1 Timothy 6:12 (NLT) -
Fight the good fight for the true faith. Hold tightly to the eternal life to which God has called you, which you have declared so well before many witnesses.
Being weary at work I went out for a snack and some sunshine.
I was polite with my coworkers
To better:
For some unfathomable reason I was physically exhausted at work, and I felt sad about it. Then when some mistakes were made I started to feel shame and guilt. As if I have no right to mistakes and tiredness at work without proper reasons. There is nothing wrong with being exhausted, I don’t stop being a worthy person by being human.
Oftentimes I get bored at work and stop paying attention to the details, I grow arrogant, dismissive. Well, even if I’m bored at the moment of a workday I still have to focus and fix this problem on a bigger level.
My Gf & I just had a fight over messenger. It was FANTASTIC.
You know that feeling when both you and your partner have ADHD and you don't want to interrupt but you don't want to forget the thing that you were gonna say because it was exactly what you meant. Then they say another thing and you're like: "I know how to respond to that!" But then you forgot the first thing you were gonna say; so you resolve to keep this one in mind. Exept now they moved on to the next point and you're not really listening to the point they're currently making because you're trying to keep the second thing in mind. Suddenly, there's that word again! They said that word that reminds you of the first thing. Now you are juggling both argument one and argument two in your head while trying to keep the delicate balance of the tight rope walk that is keeping your emotions in check, but that would be easy if you could just walk barefoot on the tightrope. As it stands, you have to deal with the exacerbating monocicle that is the fact that you shouldn't be having this fight right now because you haven't eaten yet and that's the worst possible time to be having a fight and...
Did you just compare me to my my mother!? Oh, you fucked up, now it's a fight.
Yeah... We fixed that by being able to read the text messages at our own pace and replying to individual points on our own time!
The fight was resolved without hurting each other's feelings. We came to an agreement. Each one of us felt seen and heard and understood. This is helping us develop long term communication strategies! I can't think of anything better. This works for us. I just thought that maybe someone else could benefit from it too!
