okay after years of the 'i cant use techniques or resources meant for ppl with adhd or autism bc they dont apply to me and therefore im stealing resources' [not how that works, i have a guilt complex]

I have spent SOOOO long putting all my effort to Function Normally into academics and career, but having the ability to (somewhat) manage both professionally AND personally???

i chopped strawberries for my breakfast tomorrow because i know i wont do it in the morning and ive been having trouble concentrating and hungry lately and i almost cried???

i understand part of it is shaking off the voice of my mother in my head who says im 'cheating' by paying the adhd tax up front and who insists i just roll up my sleeves and do everything the hard way

but for a few extra dollars (well within my budget) i can improve my quality of life so much??? my HEALTH too?? eating well???

И целых четырнадцать штук, но яутжа более самостоятельные существа, поэтому дети не общаются с матерью, а сама женщина лишилась возможности рожать из-за страшной травмы во время охоты, а необходимость в воспитании потомства никуда не делась.

Некоторые ее сородичи считают человеческое дитя не более, чем игрушкой в лапах этой сильной женщины, но они сильно ошибаются, так как любовь к своему приемному дитя уже куда более сильнее, нежели к своим родным детям.

And not only one, she has 14 of them, but yautja more independent creatures. That's why they don't talk with their mother. She doesn't able to give birth anymore, because of terrible trauma, that happened with her during the hunting. The need to raise offspring still is important for her.

Some of her tribesmen think that human's child is nothing more than just a toy in paws of that powerful woman. But they are extremely wrong, because love to her adopted child is already stronger and deeper than love to her own children.

Been marathoning the entire Showa Godzilla series this month for Godzilla's anniversary, and when watching Godzilla vs Megalon and re-experiencing what a lovable dumbass Megalon is, I weirdly thought back to Twisted Kaiju Theater's series of monsters girls based on Godzilla kaiju and and how the Megalon girl was characterized as a nerdy glasses girl. Now, far be it from me to tell the guy behind a shitty South Park knockoff webcomic with Godzilla toys how to characterize his giant monsters turned anime waifus, but if you're reimagining Megalon as a brainy girl, you have completely misunderstood the assignment.

...Wow, this rant must sound so weird to anyone who did not experience that particular corner of mid-2000s Godzilla fandom. And even to most people who did.
