Self-care night. Candlelight bubble baths, hair mask, manicure, face mask, home-cooked meal, a good book or your comfort show, some journaling... allow yourself some rest <3
Organise and use your planner/calendar. This will help you reduce stress by helping you stay structured and focused.
Update your Spotify playlists. Nothing is more annoying than being on the go, trying to relax to your music, and constantly having to skip songs that don't resonate with you anymore!!
Sunday reset is a non-negotiable!! laundry, fresh sheets, cleaning your make-up brushes, decluttering, etc...
Catch up on some sleep. Take a nap or choose a night to go to sleep extra early. (I recently read this article on sleep dept... VERY interesting!! -> Click here)
Plan a weekly girl's day!! maybe a picnic, some shopping, a movie night, or perhaps just a coffee date? make some plans and catch up with your girls <3
Go on a long morning walk; maybe you'll be able to catch the sunrise too!!
Buy yourself some flowers. You deserve them. <3

Becoming a โ˜†Dream Girlโ˜†
Who doesnโ€™t want to be a dream girl? Put together, always smells nice, radiant, confident, cute, and content. Where does one even begin when trying to embody that dream girl energy?! Well, with a few practical changes to my life and routines, Iโ€™m starting to feel more confident in myself and in love with my appearance and my own energy. Hereโ€™s what Iโ€™m doing to become my own dream girl!
- Overnight Curls and Wave! Iโ€™m going to start wearing my hair in braids or curlers when I go to bed so I can wake up with beautiful, dreamy hair.
- Wake Up Earlier. I need to build in time to my schedule to be able to properly get ready in the morning! I usually roll out of bed, do my hair very fast, brush my teeth, put on clothes, and run out the door. If I want to start doing beauty routines and investing more time into myself, I need to wake up earlier! My ideal routine is:
โ€ข Wash face
โ€ข Brush teeth
โ€ข Sunscreen & makeup
โ€ข Hair
โ€ข Outfit & accessories
โ€ข Fragrance
โ€ข Breakfast!
- Simple Makeup. Sunscreen, blush, highlighter, mascara, and tinted lip balm or lip gloss would make me look radiant and angelic everyday!
- Work Out 30 Minutes 6 Days a Week! I have a family history of high blood pressure LOL so I think I should begin experimenting with exercise and learning how to move my body in ways that I enjoy while Iโ€™m still young :)
- Body Care / Skin Care! Iโ€™m going to buy salicylic acid body wash and a fragrance free moisturizer to prevent acne, hydrate my skin, and make my body glow.
- Pick a Signature Fragrance! I want to pick a signature scent for everyday, and possibly a scent for special events! I think I prefer picking a scent that matches each season, so I can have some variation throughout the year. Hereโ€™s the perfumes I own so far:

Hot Girl Energy Podcast - hot girl tips , girl talk , advice , healthy habits , lifestyle , girl chats , all of it , you can find on this podcast. Self Obsessed - on this podcast , youtuber and host Tam Kaur teaches you "everything society didn't want you to learn". Everything on self love , self help , confidence , self growth. hello lovely friends! i'm back from my break and i'm very excited to try out a new posting schedule i've created based on what has worked for me so far. thanks so much to everyone who followed me while i was away, i'm so grateful you're here and i hope my blog can be a safe and comfortable place where you feel inspired to grow and be your best self! this might be adjusted as i continue to figure out what works best for me, but so far this is what i have lined up:
weekly task masterlist:
every saturday, i will post a list of all of my deadlines and optional tasks for the week. almost all of my deadlines are self-imposed, and that is tricky when combined with having adhd. having a masterlist of all the tasks i need to get done and encouraging myself to get as many done in a week as possible is a really good motivator for me, especially knowing i'll be posting my results on this blog!
glow-up habit of the week:
to accompany my weekly task masterlist, i will decide on one glow-up habit to focus on that week. habits take time to form, so this will help me stay on track consistently until the habit is implemented successfully. each glow-up habit will have a different timeline; some will be easier than others and could take only a week to solidify and some will be harder and need reflection and adjustment. i am hopeful that by reflecting on one habit at a time, adjusting to my needs and limitations will be easier and i'll be more successful and have more self-compassion in the long run!
daily reflection:
every day (or as often as i can) i will make a post about the tasks i accomplished, where i could have improved, and a check-in on my mental health. combining the daily reflection with my weekly masterlist will encourage me to fill up my days with meaningful tasks and will give me deadlines that are (hopefully) helpful.
lifestyle lists:
i absolutely looove making self-improvement and glow-up posts! these won't have a weekly schedule as i'll just post them whenever i feel inspired, but i also take requests and would be happy to make lists for any ideas you have.

hello little feathers! I wanted to make a little morning routine blog post that details what my current routine is and the changes I want to implement by the end of february (and remain consistent with throughout 2024 and beyond).ย 
current routine:ย

brush teethย  showerย  morning skincare routineย

๐“†ฉโ™ก๐“†ช 8:30am - breakfast (something different every day) + morning matchaย 
๐“†ฉโ™ก๐“†ช 9:00am - work day begins
journal (quote of the day, context of quote, morning mood, word of the day, to-do list/ daily goals)ย  start working (morning = writing + research)

i realize the 2nd routine delays my workday by 30 minutes, but i work from home and can easily make up the time in the evening, so i donโ€™t really mind. i just like having a nice routine :)ย

Reset day - A day to just relax & sleep in letโ€™s take back the word of being โ€œ lazy โ€ itโ€™s ok to be just that for a day.
Go shopping - Who doesnโ€™t like a little bit of retail therapy , you donโ€™t have to buy anything expensive.
Movie night - watch any movie you desire , who cares if you watched that movie a thousand of times.
Bake - Bake something sweet , fulfill your sweet tooth.
Go out and take pictures - Donโ€™t miss out on golden hour , you know ur best angles anyways!
Dress up - Go out and look good for the day , run errands looking your best. Youโ€™re beautiful!
Draw/Color - Even if you canโ€™t itโ€™s relaxing , youโ€™ll make any picture look beautiful.
Have a picnic- Even if itโ€™s just in your backyard. Grab some snacks , bake , and cook a few little yummy dishes and relax bring any electronics to entertain yourself.
Make a scrape book - Collect your memories from these solo dates and make your own scrapbook to look back on your own beautiful memories.
Spa day- Go get your nails done , take a bubble bath , do an in-depth skin care routine , put on a facial mask & wear silk pajamas or robe .

After a productive day sticking to my routine of morning meditation, a hearty breakfast, a Pilates workout to strengthen my body and mind, a midday walk for fresh air and clarity, manifesting abundance through visualization, a nourishing dinner, winding down with herbal tea, and slipping into bed with clean sheets, a lavender-scented pillow, and a gratitude journal by my side.
