs no matter what adversities have struck them in the past, and you're telling me they're NOT in a committed homosexual relationship????? Literally what was the point of all that then
crowley all the time would take his sunglasses off to show his eyes, which he finds intimidating, using them to scare enemies. but whenever he takes his sunglasses off in front of aziraphale, aziraphale has no reaction. he’s grown comfortable with crowley’s eyes, and therefore whenever crowley intimidates someone with his eyes aziraphale is mildly confused, because he loves crowley’s eyes. he could stare at them all night and not be scared one bit. and it annoys crowley, too, because he has no advantage over aziraphale because aziraphale’s just stopped finding him intimidating.
Not someone telling me that I'm "surely a proshipper" when I commented people should stop policing what others can like or dislike and stop dismissing people as "disgusting" and "stupid" for not thinking the same way they do
The kicker? The ship in question that I commented about wasn't incest, selfcest nor pedo. No no, it was about 2 guys with a complicated love-hate relationship
So, fellas, is it proship to like a ship with the enemies to lovers trope?
