I didn't get one because she looked a little large-headed and a little stiff for my tastes, but that's a nice-looking set for $5.

Quite a few attendees wore Louis Vuitton, and a handful wore what seems to be a collection based on like nighties. I’m not hating the style, but it feels a little too busy.

I’m actually really interested in the dress. I think the light blue color is darling, and I like the different materials in the dress. I think the fabric with little polka dots looks adorable. I also really like the black details.

I’m not loving the super dark lace tights. I think they feel too heavy for the light dress. I wish the skirt was less sheer and there weren’t any tights. However, I think that would make the look underwhelming. It’s just a very mind boggling look for me. But I love Emma Stone, so I do like this look.

OMG 70s glam rock Satsuma???

Oh you had better believe it!

This was the late 1970’s of course, and hair metal wouldn’t be a thing for a couple of years yet! But 16-year-old Rentarou wasn’t happy with his father and paternal relatives berating him to be part of the police force. So in high school, he was part of a rock band club that had four other boys in it, and they all decided to be as polyester, lamé and caked with makeup as possible, because that’s what girls liked! (and that’s what young Rentarou thought would piss his dad off the most)

What’s worse is that one of the boys (the keyboardist) had a father who worked at a TV station, so they recorded a performance back around 1978-ish. Present-day Satsuma hopes the reels for that never get found, or were destroyed.
