Wafuu Manjuu Shop/Studio Apartment

This is my first uploaded build! This is a Japanese-style (or, wafuu 和風) retail/residential split build meant for 2-4-1 Wakabamori in Mt. Komorebi. The bottom floor is a manjuu shop, which is a type of sweets shop or bakery, and the top floor is a studio apartment. This type of home/business configuration is common in parts of Japan, and I wanted to build one in the Sims! In order for your sims to “live” at this lot, you will have to own a residential lot somewhere else, but they can effectively live at the business, though mail and babies are tricky to deal with. Also, be sure to lock the door to the kitchen unless you want your customer messing around with your laptop!
