Hey Guys, this is my first savefile, all the builds that i used are from the gallery, cause i can´t build and i just remember that i used builds from fleuralia ahah. ( i have adhd don´t mind me)

The townies are both mine and from the gallery, i used sims from:

Browniethegoat

Alexis Vr

@simsontherope

I can´t remember all of them, but you will see the names from the creators in the descriptions, and all of the sims that i have in the save file have jobs and skills.

And the townies have makeovers too from the gallery.

I don't have the worlds all made, just this ones, but i will update the other worlds too:

- Willow Creek

- Oasis Springs

- Granite Falls

- Tartosa

- Cooperdale

- Magnolia Promenade

- Windenburg

- Forgotten Hollow

- Glimmerbook

- San Sequoia

- Moonwood Mill

i don´t have any stories for them, cause i tought this save file could be like a starter save file with a lot of townies, and i created it too cause i love a lot of the save files that i find here but they are always laking something that i want. And i wanted it to be something that you can use your imagination too , i want to see your takes on the families that are in the game, like the way you see them.

If you want to have your families and townies in my save file, upload them with #mrsleesanderstownies and please don´t use any cc.

Maybe some of the sims in my save file won´t look pretty with your defaults because i use:

Skin: Marigold from @llumisims

Eyes: Dolce eyes V2 from @wrixie

PS: I used all the pack, but if you want i can make a starter base game save file with a lot of townies for your sims to be friends with.

Hoorah! It is finally complete! I am super excited to share with everyone this new build that replaces that wierd bar lot in Glimmerbook. It is now a much larger full English tavern and has a small kitchen in the basement. The kitchen is kind of important to me simply because it makes the lot much more useful for hosting catered events and such. Also included is a full bookstore next door, the lot is marked as a bar so your sim can't actually buy books, but it makes for a cute little library for sims to stop in at. I figured it would make a nice edition considering how small the neighborhood is! This bookstore even includes a few secret rooms for the magically inclined to hypothetically restock on things they may need.

This build uses two of my absolute favorite CC sets: Chateau and Orjanic by Felixandre and Harrie (thank you so much guys!) Those sets became instant repeat uses in almost all my builds. I also needed a bit of a challenge and wanted to make it simpler and easier for anyone to use this build as well. I'm very proud of it at the moment and I hope you all love it as much as I do. I really wanted to make it a comfortable and realistic addition to pretty much anyone's game and EA really needs to work on their public lot skills lol.

One thing I noticed though in one of the secret rooms the wands disappeared when I play tested it, I'm assuming because the wands don't have an owner and the game doesn't quite know what to do with them. If anyone has a suggestion or solution let me know! But for now I'm loading it into the gallery with the wands in place but that may not be how it ports in. If you have any CC decorative wands, you may be able to snap those in but I honestly don't know.

You can find this lot on my gallery at TheSimfulBuilder, just make sure you have downloaded and installed both the Orjanic and Chateau CC sets from Felixandre and Harrie first.

it’s the twins birthday ! age is catching up with everyone in the brightbriar household, with everyone more or less existing on birthday cake.

jem did actually host a birthday for the girls this time, but instead of inviting non-existent relatives or eccentric glimmerbook townies, we decided to take the pragmatic approach and invite every single child sim in town.

When Emfreir smelled a stranger approaching the lot, she was surprised by Eoganan’s presence.

“How did you find us?” she asked after catching him at the edge of the settlement.

“Sofie,” he explained simply. “I’ve been looking for you since you left Glimmerbook.”

“What for?” Emfreir asked curiously, and Eoganan smiled nervously at her.

“If you would permit me...I would like to join your settlement.”

The Glimmerbook News can report on a new portrait released by the core members of the royal house Whitlock family. In the portrait below, you can see in the front, to the right Queen Roa and to her left Crown Princess Minetta. King Anitelu is standing behind Queen Roa and to his left, Prince Angar.

Prince Angar is said to be doing well in his high school studies, he is currently attending high school in magic realm of Glimmerbrook while the family lives in the human world settlement of the kingdom. The King and Queen are often moving between the two worlds and have done a fine job at bringing peace to both realms. Most recently, King Anitelu has recently wrapped up a tour of Aireen, a small town in Glimmerbrook focused on the arts.

Crown Princess Minetta has recently finished her schooling and has quickly taken to her duties. She's been making an effort to cheer the students on of the magical institute as they wrap up the year.
