For as much as I want to be into otome games it feels like it never works out cuz so many of them make you interact with all the guys, but the vast majority of the time I'm only super interested in one or two of them. So when the game keeps forcing all of them in my face, the guys I don't care for start to annoy me and it eventually makes me hate them and then I don't care about the game except the guy(s) I originally liked and I usually end up quitting.

#like im playing lovebrush chronicles and so much focuses on lars and alkaid but lars is too conceited and alkaid comes off as a stalker #so i want them to leave me alone. and ayn just has little brother vibes. and cael you cant even have romantic implications with #cuz hes your legal guardian so why did theh even make him an interactable character to begin with??? #meanwhile clarence is the best guy but he rarely shows up and when he does hes kinda antagonistic #AND WILLIAM ISNT EVEN AN INTERACTABLE GUY!!! HES A SUPPORTING CHARACTER.
