When his murder first happened, I could not bear to watch the video and once I did...I had a continuous tear that streamed down my face when I thought of him crying out to his mother. There's no going back and no way to fix this as far as I'm concerned. And there comes ye spreading a false narrative dehumanizing him and bringing more trauma to his family who’s been through enough trauma How dare he try to minimize what happened to that man and all the pain and suffering his family has endured, How dare he !🤬🤬🤬🤬

I concur with Vivica - NO MERCY was shown to George Floyd and the way he stayed on his neck, led me to believe that wasn't his first time doing that to someone. He looked waaaaaaaaay too comfortable doing what he did. I'm still hurt seeing Mr Floyd be murdered then watching the trial and watching these witnesses become re-traumatized. That’s why I get scared every time my mom or dad aren’t home for a long time because there’s that possibility that they could get beaten or killed for nothing but just being black.

I’m sorry but I’m still pissed I don’t need to watch his interview but that comment had pinched my soul...it was such a slap in the face to George Floyd's family. So disrespectful. Nasty work. Demonic work. Talent and creativity aside, alot of his thoughts I find to be extremely self-serving.

mental illness does NOT equal ignorance. Having all the access in the world to get treatment for himself will not change the fact that he is willfully giving into self hate, Anti-Blackness, and White Supremacy. Much love to George Floyd's family all over again. That twisted character has brought their grief and pain back to the surface just for kicks. And those who entertained that conversation (and still put it out) are just as deplorable. I would never block my blessings by wishing anything ill on that dude, but he deserves whatever wrath that's in store for him. I’m done . I’m praying on his downfall and I’m going to enjoy him getting the karma he deserves. I’m not forgiving him and anyone who supports him.

The United Nations had already proclaimed 2015-2024 as the International Decade for People of African Descent, but in its wisdom additionally created this annual day of observance to ensure we continue to honour the contributions of the African diaspora around the world long after this decade is over.

If you believe your life's purpose is to make the world a better place, then it's your duty as a Human Being to join the United Nations, not only in words, but in actions, as we strongly condemn the continuing violent practices and excessive use of force by law enforcement agencies against Africans and people of African descent and the institutional racism embedded in criminal justice systems around the world. We must acknowledge to ourselves and to future generations that the Transatlantic Slave Trade was one of the darkest chapters in our human history.
