Ooh, idk! Maybe one of those types of weddings that take place outside. Though tbh the idea of a wedding ceremony makes my social anxiety go insaaane, like, all the attention on me and my spouse and we gotta say stuff in front of everyone. 😳 I'd be so scared of messing up or doing something embarassing. 😅 So I might not even want a ceremony if I got married. Idk, I guess I'll have to see how I feel if I ever end up getting married 💕

why did you choose your url?

one of my favorite artists is phoebe bridgers, and it’s a reference to a line in her song “smoke signals”: buried a hatchet / it’s coming up lavender. “to bury the hatchet” is an idiom that means “to make peace.” and “it’s coming up lavender” is a reference to the phrase “it’s coming up roses,” which means everything is perfect. i really liked the interpretation of this line on genius lyrics: the narrator has resolved a conflict, but not everything is perfect. the lavender represents a temporary peace. i really resonate with that line, as i feel that it reflects where i am at in my life at this moment!!

do you have any sideblogs?

yes!!! i made @a-deathbed-revolution (also a phoebe reference!) like a week ago bc i wanted somewhere to post more casually! :) i’m still figuring it out but it’s mainly me reblogging things that made me laugh and the occasional shitpost if i can’t resist.
