AITA for ‘going on a rampage?’

This happened a long time ago, but people are still mean to me about it, so I figured I’d ask.

Once I was preparing for lunch when suddenly someone stole my meal (which I was really looking forward to eating! D:) from me. I didn’t even manage to get a look at who it was. I just looked away for one second and it was gone.

That said, I had a pretty good idea of who took it. Let’s call him D. D… D and I are close friends now, but back then we had a weird relationship. We’d worked together once or twice, but he’d also been actively antagonistic towards me in the past, and so we were still working on getting our friendship sorted out.

D also had a history of stealing food. In the past, he took all the food from everyone in the country. Don’t worry! I made him give it back. No-one was hurt. But it feels relevant to this conversation.

Because of this, I assumed D stole my lunch and went to confront him. This broke out into a fight. I am very strong, and so admittedly, I beat him up.

It was only after I beat him up that I learned he didn’t steal my lunch. It was a mysterious roaming band of thieves. They appeared at his home, trying to steal from him too. D thought quickly and threw me at them, then down a hole. (He’s silly, isn’t he? Love him though. That guy’s the greatest. One of my bestest buddies in the whole wide world.)

But now that I knew who actually stole my lunch, I wanted it back! So I spent the afternoon chasing the thieves all around the land. I did fight them, alongside some other people who got in my way, but I didn’t hurt anyone more than I did on any of my other adventures: which people don’t usually criticize me for.

I also ended up accidentally releasing a dark god (long story 😅), but that was an accident and I got it taken care of and everyone was okay. I even ultimately got a new lunch.

But do you guys think I’m the a-hole? (I don’t like swearing :c). I didn’t mean to be mean to D or hurt anyone for real. I just wanted my food back. But lots of people have called me an unhinged monster or said I went on a rampage for what I did. Is that true? :(

I am four years old, by the way.

Minsc Anon 1 is worried he and his anonymous furry companion have been assholes to their wizard friend.

Minsc Anon 1 told Boo Anon 2 to steal away some of his wizardy things and nibble through the pages of his book about a crown, like a sneaky and furry thief in the night. It was all part of our secret and noble mission to stop him becoming a God. We like him as a mortal, Boo Anon 2 especially - as he is very good at cooking and talking funny nonsense.

Minsc Anon 1 cannot really tell how angry he is about the thieving. The morning after he said he was getting ‘Cheesed Off’, but Minsc Anon 1 had specifically told Boo Anon 2 not to eat any of his cheese.

Are Minsc and Boo we holes of the ass?

(I have asked my very clever friend Karlach to fix my letter to make sure it is as sneaky and secretive as Boo Anon 2)

This is the first track of his debut project, an EP which will feature other artistes, including Capleton and Leroy Smart. Garton is the principal of Jah Meds International, his music label. Today, Reggae-Vibes presents, Garton Francis: "When Music was Fun and Laughter," first of a seven-part series. Part 1 "I am Garton Francis, born in Lawrence Tavern, St. Andrew." "As a child I grew up in the church where the tambourine and that of my mother's angelic voice stood tall among the rest of the choir at Rose Hall Church of God located in Rose Hall, St. Andrew.""As I grew older - in my early teens - that hand clapping and tambourine was ceasing as I became drawn to popular music." The 1960s were early days of ska and rocksteady, which was reggae. Artistes to make an impact in this era included The Flames and Marcia Griffiths. A 1968 single by Toots and The Maytals "Do The Raggy" was the first popular song to use the word reggae. Reggae denotes music style strongly influenced by traditional mento, as well as American Jazz and Rhythm and Blues, especially the New Orleans R & B practiced by Fats Domino and Allen Toussaint. Garton recalls three artistes, whom he believes created music which led people to laugh away- even their problems. "There were artistes like Lt. Stitchie, Professor Nuts and Lovindeer." "Lt. stitchie had us in stitches with his video 'Wear Yu Size'. This features a young woman bearing the agony of a pair of shoes much too small for her feet." "That video would have made the rounds on television several times for the day and each time it became more meaningful and humorous. But, it was in a subtle way ridiculing the extent one could go to get their satisfaction." Then, there was Professor Nuts with 'In A The Bus' - another piece of comedy which made people laugh. This is a popular drama on public transport where even a chink (bed-bug) on a man's shirt leads to much laughter. A concerned woman removing it gets the reaction, 'put it back, uno want everything uno see black man ave." Garton adds that, "Lovindeer took one of Jamaica's greatest disaster- hurricane Gilbert (September 1988) and made it into a humorous story." "Yu see mi fridge Gilbert gi mi," is one of many lines which remind scores of Jamaicans that the hurricane had made them better off in the end. Look out for Part 2. AITA for accidentally outing a classmate to our entire cast?

I (M18) am a senior at a prestigious catholic boarding school. As I'm sure you can imagine, being gay isn't exactly... common here. Honestly I've never met a single gay before this point

J (M18) is like. The resident golden boy. Everyone loves him, all the girls wants to date him, all the teachers think he's the greatest. Whatever. We've never gotten along, mostly because people keep trying to shove us together (we are both twins. Or. Were)

At the beginning of the school year my twin sister got hit by a bus and unfortunately didn't make it. Obviously this affected me greatly. I'm a bit ashamed to say it's only made my relationship with J worse, because I see him and his sister N (F18) and just think about my own sister.

J always gets the top score. J always wins all the sports matches. J gets to keep his perfect life with his sister. J even gets the girl I've had a crush on for AGES, Y (F17)

I set up a birthday party for Y with the help of some other friends (they kinda ruined it. There was a penis piñata) and I really thought Y would finally realize that I like her, but she was reallyyy wasted and pushed me away for J, basically saying that she wanted to fuck him and for me to piss off

Which fine, ok, whatever. Except a month ago I saw J kissing his roommate, P(M18) at a rave. Again, J and P are both guys. That night I thought maybe I'd imagined things or they were both really drunk or something, but at the night of Y's party, P found me outside. He was really high and I offered him some communion wine I'd snuck out and we got to talking, and apparently he and J are like. A thing. Which, no judgement, if that's what he wants to do I don't really care. I'm a lot closer with P than I am with J, anyway, so I'm fine with P being gay or whatever. But like, obviously, God isn't. So I was conflicted

So in confession the next day I told the priest that I had heard something that went against what God said, and I was confused. He basically told me to suck it up and God was always right which. I'm still conflicted about, because P is my friend, but being gay is a sin.

But I didn't tell the priest then that P and J were gay, just to be clear.

Last night we had a final rehearsal for our play, and when I showed up, Y and J were having an argument. And apparently J got Y pregnant.

Which obviously is insane, right? Because he's gay and so obviously he can't love her and he's just playing with her emotions. And so I told Y that J was gay and had a boyfriend

Except J was denying it and I started panicking. Then P showed up and he was also denying it, so I told Y everything- that P and J were dating and gay, and I told P that Y was pregnant and the kid was J's. And well... I guess everyone else from rehearsal showed up while I was yelling, so now everyone knows that J and P are gay and that Y is pregnant.

Y slapped me and stormed off, and obviously P and J are both pissed. After I slept, I realized what I'd done was really wrong. I tried to apologize to P backstage during our play, but he brushed me off. I can't find J, but I'm going to apologize to him too (I'm about to go on stage as I'm typing this, so I'll try and catch him after the show)

I feel really really bad about it, but it was a sort of heat of the moment thing and J was actively lying to Y, so AITA?

To the Gods and Goddesses on my page that are on a journey into the knowledge of self. There is nothing bigger than you in the universe or outside the universe. You are the highest expression of reality right here and right now. You are your higher self manifested into a physical body. You are not a co-creator but the Creator of reality experiencing yourself being the proof of your own existence. There is no middleman, mediator or spokesman for your Divine expression because you are here to represent yourself as God. Because we have been tricked and conditioned into a role that places us in a co-creator, incompetent, weak State of mind Spiritualist can always devalue you because we don't understand our greatest potential. If there are Gods outside of you let them speak for themselves and you will see that it has been your power this whole time that has empowered all religions around the world. It's time that we take our power back and realize our greatest potential. I can only imagine all the wonderful things that you are but it's up to you to come to the reality of yourself. It's up to you to be God or not to be God either way you are making that decision. Becoming conscious of your decisions and realizing that the power to make those decisions is in your hands.
