So: I don’t know if Etho and Gem already have a duo name but I’ve come to call them the Gingersnaps.

Gem is a ginger right? That’s part of the reason she’s Gingerbread Duo with Grian. And Etho always says “Oh Snap(pers)”

To me they will always be Gingersnaps.

No other answer quite fits. (But please tell me their actual duo name so that I can tag appropriately about them. Also feel free to start using Gingersnaps yourselves)

It looks like the leap day cookies will be gingersnaps. I went with the Archway brand to represent these cookies.

According to my thorough and lengthy research, (like 10 seconds of googling) gingersnaps get their name from being very crunchy and having a snap when you bite into them. If so, these cookies really live up to that, as they are dry and very crunchy, with a good snap. The flavor is similar to gingerbread, though I think the ginger and cinnamon mix leans a bit more to the ginger side on these. These are good, though not super amazing to me.
