Some random idea I have for my fanfic in Wattpad , I will surely wrote it. The song is not mine, it's from Dhmis 3, I just thought it would fit. I realized that even if Inside Job Part 2 hasn't launched yet, I like Ron and adding him will may give more protagonism to Reagan. So let's start!
-Here! Those are 10 dollars, now go away and buy something, I don't know, said Edd pushing the Inside Job characters outside the house
-Huh? Strange, said Reagan
-What are they gonna do to him?, asked Gigi
-Sing, probably, answered Andre
-But those songs are horrible!, said Gigi
-C'mon, guys! It's not that bad!, said Brett
-When we arrived they sang a song about our death, said Reagan
-And then they sang a song of how worthless we are, said Myc
-Yeah, but they can't do worse, right?, asked Brett
-Yes, said Reagan looking the inside of the house from a window
Meanwhile, the rest of characters were inside the house with Ron
-Umm, hello?, said Ron
-Have you ever wondered why we're here?, started to sang Edd
What's it all about, you've no idea
And everywhere you look all you see is hatred, and darkness, death and fear
But you know it doesn't have to be
That i don't know, and you don't know me
Cause even though we're different, it doesn't make a difference
And we can live in harmony
No, you don't know where you are
But together we will get far
And together we can understand about friendship!
-Emmm, no thanks, answered Ron
-No excuses, said Edd
And do you ever feel like life's unfair?, continue to sang
Cause everybody hates you, and no one cares!
But if you follow me
Maybe you'll see
That friends will be everywhere
-Can't I just go home?, asked Ron
-This is your new home, answered Edd, - Come with me, let's met the others!
So here we are with all my friends, and they love you, all of them, sang Edd pointing the other characters
-Yes we do!, sang Sayori
-Is it true!, sang Tord
-We are friends and it will never end!, sang Boyfriend
-What are you talking about? I don't even know you!, said Ron
-To love each other, is to care
To be kind, and to share!, sang Edd
-I love my friend so I give him a hug, said Chalice hugging Void
-I made this for you, cause I love you so much, sang Michelle giving Ron a cake
-I love my pet, 'cause she's now my daughter , sang Shaun grabbing Moonpie hands
-Okay?, said Ron confused
-Our hearts asked night and day, sang Edd
-To have a new friend which we can play
-So be happy, sang Sayori
-Because all perfect is here!, sang all the characters
-We don't have taxes!, sang Brock
-Food is free!, sang Darlene
-And lots of money come here!, sang Griff
-That's how we live in this house, sang Tom
-We are happy like those mouses!, sang Bruno
-And it's for forever, and forever, sang John
-And now we all worship the readers!, sang Edd, then everyone started to be in a prey pose, Ron was pretty confused with all of that
-There are readers, sang Yuri
-We are inside a fanfic, sang Colette
-We must entertain them, sang Jack
-We must entertain them with our pain, sang Peter
-Wait, what?, said Ron
-Or they will forget about us, sang Edd, the pushing Ron into a chair, - So, dear Ron, let's make a deal
Because none of us is actually real
-You don't even exist, sang Yuri
-And you're only fiction from a large list!, sang James while the others were tying Ron to the chair
-And we need you here to live with us here, sang Edd with a creepy smile
-And your heart will find it's home, sang Grom
-And our friendship will never go, sang Monika
-Now give us your hair!, sang Edd with a pair of scissors
-For that reviving machine from there!, sang the others characters
-And you will be forever with us here, continue to sang Edd
-So, how was the song?, asked Glenn outside the house
-Weird, answered Reagan
Thank you so much for reading, tell me if I write right or should I improve.

BAD GIRLS GO TO HELL - (Doris Wishman, 1965)
Tumblr media
Quite interesting (regarding its marginal place in the cinematic panorama) is the little, but courageous and well directed American film. This very well B&W photographed one-hour movie is a fine example of the "sexploitation" genre that, together to the usual stuff that marks these films (softcore love scenes, women who undress in every rooms, a dose of raw simulated violence...), has two (perhaps three) motives that make it worth to see and partially appreciate. The story is about a nympho young wife who lives in Boston and accidentally kills the man who wanted to rape her; desperate she goes to New York where the only persons she meets for shelter (men and women) want to have sex with her... then, the Police arrives.... (I stop here but the end of the story reserves a coup-de-theatre...). Apart all the well known devices of the genre I couldn't help to appreciate the great work of the extra mobile hand camera, the new-wave alike editing and the unusual end; nevertheless I must give a particular honorable mention to the cute, curvaceous, blonde protagonist (Gigi Darlene is the name) who, with her body and face displayed in every frame, literally makes an average generic movie a sort of one-woman cult.

Movie Review | Another Day, Another Man (Wishman, 1966)
Tumblr media
I'd been less than eager to get to this movie as I understood that it used a fair amount of footage from Bad Girls Go to Hell and My Brother's Wife, and the latter I hadn't been a fan of. I'm glad I held off for a bit, as I don't think I would have gotten as much out of it if I hadn't been immersed in this mode of Wishman's work for the last few weeks as I've been working through the Moonlight Years box set put out by Something Weird / AGFA / Vinegar Syndrome. (I just have two movies left unseen in the set: The Hot Month of August and Passion Fever, two Greek imports that I understand Wishman re-edited and spiced up with additional footage. I suspect those will be a challenge from a Wishman auteurist lens, but I'm hoping I can find enough of her distinct touch.)
I think Wishman's sense of irony is particularly pronounced here. There's been a good deal of that in her movies from this period, which depict a number of not very nice things happening to women, often with the camera leering at their nude bodies while they're sexually assaulted or otherwise mistreated. Intentionally or otherwise, they're interrogating the intersection between our empathy for the heroines and our prurient interest in the material. But I think of a scene where a heroine lies about her new job as a prostitute, telling her bedridden husband she got a secretary gig and has to work late to type up manuscripts, all while the camera leers at her form in a body stocking. I think even the more charitable Wishman admirers wouldn't call her a particularly sophisticated director, but there is something undeniably pointed in this scene's presentation.
As always, Wishman lays on the narration thick, and the most compelling section has a gruff-voiced pimp describe in detail how he goes about manipulating oblivious and vulnerable women into working for him. The long-windedness of the narration merits some laughs, but the dissonance between the cold, businesslike detail of his explanation and the sleaziness of what he's admitting to I found quite unsettling. And even the street scenes, which are a reliable source of enjoyment in Wishman's work for their documentary qualities, play with a certain poignancy as the heroine provides downbeat narration about her predicament. This is not positive, let alone nuanced depiction of sex work, but Wishman's tunnel vision around the subject provides the movie a certain charge. When the camera starts on a maddening tilt with a character's guffaw, we're along for the ride.
That being said, there are grace notes, intentional or otherwise. Wishman shows off her decor as usual, and there are jarring cuts to potted plants during a number of nude scenes. And no movie with the Bennett sisters and Gigi Darlene can be all bad, especially a movie where they get to groove in their underwear, and especially a movie where a character suffers the horrifying fate of being pounced on by both Bennett sisters at the same time. Scary stuff, amigos.

Bad Girls Go to Hell https://bit.ly/43TbLMN What great tits Gigi Darlene has. They cantilever out from her body in a way that makes the star of cult sexploitationer Bad Girls Go to Hell hard to miss and easy to appreciate, from an engineering perspective if nothing else. They are...

Bad Girls Go to Hell
Tumblr media
Doris Wishman: the last great unsung auteur or an unredeemable hack or maybe something in between?  The Criterion Channel is featuring her work through the end of the month along with two interviews. It’s funny that all the film studies responses come from guest experts, while Wishman just ignores questions about her viewpoint as a woman. Yet I think it’s there in her BAD GIRLS GO TO HELL (1965, Criterion Channel). It’s certainly not for everyone. The film was made on a miniscule budget, so there’s no sound-on-film. The dialogue has the canned feel of post-dubbing, and whenever possible Wishman cuts away from people as they speak. In scenes, that means you’re mostly looking at reaction shots, which creates a style of its own, the filmic equivalent of the acting lessons that tell us it’s really all about listening. The picture is also a “roughie,” so it mixes sex and violence. Though I’m hardly the target audience for this type of film, I’d think the sex scenes are far from titillating. Wishman’s way of shooting sexual violence, with close, hand-held camera shots and cutaways to objects in the environment, seems to me to be deliberately disrupting the male gaze. Is she taking control of and deliberately frustrating the audience for this type of grindhouse film? Anyway, the plot involves a frustrated Boston housewife (Gigi Darlene) who’s assaulted by the handyman in her apartment building. When she kills him, she panics and runs off to New York, where she’s variously whipped, seduced and beaten by people purportedly offering her shelter. The plot doesn’t make a lot of sense, but it’s not really supposed to. It’s just an excuse for getting Darlene into sexual situations and having the various women undress, though there’s never any actual nudity. And though not much of an actress, the leading lady has a wounded fawn quality reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe. Darlene tells the New Yorkers she runs into that she’s Ellen Greene from Chicago. When I wasn’t hoping for her hunky husband (Alan Feinstein) to turn up without a shirt, I was wishing somebody would suggest she try out for a musical version of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS.

YEAR IN REVIEW
2022 in Review: Quotes of the Year!
By Team TVLine / December 18 2022, 9:00 AM PST
Best TV Quotes 2022
Courtesy of Prime Video; HBO; HBO Max; Netflix; Peacock

Anthony Bridgerton confessed his true feelings for Kate Sharma. This Is Us‘ Rebecca Pearson got well-deserved kudos. Viktor Hargreeves introduced himself to his Umbrella Academy siblings. And The White Lotus‘ Tanya McQuoid realized something very important… just a little too late.
All year long, we’ve been collecting TV’s best sound bites in our Quotes of the Week compilations, which honor the dialogue that made us laugh and cry — sometimes simultaneously. But as 2022 draws to a close, we’re now looking back at the Quotes of the Year, highlighting 60 of the funniest, most poignant or most wonderfully meta moments from the past 12 months.
Best TV Shows of 2022 | Stranger Things, The Boys, Andor, More
0 seconds of 3 minutes, 52 seconds
In the list below, you’ll find Robin Scherbatsky sharing her romantic past with How I Met Your Father‘s Sophie, Ellen DeGeneres reflecting on how much has changed since her talk show began, Westworld‘s Dolores-Hale uttering a powerful one-word command, and Andor‘s precious droid B2EMO lamenting a major loss.
Of course, some shows — like ABC’s Abbott Elementary and Netflix’s Stranger Things — were just too quotable this year to select only one line, so they’re among the series making multiple appearances on our list. And it’s not just the scripted fare that made our cut: Unscripted programs like American Idol, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Big Brother are in the mix, as well.
As with all of our year-end lists, we should issue a quick spoiler alert for several of this year’s plot twists, romantic confessions and heartbreaking sendoffs. But if you’re ready to dive in, peruse the list below, then drop a comment with the lines that would make your cut for Quotes of the Year.

I am not a victim, I am a victor… Jury members, I am challenging you to make the hard decision and change the course of this game. Choose progress for the course of this game. I can be the winner of this season, and I promise you will not do it in vain if you choose me tonight.”
