FFXV: Kingsglaive Head Canon!
I thought about this the other day and it’s been in my head since so I thought I needed to talk about it!
Captain Drautos CAN’T warp
As we know, the Glaive get their magic/warping capabilities from the King and therefore, the Crystal, right? But of all the Glaive, you never see Titus warp, use magic, essentially do anything that makes up a Glaive, so why is that? 🤔
My personal theory is this… he can’t access the magic of the Crystal! Maybe he could when he first joined the Glaive but since then he - SPOILER ALERT! - became General Glauca and started being corrupted by the Starscourge (because that’s what I think most of Glauca’s armour is comprised of) and we all know how the Crystal feels about that sorry Ardyn

May I possibly ask for a Glauca kidnapping his s/o as a distraction, they’re apart of the royal family or a top glaive -someone important-. Maybe he’s having a hard time doing it.
Hello there anonie! Of course, you can! :)
--
Tumblr media
Titus aka Glauca has got a very simple mission: kidnapp glaive Y/N Y/S, who where per chance HIS s/o. (But nobody knew that, obvi)
You, as Sigil bearer of Yore, possesed great danger to the Niflheim, because your sigils were boosting power of the Kingsglaive ( even though the sigils were "borrowed" from the old rulers. And you were the unfortunate soul, who was chosen "There are other plans with your fellow "comrades" the old rulers said)
even Verstael showed interest in you, thats what urged this mission (your powers could benefit his godly plan greatly and make their daemons even stronger)
I would be honest ... if you´re really important to him then he would be so conflicted in completing this mission and would try to somehow twist it in his favour.
Glauca/Titus is man of his words. He´s a double agent for Six´s sake, he better be good. He will devise plan in which he would kidnap you.
PLOT TWIST! He would fake your death, so not only Lucis lost valuable asset, but also Niflheim would be screwed. Verstael was in particular pissed, that he lost such interesting lab rat.
Meanwhile you, would be probably locked in Titus huge af mansion that was somewhere on Niflheim´s border.
YOU will be treated like a fucking royalty. He has two or three very loyal people, who takes care of this house. They would told you, that their master saved you and that you´re treated as their guest.
Just a .... when you find out that Titus is Glauca and viceversa .... oh boy, Titus is not prepared for that storm.

So apparently in some countries, embezzling from the military counts as "sabotage of military assets". Which is a treason. If your Lucis is like that then Glauca did like to live dangerously. (Or possibly decided to be petty and didn't consider the consequences)
Glauca very much liked to live dangerously. Most of what he did was less embezzeling though and more sabotage. He did his best to make every process needed for success to be as difficult as possible.
Paperwork and communication.
Those are the two things he put the most effort in disrupting.

Considering that Glauca is described as “callous and murderous”, and Drautos must be civil, his inner monologue must be so interesting.
He has incredible self-control.

🪶Titus lay there on the floor of his dark and empty apartment. The only sound that filled the air was his own breathing and the sound of a distant clock ticking away. A constant reminder of every second he has wasted and of every minute he will waste. That's all his life is, after all, a waste. Everything that Titus has accomplished leaves a trail of failure in its wake.
All the people he could not save. All the lives he himself have taken in the name of something or other. Ever since that fateful day so many years ago, when his life was torn in half. Where the carefree days of youth quickly burned away in a storm of fire and were quickly buried in ash and rubble. Where Titus, a young man of 16, had become the only living thing in a town of ghosts.
Gone was the home he knew and loved so much. Gone were the people he had known since birth and grown up around. Gone was his family. His mother and father, Titus remembers that they were kind souls always worrying about Titus' mischievous and troublemaking ways. They knew he was a good kid, at least, that's what he vaguely remembers them telling him during their last little talks. His parents were simply worried that their youngest son might end up falling in with the "wrong crowd", if only they could see him now. How horrified they would be to see what their son has turned into.
Gone was his brother who held such potential and promise. His eldest brother was only a few years older than him but seemed to have life all figured out. He was already working on the family farm, they all worked on their farm but his older brother was the first of them to be paid for his work, and was soon to be married to a kind and gentle woman. They would never get the chance to enjoy, what Titus had thought to be, a wonderful and happy marriage. They would never get the chance to start a family of their own and continue the family line. Titus had always looked up to his brother. He was strong, kind and fair, someone Titus almost idolized. He wanted to grow up and be like his big brother. Titus would never get that chance.
Gone was his sister who had the kindest soul and brightest smile, she was the youngest of the three. Titus did not like to think about his little sister, it was too painful. He could protect like he should have as a big brother. Instead he let her die because he was too weak. She had so much love and happiness to give and her life was cut short. For what? A war that they were never involved in? They stole her life and her *future* and Titus could do nothing about it now or at the time. He was still too weak.
*too weak, too weak.* the voice in his head mocked. Titus was tired of hearing that voice in his head constantly mocking him or reminding him of his failures. Glauca was mostly a curse and he regrets ever accepting the deal he had been offered years ago. At a time when he was younger and his soul burned with hate and anger like a raging fire determined to destroy everything in its path. At the time the deal sounded like a blessing. Titus remembered thinking to himself that the Gods were finally taking notice of all his pain and struggles.
He would only come to realize how wrong he had been as the sands of time slowly slipped away and it was too late to undo all the damage he had already caused. The Gods have never given him a single glance. The strife of man was of no interest to them. Titus thought to take things into his own hands and purge this world of meaningless and useless monarchy.
The only thing Titus has done was cause unnecessary pain and turmoil. Yes, his younger self reveled in all of the blood and chaos, all the pain he could cause with such ease. Now that he was a man of 46 years of age does he finally see how ignorant and dumb he had been.
Now, he was suffering the consequences of his actions. Titus was older and maybe just a little wiser. As much as he hates the crown and all it stands for he hates himself much more. He longed to end his life to put an end to his worthless existence. Unfortunately, Titus was stopped at every turn by the thing he shares his body and mind with. It senses the danger to its current vessel and reacts in a purely self preservation manner. Titus knew that Glauca held to love for him and that he was simply a home to inhabit, even if he *was* slowly killing him.
Titus would not get a swift death, he knows this. Instead he will be forced to endure immeasurable pain as the daemon inhabiting his body slowly eats away at him. Before long his blood will be poison unable to sustain any life but Glauca's. Only then will he be allowed to close his eyes for one final time and be swept away into unending sleep.
Until that time comes, though, Titus was forced to deal with the sickness that cropped up when Glauca was unhappy. The never-ending waves of nausea and the black substance he is forced to expel from his body leaves him unless and unmoving on the floor. The pain, shivers and shudders that rack his body feels as if he's being torn apart from the inside out. Old scars and wounds open up and ooze out that same black substitute mixed with his own poisonous blood.
All Titus can do is ride it out. This was the consequence for accepting a too good to be true deal from a man who he wouldn't trust if he was bleeding out on the floor with him as his only source of help. If only he had someone to turn to back then. Someone who could help soothe his angry soul and broken heart. Titus would never be granted such a kindness.

s: do you even know the cultural significance of that shark
d: The blue shark (Prionace glauca), also known as the great blue shark, is a species of requiem shark, in the family Carcharhinidae, which inhabits deep waters in the world's temperate and tropical oceans. Averaging around 3.1 m (10 ft) and preferring cooler waters,[3] the blue shark migrates long distances, such as from New England to South America. It is listed as Near Threatened by the IUCN. A blue Atlantic cedar (Cedrus atlantica 'Glauca') situated in front of this lovely stately home. This is one of my favourite species of tree, but that's not what I'm here to talk about.
What I'm really liking about this picture, is that whoever planted this tree, likely the family that lived here, however long ago, knew they would never see it grow to maturity and would never see its beauty. Yet, they planted it anyway.
They were thinking of future generations, trying to do something good, to make the lives of their family, who they may never live long enough to meet, better.
I really feel that is something the world is missing right now, forward planning, selfless acts to make the world better for the future generations. Trees planting for example, yes, if we plant millions of trees, and get them all to grow it will be good but selling it like that is unlikely. Instead, if more of us planted 1 tree and cared for it as long as we could to ensure it established, with the aim of it being a gift to our future relations, or anyone who may visit, like with the case of this tree at this house, the world would maybe, maybe be a better place. These simple, and easy, selfless acts, are numerous in what they could be, meaning, there is something we could all be doing, whether it be switch to plastic free products, spread joy and love, or even plant a tree.
How are you going to make the world better for the future generations?

Eve of the Signing Party
The next place we see Nyx on guard duty is at the party before the treaty signing. Thankfully this one is a little less confusing. We’ll look a little bit at the setting and the people there as well.
Thank you again to @starjunco for the screenshots. IDs are ALT.
Tumblr media
As background information, the wiki has information on the previous iterations of this location in the XIII Verses trailers, concept art and various demos. It talks about how the aquarium and dome have disappeared and reappeared, the area itself has changed, and that even the music (“Somnus”) played during this scene is a reference to the trailers. It also tells us there are posters for the Royal Aquarium that is located in the building, and that the picture in the large water display Nyx and Luna talk in front of depicts Etro, who was quite important in earlier versions of the game but has almost no mention in the FFXV or Kingsglaive we got.
Now on to information we can see in this scene itself!
Tumblr media
As stated above, the party takes place on the roof of the Caelum Via (which might translate to “Heaven is the Way”; if it were the more obvious “Way of Heaven/Sky” it would be Caeli Via or Via Caeli, though leaving it in the Nominative could just be a nod to the Royal Family) Hotel & Resorts Insomnia. The name itself implies other locations, though we don’t see them explicitly in the game.
Tumblr media
Later in the movie (see the white and gold ad on the left behind Glauca), there is an Altissia location advertised, which says interesting things about trade and connections for sure! Wonder which one came first...
Also on the Insomnian building are the same number/coordinate system we puzzled over on the bridge at the Nyx’s Neighborhood deep dive. There, the bridge had the coordinates N35-41-39, W13-19-36, here the hotel has N35-41-39, W13-21-28, which seem to be rather close indeed.
Tumblr media
There is a helipad here (with some sort of crest on it), which raises interesting questions about the state of Lucian air travel. It would seem odd that this exists solely for the possibility of Niflheim visitors, but other than the modified Regalia we don’t otherwise see Lucian aircraft.
There are three tiers of seating at various levels of proximity to Aldercapt and Regis. Nyx (and possibly Drautos) seems to be the only visible guard on duty across all three levels. Even if he takes the posting very seriously (using it to dodge Luna’s attempts to talk, and as a distraction during the talk itself) that does seem to imply he is either the very last line of defense for Luna and/or Regis or just there to look pretty.
Perhaps they negotiated down the number of guards they could each bring, but it does raise the question of where Clarus is...
Tumblr media
The water motif continues with this small waterfall and river. It could be a sign of the connection to Altissia (perhaps the chain started there), perhaps a sign that nature or the imitation of it a luxurious novelty in the midst of the very tight urban area, a boast of wealth to pump the water that high and maintain the cleanliness, or perhaps merely a cover to mute the noise of the city and conversation. (though the fireworks likely do an excellent job of that tonight, as well!)
The area is otherwise decorated with the ubiquitous gothic arches of Lucis and geometric patterns, and solely uses a dark blue, maroon, black, gold, and hints of white. Which, appropriately enough, will be the strict colors used in the guests’ dress.
Tumblr media
A better view of the middle tier, showing bamboo-like greenery areas and a survey of our crowd. The central gate on this level, through which the water appears to originate, is topped by a six-pointed star or flower, likely a reference to the astrals, which is a nice detail.
The lamps have an art deco feel, perhaps indicating either the age of the hotel or the age it wants to appear, or just a general Lucian aesthetic. I do wonder if the low lighting is less comfortable for the guests from beyond the Wall, who might prefer brighter illumination at night.
You can also barely make out Nyx next to the Aquarium, Regis on the balcony, and Aldercapt and two other important figures from Niflheim making their way up the stairs. Perhaps they were dropped off on the helipad or came through the tiled walkways into the hotel itself.
Tumblr media
A close-up of Aldercapt’s robe and the back of the truly bizarre helmet we’ll see a better view of later as the people toast to the Emperor.
Tumblr media
And Nyx shows up! Notice how he is very definitely not looking at the Emperor or the commotion.
If we pull our eyes away from our main character, we can see a very interesting statue of a woman in draped clothing with wide sleeves holding a sword above a very colorful collection of bottles. There is a matching statue on the other side. Who or what does she represent?
Beyond her is a/the wall, topped by what seem to be glowing tanks of some kind. These could either be illuminated water towers beyond the (Citadel) Wall, or some sort of light/magical storage atop the wall that helps keep it running, perhaps to replace the ones Ardyn destroyed on the Founder’s Day Attack.
If we pull our attention back to the foreground, between Nyx and the Emperor is a nice grouping of the eight NPC models (four appear male and four female) used in this scene. Keep an eye out for them elsewhere. From left to right: Gray Suit/Gray Hair, Dress with Cap Sleeves/Short Dark Hair, Dark Suit/Medium Hair, Dark Suit/Dark Hair, Blue Asymmetrical Dress/Shoulder-length Light Hair, Maroon Ruffles/Bun, Suit Dress/Short Light Hair, Gray Suit/Dark Hair.
Tumblr media
This fountain combines many of the elements of this design - light, water, and statues. And look! Fireworks in other colors! They do exist! It’s also fun to see the light/dark contrast between the two sovereigns.
Tumblr media
Another view of the scene, showing the lovely delicate railing of gold and glass. Lurking behind the main figures are Drautos in the background as well as the priest-looking Niflheim Dignitary, similar to the figure who said “Release the Daemon” in the opening battle.
Tumblr media
A nice shot of Aldercapt’s robes from the front, showcasing many interesting symbols. The dragon in particular is very neat. Though the cut of his shirt and the harness-like straps across his coat are a bit odd, they are clearly very well made. Nyx is also lurking in this shot. Hi, Nyx!
Here also is the promised front view of the ridiculous helmet. Presumably there are some sort of screens inside, scanning the area and at least allowing him to walk, though the skullcap and the rest of the helmet are also just odd. The collars are very reminiscent of Ravus’s outfits even in Tenebrae before his mother’s death, showing the cultural crossover and similarities.
Tumblr media
The crowd shot of the middle tier shows some very familiar faces, and some oddities. The statues from the bars are also found on this level, and if the central part truly is water-filled as it appeared earlier, those poor guests on the rear squares had quite the journey to get to their spots, not to mention the servers!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Aside from a nice view of Aldercapt's bracers and Regis's cane and brace, we can see the priest-like figure again, and Ardyn! Everyone is still toasting obediently.
Tumblr media
And released! The guests can finally sit down. And Luna makes her appearance. How long has she been here? Have fun counting the doppelgangers in this scene as well.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There are tropical fish and sharks in the aquarium, as well as the mini-leviathans. Perhaps another nod to an Accordo origin? Or perhaps the Lucinia Sound and other waters around Cavaugh are warmer than expected.
The wings on the sculpture surrounding the painting is somewhat reminiscent of the armor of the Lucii.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Look at how massive and ornate this whole setup is. The entire area below this upper tier must be support for the aquarium. Fish, a painting, the massive gold and black thing inside, the mirrors in the supports… this is a major display of wealth and technology. It’s no wonder the party was set here. Not to mention it is slightly more neutral ground, for both parties’ peace of mind. Also, note the violin and piano players. They are working hard!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
In addition to being nice shots of Luna and Drautos (and the Kingsglaive cuff), these images show off the painting of Etro fairly well. Is she being supported or bound by the organic pillar-like things on either side of her? Her legs are bare, but she is wearing an ornate collar and shirt. What is the lore, Square?!
It’s also very interesting that Drautos and Nyx are set up in corresponding places. What is Nyx’s position that he and the Captain are the only visible guards here? And yet Nyx is not wearing a dress uniform of any kind even here, just the standard uniform with his silver trim and double chain.
Notice how closely Drautos watches Nyx and Luna's conversation, though, and his odd expression as he looks up. Is he smug things are proceeding as he planned, or something else?
Thank you for sticking with us through another deep dive. We hope this was able to help your creative works (especially for Nyx Week!) and maybe even start some discussions. We’d love to hear your thoughts, disagreements, and little things you might have noticed!
Good luck!

Verses
Verse | Main | 7/7r Set within the main game. Essentially this covers from Zack’s death until Meteorfall. This verse is a mix of OG and Remake, using expanded world building and lore from the Remake continuity.
Verse | Another | 7r For anything distinctly set in the Remake continuity that clashes with my main lore.
Verse | Second | Crisis Core/Before Crisis Covers almost everything prior to the first verse. While Tseng was still Second in command, while there were far more Turks and while Veld was still around - and also the few years while Tseng was the head of the Turks but also Veld was still around. For ease this is simply labelled as a Crisis Core verse. Tseng in this verse is more childish, more playful and generally happier. Most of his significant trauma happens at the end of this verse, so he’s unshaped by that throughout the earlier parts of the timeline.
Verse | Thereafter | Advent Children/Post Advent Children Everything post Meteorfall, including the novel. Will be labelled Advent Children but also covers the timeline of Dirge of Cerberus. This verse covers a range of change in Tseng, from the initial conflict within the Turks as the truth about Veld comes to light, to the slowly recovering mental health in the years that follow; alongside the stresses of Rufus's illness, and a deep depression post Advent Children due to the loss of his arm as a result of his torture at the hands of the Remnants. For the most part, he avoids the former Turks but does occasionally work with them or find time for drinks. He's no less busy now that barely nothing remains of ShinRa, sadly.
Verse | A Lifetime Ago | Rookie Covers from about the age of 17 to 22 A Tseng that doesn't know yet what it means to be a Turk; may also be referred to as Gun. This is an angry bastard.
Verse | Imperial | XIV (This verse presumes an Imperial Rufus, in a position of nobility or royalty, and is preferably set before the current Garlean civil war) Tseng Goe Zhao (Censor, Primus Frumentarius) Doman conscript to Garlean Citizen, Tseng’s job is one of subterfuge and intelligence. He is able to be stationed throughout Eorzea and Othard and blend in seamlessly, posing as whatever is necessary. He is an Au Ra by birth, but his work requires a certain amount of disguise and so he leans upon glamours and fantasia to keep his cover. (I’m not assigning him a specific job, as I don’t like either of the gun jobs for him and my Tseng’s other battle skills lend to both Dragoon and Ninja. He’s just good at weapons, as with his canon)
Verse | Unrest | XV Beneath General Glauca, Tseng is stationed in Lucis as part of the Kingsglaive. He struggles with the gifted power, but as an expert marksman he makes up for the shortcoming. While his loyalty to the Empire is… Strained, he dislikes Lucis more and his time as a Glaive only worsened that. With Insomnia’s fall and Glauca’s death, there was no longer much use for Tseng’s skills as a spy and he was reassigned back into the Imperial Military - which is something he is particularly annoyed about.
Verse | Traitor | Wutai Spy When Tseng initially joined ShinRa, it was at the behest of his Father. He was to infiltrate the company and send information back to the Wutai military - which he did well enough. He spent years as a double agent but… Wutai lost. And with Tseng in a precarious position with a lot of access to company secrets, it was incredibly unsafe for him to withdraw - fully aware of how ShinRa treats threats to their security. And so he stays, attempting to undermine ShinRa where he can. This Tseng still cares for the Turks very deeply, but is far less loyal to Rufus. His dislike for the company is far deeper. (Note - While Tseng is aware of the existence of other traitors within the company, he does not attempt to connect with them. They are a liability and extra risk)

I asked my family to pick a number from my @badthingshappenbingo list, my Brother-in-law picked I’m Not Afraid of You Anymore
So here it is, from my FFXV story, Guard and Glaive
Ruins of Insomnia
Violet led Luna through the back alleyways of Insomnia, trying to avoid the destruction being caused by both sides; the war ships of Niflheim and their Daemons and the Lucian Old Wall were destroying what was left of her home
“We’ll meet with the others on the edge of the city” Violet spoke surprisingly calm, despite everything that was happening around her, she looked over her shoulder to the Oracle. “Please tell me you still have the Ring?”
“I do, Lady Amicitia do you even know where we’re going?” Violet raised a brow at Luna before pointing over to the far side of Insomnia
“We need to get to the West Gate, from there we can meet up with the others and get out of Insomnia” from where the 2 women were stood they could see the West Gate, but it was miles away and between them and their escape was a battle between The Mystic and a Daemon that Violet had heard getting called a Diamond Weapon. Violet looked at Luna, her eyes were wide with fear as she looked over the expanse of Insomnia they had to cross. “Right… Princess, we need to get moving” Luna refocused and agreed with Violet.
Violet and Luna began to make their way through the ruins of Insomnia, dodging falling rubble, and avoiding the Daemons. As they got to a clearing that used to be a apartment block a tall armoured figure landed in front of them, essentially blocking their path, Violet moved in front of Luna as General Glauca stalked towards them, she summoned her sword into her hand.
“Another Shield to break,” Glauca’s voice sounded smug as he approached, “the city is in ruin, the King is dead, as is his Shield…” Violet took a trembling gasp, being reminded of the horrific sight she’d arrived to in the council room where the treaty was being signed, she looked up at the General, his swagger was just how it was when she was last left alone with him, she felt her chest tighten in fear, but her fear was overwhelmed by her anger, he had caused her so much pain, he had killed her father, her uncle and so many of her friends. “You are, once again, at my mercy”
“I’m not afraid of you anymore, Glauca” Violet snapped
“Then you’re a fool,” Glauca pointed his sword at the 2 women, “surrender the Ring”
“No!” Violet hissed, gripping her sword tightly in her hand and moving to a defensive stance in front of Luna
“Then I will take it from you!” Glauca snarled as he lunged towards Violet and Luna, everything seemed to go in slow motion for Violet as she watched the giant sword begin to swing down towards her, she was going to try and block it with her own blade, but she knew she wasn’t strong enough to hold it back, she was injured from the initial attack and he was seemingly unharmed and far stronger than her anyway.
Violet could hear Luna scream behind her but her focus was on Glauca.
“Join the King and his Shield!” He shouted as his sword crashed against Violet’s or at least, that’s what she expected to happen, but instead it struck a magical barrier. Violet looked to her right and saw Nyx drop his shield and fire a powerful lightning spell at the General, throwing him backwards. Nyx looked over to Violet and Luna.
“Are you both alright?” Violet didn’t answer, but instead hugged him tightly, Nyx returned the embrace “Violet are you alright?”
“Yes… yes, I’m ok”
“Good,” Nyx stepped back. “You both need to get out of here, I’ll deal with Glauca” Violet kissed him before ushering Luna away, she shared a knowing look with Nyx, she didn’t want to admit what they both knew; that this might be the last time they’ll see each other.
“I love you, Violet, stay safe, please”
“I love you too, Nyx”

Something I’ve wondered in the past, and I think it might be something that would interest you.
Titus doesn’t fight, he’s never shown fighting as Titus, he only ever fights as the General. So, in your opinion, would his fight style be quick and agile like the rest of the Glaive? Would he be able to warp? Or would his fighting style be similar to Glauca? Or would someone who knows Titus’ fighting style recognise similarities between him and Glauca?
Sorry for the long ask ☺️💙
Nay friend, it´s really fine! :) ♡♡♡ I wondered about this too, actually ... Although gotta admit that I am not great at extensive analyses (my brain is too ADHD for that), but that never really stopped me before.
So in my opinion Titus and Glauca have different fighting styles, for obvious reasons. Yet you can pick certain prefferences, at least in weapons. Titus is too clever for something like fighting style to blow his cover. Like in my head I see Glauca as completely different personality which is still part of Titus. (But is like very well hidden)
I need to take into into account his age (roughly around 46?). Like when he was younger, he definitively was even more swift and flexible. But due to his injuries and aching bones (and that´s no joke), he started to fight smarter, not harder. We can see a reflection of his fighting style in his glaives and most definitively in Nyx.
Let´s laid another facts on the table. Titus is extremely skilled with weapons (even fire arms, but he just doesn´t use them that much). Mainly preffers to use long swords and battle axes (Titus swinging battle axe like a madman and destroying his enemies now lives in my head rent free) His fighting style is calculated, offensive. He uses his whole body as a weapon. (kicks, punches, tripping his enemies,..) He ain´t no stranger to dirty tactics, as long as it gets the job done.
When Titus took the mantle of captain (and wasn´t corrupted by starscourge armor, btw fuck you Verstael) he definitively used king´s magic. Titus wasn´t much keen on warping tho (as effective as it was), but like power up punches or projections to confuse your enemies, yeah I can see him do that. Oh, I almost forget Titus is great at hand to hand combat.

(I can tell I am not good with this description, but I have found a video from Adrian Bouchet with his fighting scenes. And that´s actually how I kinda imagined Titus fight)

Glauca on other hand is raw unhinged power to be reckon with. Only uses double handed greatswords (I can also image him with executioner's sword, but that would be impractical) He bulldozes his way through anything, seemingly untouchable. Even as Glauca he´s exceptionally fast on his feet ( thanks to his armor and pure skills). Like we saw how Glauca fight in the movie, so there is not much to say from me.

(Have a feast of this magnificent fight, it´s scary how is Glauca so fast and fluid in his movements with greatsword like in 2:08)

Titus is very aware (read paranoid) about the potential of spies in either one of the militaries he serves, and so he's very careful to keep his lives separate, almost to the point of obession.
While Titus, he ensures there's nothing that can link him back to Niflheim in any way, making use of codes and passwords in much of his personal correspondences and on his phone or computer.
As Glauca, he is rarely, if ever, not wearing his armor. He won't risk someone recognizing his face or his voice without the armor to conceal them. As such, soldiers, officers, and even generals don't know anything about him other than the armor. The only people who do are Ardyn, Besithia, and Aldercapt.
