Hey-yo! So here's a thought! Mingyu is obsessed with you. Clingy 24/7 and gets sulky if you don't give him attention, both in physical presence and digitally. So how would our giant puppy feel when you are upset and give him a silent treatment?? And/or when you are ignoring him due to xyz reason?

mingyu would feel so bad and also so conflicted :(

he's not used to not resting his chin on your shoulder when he hugs you from behind, not holding your hand in his and tracing his finger against the lines of your palm, not used to not hearing your pretty laughter at the jokes he makes.

but at the same time he knows he messed up - he really shouldn't have made that comment about the new dress you got.

he feels terrible, and he puts his brain to work on how to make it up to you.

and that's how you wake up to a home-made breakfast, heart shaped pancakes and heart shaped omelettes beside a bouquet of roses, all thanks to your giant puppy of a boyfriend - who was staring at you wide-eyed in surprise with a pink apron far too small for him over his pajamas.

to say he's nervous would be an understatement as he walks up to you, guilt heavy in his eyes as his head hangs low. but he musters up the courage and apologizes so sincerely, his hands fighting the urge to hold yours as he keeps them by his side :(

and when you accept his apology with a hug and a kiss on his cheek, relief crashes over mingyu like a wave. expect him to be completely clinging on to you for the rest of the day, smothered in his kisses and sweet 'i love you's <3
