you think the traveller ever fucks up the lines for their elemental bursts and forgets what element they’re using

like imagine traveller using electro or geo and when their skill is charged up, they just yell “GO WITH THE WIND”

and when they realize they fucked up their line, they just go “god damnit not again”

or they go to use their anemo skill and instead of saying “WINDBLADE” they say “LIGHTNING SLASH” while using anemo

imagine the traveller forgot they switched from geo to electro and they try summoning a big ass boulder to crush their enemy with, yelling “tERRA SMASH” but nothing happens and the traveller is just internally chanting “fuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuckfuck” while panicking as the enemy charges after them

Starting with. Genshin lantern rite fiasco ofc

heck I was off during the last week because of the strike for Palestine but damn the situation about Genshin escalated so much and honestly? fucking deserved LOL

I supported the boycott during the first anniversary and now I'm just glad that people are bringing these concerns up again and actually uniting over that instead of attacking each other!!

the genshin playerbase really DOES need some change. the daily endgame experience is just so draining and it's pointless to take my time filling those surveys over and over again asking for the same damn thing and only getting bandaid updates after 3 years, I just straight up ignore surveys at this point...

Not to mention the reward situation that was ridiculous from day 1 and after 3 years of making these devs filthy rich, feels like a terrible joke tbh

I've played a few idol gacha games before genshin and it's crazy to think that i'd get ten pulls every day for two weeks of the anniversary event over those, and on genshin I get... A 10-pull log-in once a year and 3 extra pulls to 'celebrate 3 years'

idk, after 3 years of playing this game almost everyday (if not for the multiple burnouts that stem from the lack of QOL updates), I was just...

Not expecting anything at all from them, I've learned to just take what I can get and try not to stress myself over anything, pretty much like someone in a toxic relationship would, which is just so funny coming from a fucking GAME that was supposed to be fun and relaxing

Anyway LOL this is definitely not the ideal tho! I think it's super important to voice our opinions and criticize our fav media so it can get better, it's just that after 3 years and not much change... I'm exhausted, so I'm counting on you guys to riot for me too

thinking about this again makes me realize I definitely have unhealed bitterness over this matter because of both the defensive crowd (from the anni fiasco back then) and Hoyo's own disappointing response on this matter

but after so much discussion over this, at least I think I'm not the only one with unhealed stuff, especially between the endgame players LOL so I feel less bad for feeling that way
