Idea:

What would cassette futurism look like in a fantasy world. I need to see a dnd style world with floppy discs and tape decks and funny little headphones.

Gimme bards who are jammin tf out to their cassettes and cause spells to happen from them being so in the zone that they cause reality to warp. Warlocks with AI patrons who are in a computer they wear as a backpack. Goblins putting together insane little bots and gadgets they use to mess with people.

IMAGINE THE POSSIBILITIES!!! PLEASE MAKE THIS A DND GAME I SWEAR TO GOD!

Today's NPC is the Goblin Tinkerer. This was one I struggled with a lot, until @lordspoooky helped me out by designing something so good I had to use it.

Nort is an engineer and inventor, who does contract work for various companies. His specialty is in efficiency optimization, and in systems restructuring. When not working, he enjoys reading about astronomical science, and playing computer games.

He is, in many ways, quite a plain little fellow... but our universe contains untold mysteries, one of which is the fact that somehow, his charisma suffers an underflow error and loops back around.

Everybody loves Nort. When out on the town, he manages to naturally attract a following posse of gorgeous partygoers. Supermodel-tier women fight over him. He's considered the life of every event, which is odd because if you're one of the small group of people it doesn't work on, you'll realize he's very quiet, reserved, and... yknow, just kinda a little guy. He just has a mysterious animal magnetism around him that makes him utterly irresistible, and he doesn't even seem to be that aware of it.

Despite the legion of ladies and dudes pining for a whirlwind romance with him, Nort is currently in a happy relationship with Sheena, the ships Mechanic. When asked what makes the two of them click so well, Nort's answer is typically "she values me for more than my looks".
