“I am Morgyn, the Sage of Untamed Magic. Who are you and what do you need help with?”

“I’m Baluu Unicorn. I have this curse that makes me go overcharged super fast and I’d really like it gone!”

Morgyn winced and put his head in his hands. “Has no one taught you how to safely practice magic so you don’t catch that curse, young spellcaster? That’s really very sad. There are potions to reverse it though.”

“Can you give me one or teach it to me or something?”

This leg of the Gerry Drew-Danvers welcome tour was less difficult than the one from the other night, but had its own intricacies. Gen had confessed her affection for him on the eve of his leaving, and he was sure that his rejection had not gone unfelt over the last couple of years. Yet, she still agreed to meet with him. And her friendship was important to Gerry, since he was back, they might as well try to reignite that. 

He approached her, she was turned away from him outside of the frozen yogurt store. “Viv!” he called as he continued walking.

Michael: You weren’t the first pregnancy for us. A few months before we conceived you, your mother was pregnant with what would have been your older brother.

Harmony: ‘What would have been’? I’m guessing something happened to him?

Michael: Your mother ended up having a miscarriage. The doctors weren’t exactly sure what caused it. I think Faith blames herself. She fell into a deep depression afterwards and hasn’t been quite the same since. When we discovered she was pregnant with you, she became paranoid; constantly calling the doctor whenever she felt the slightest bit unusual. I told her not to worry so much because it just put more stress on her body, but she didn’t listen. When you were born, she vowed to keep you, her surviving child, safe no matter what. Her biggest fear is losing you like she did our son.

Baluu stumbled through the other side of the portal and looked up in wonder at a most magical castle. It was huge! He ran toward it, intent on seeking spellcaster’s that could help him. The first sim he saw was more than a little amused when Baluu approached him all ready talking.

“Hi are you a spellcaster? This is the Magic Realm, right? I need someone to help me get rid of curse, can you do that, please?”

The spellcaster shook his head. “You want one of the Sages. They’re the most powerful and knowledgeable spellcaster’s around. You need to make friends with them and then maybe they’ll help you with the curse.”

Baluu floundered. “Okay. Who are the Sages?”

The spellcaster gestured to the other side of the room. “Those sims with the symbols above their heads.”
