So Pokemon legends ZA was announced and now I have to go back and play my copy of X all the way through again.

Few things this game needs to have:

- KISEKI needs to get into the soundtrack, bonus points if they add vocals

- bring back ash-greninja but make a similar Evo for the other Kalos starters. Serena-delphox and calem-chesnaught

- Kanto and hoenn starters have mega evolutions, might as well give mega Evo's to every other starter (we can maybe skip galar cuz they have Gmax forms anyway but so does Kanto so why not)

- in terms of mega Evo's I would personally want, there's Dragonite, haxorus, Sylveon (or all Eevee forms really), milotic, kingdra, chandelure, kabutops and archeops

- desperately need more lore on AZ and floette

- if Kalos and paldea are as close to each other as their IRL counterparts, some references to Paldea and if it was part of the ancient war or not.

This is a slice-of-life AU where Liko and Chloe travel together to discover their dreams and taking care of the feelings of the Pokemon they meet.

Chloe's pokemon:

-Yamper. He is very loyal to her, to the point he only eats the food given by her. When Chloe expressed the wish to travel alone, her father gave it to her.

-Eevee. Represents Chloe's infinite possibilities. This Eevee can copy other Pokemon's moves and it's able to Gmax and being still able to evolve.

-Ponyta. Met in Glimwood Tangle.

Liko's pokemon:

-Sprigatito. was the first pokemon given to her in the Indigo Academy. She is usually seen outside the pokeball. -Terapagos. A mysterious pokemon whose past is unknown. Its dormant state was in a pendant Liko got from her grandmother.

-Hatenna. Can pick up the emotions of both people and Pokémon. Very shy, likes to stay into Liko's hood.

Another PKMN and TWST Crossover

Zom Fowl, The champion of the Alola region. Originally from the Sinnoh region, starting his journey at the age of Ten. Though they’re known and loved by many not much is known of him personally, not even his real name. They’ve beat the champion of each region, but only uses the title “Champion of Alola”. He’s just on the move and can seemingly be in two places at once.

However, he is known to have a strong connection to Pokémon. His only answer to this “I wasn’t born with a connection”. He basically has full conversations with Pokémon, like how people talk face to face. In his free time he actually tries to help trainers and Pokémon have stronger bonds, he’ll even train with them to help them understand each other.

He’s also very close with Champion Cynthia and Champion Steven, a sibling like bond if you will. They tend to keep an eye on him and have been since he started his journey in their respective region. None of them comment on it but it’s obvious.

Overall he’s just as surprising as he’s mysterious. Then gets pulled into Twisted Wonderland and gets more than he bargained for.

This was actually kinda hard to do, lol. Sometimes because I had to pick between pokemon I really like or sometimes because I had no option I liked. You can tell when I started moving

I tried to avoid duplicates and megas/gmax unless 1) I really liked a Pokemon and 2) there weren't any good other options.

Gen 7 was the hardest to pick a favorite /, because three of my all time favorite pokemon are in Gen 7, and Primarina and Mimikyu are incredibly close. Mimikyu gets a very slight edge.

My team is just my 6 favorite pokemon, not a like competitive team. Tinkaton, Crobat, and Togekiss are hanging out just outside that top 6, though.

Also I noticed I forgot to fill in a Gen 1 grass-type, pretend I put Bulbasaur so no one on the webbed site comes after me. Fav grass type ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ either pumpkaboo or meowscarada, I think. Fav Gen 1 is either Eevee or Charizard, kinda depends.

Zorua line is up there in my top 20 but!! My absolute favorite is the Milcery line! They come in so many of my favorite flavors and they're adorable to boot.

Just look at them! And the gmax is a giant cake for crying out loud.

Miltank ties with them as my favorite and juuust below that is the Pikachu and Eevee line :'> Defo a hard choice!

What region would you want to see get regional variants, if they were released when regional variants started being a thing?

The Eeveelutions.

Since there's a decent chance that there isn't going to be any more vee evolutions, I'd at least like to get some love for the evolved Eeveelutions, since Eevee's already gotten most of the love with its own game and GMax. Raichu got a bit of love in Alola with possibly one of my favorite regional variants behind the Ninetales and Zoroark variants.

Though I completely get why this probably wouldn't work very well, since they'd have to be unique enough to be set apart from the regular Eeveelutions. Not just design wise but stats, moves, and even typings.

Look I don't give a shit about the stupid "special types" theory that keeps circulating. Fairies did not exist in gen 1, even if a lot of fairy moves are special there's still physical ones too, and it as a type was introduced post Phys/Spec split. Ergo, by your own logic, Sylveon should not exist, and yet it does.

the Z move and Gmax form also don't mean anything. Pokemon breaks their own rules all the time. Besides that, both of those were dropped anyway for fancy hats, and that's gonna get dropped for some other mechanic one day. Make peace with it.

Look man, stats are shit. Scyther, Scizor, and Kleavor literally share the exact same BST despite two evolving from the same pokemon. You think that actually matters? Turn Jolteon into a physical attacker by swapping its atk and sp atk and slap bug type on it. Take 10 points from Vaporeon's HP to give to speed and slap a ghost type on it. It literally does not matter as long as the design is cool and it has a decent move pool, which surprise, there's a lot of good moves for every type these days.

They literally introduce new evolution methods each game too, and even then they've already retconned Leafeon and Glaceon to evolve by stones and Sylveon with friendship+ a fairy move. Anything goes man. Introduce a Best Friends mechanic that makes it so my Eevee evolves after hanging around dragon types for a bit while out on a picnic. Shit just introduce a Steel Stone and I'll use it on an Eevee myself. I will fight a grandma on a thursday at 8pm while wearing the color brown in a specific city to get a ground type. Do not test me.

i want more eeveelutions dammit, its been 10 years since we had a new one and there's 10 types left to go! They're instant team fillers and we need more.

Also question 2: how long does it usually take to do these little drawings? Ik your header says you draw them badly but I find the little guys to be v charming so I'd love to know how fast you usually roll em out lol

The time I take to draw these depend 100% on the Pokemon.

Like for example, the Eevee I did took me maybe a minute? Fifty seconds? In comparison, Gmax Centiscortch took me upwards of forty minutes xD

It is a personal rule for me on this blog to use as little effort as possible when doing these drawings. The whole point of the blog is to put out really silly, really bad doodles of Pokemon. This particular style of drawing is what I like to call my "scribble style" lol

1) Who was your first starter?

Turtwig!! I was pretty late to the game for Pokemon, but I adore him!! Sadly, I really don't use the line very much bc they're weak/allergic to everything

11) List your top 6 favorite Pokemon

1. Espeon!! I had one in my og Diamond file that just blasted through everything and that's what put it on my radar. I also love its simple and elegant design and I'd love to have one follow me around. I also really like the emphasis on bond and trust in all its dex entries

2. Raichu - it's just so big and looks so nice and soft and pudgy to hold and hug. And also absolutely strong enough to decimate my enemies. It also seems like the least loved member of the Pika-line, (most of its anime appearances are basically Raichu slander lol) but Alolan Raichu is nothing but soft pancake-loving perfection

3. Lucario - bit of a basic choice but i will always love this reliable ace. It was also one of my friend's favorite pokemon who helped get me into Pokemon, so there's the nostalgia points there. And no one can deny that Lucario's movie was, and still is, an absolute banger

4. Ponyta - again with the nostalgia play, but Ponyta was the first pokemon i learned. (I guess separate fun fact is that my first pokemon I learned wasn't Pikachu). I also grew up riding horses and still do, and the little childhood desire of being able to ride and own a literal fire horse has not subsided. It's also got a real cute face

5. Hisuian Arcanine - Kantoian Arcanine has always hovered near the top of my favorites list, but when the Hisuian form came out? Instant top. I love it's design and also it's callback to historic asian guard dogs. Also who could resist a giant fluffy dog to help hunt down your enemies and then lower your heating bill in the winter?

6. Meowscarada - after a lot of internal debate, I've gotta give the last spot to my Scarlet ace. Initially, I actually hated how the final form of our grass cat looked, but it's definitely grown on me (though the puffy sleeves and weird hand-paws are still problem but we're fixing that in fanart wut). And working to develop my ScarVio muse’s Meowscarada’s personality and arc for my slew of fics that hopefully will make it out of google docs one day lol has also endeared it to me. Also Scarvio has been the first mainline Pokemon game to really grab me since XY, so Meowscarada gets points for that too

Honorable mentions (bc that last choice was hard) - Eevee, Buizel, Absol, Torterra and Latios

22) - If you were a gym leader, what would your typing/theme be?

I love that this question says theme, because I've always wondered how Gym Leaders and E4 end up specializing in types. Besides for Misty, I don't remember anyone in canon who wasn't already a gym leader deciding to specialize in only one type (yeah I know Misty becomes a gym leader, but when she battled Ash in like. ep maybe 7, she barely was). Because they must've had mixed teams when they were up and coming trainers, winning leagues and challenging Champions and such. I much prefer some of the mixed teams of the ScarVio teachers in the Academy Ace tournament and then Battle Frontier brains in the anime that have a unifying theme instead. Like an international gym with all final forms of starters would be cool

As for me, it's so basic, but I'd love an Eeveelution gym with Eevee as the ace, maybe with Gmax, even though I haven't finished Shield yet. But if I had to pick a type, I think I'd go Fire-type with Hisuian Arcanine as my ace, along with Ponyta/Rapidash, Hisuian Typhlosian, Delphox, Houndoom, and maybe Salazzle

And yes!! Hydrating is good!! Hydrate or die-drate. Currently doing with tea
